Cette villa OCEANFRONT enchanteresse et exclusive se trouve au Sawgrass Beach Club, situé à Ponte Vedra Beach, en Floride.
À seulement quelques minutes des boutiques haut de gamme et de la gastronomie, cette unité 1 lit / 1 salle de bain est complète avec une cuisine en acier inoxydable et des comptoirs en granit, et peut accueillir jusqu'à 4 personnes.
Notre équipe chez BAM Vacation Rentals est prête à vous aider à planifier vos vacances!

Au sein de cette communauté luxueuse et fermée, vous pouvez profiter d'un abonnement mensuel temporaire au Sawgrass Country Club moyennant des frais (le golf n'est pas inclus).
Notre emplacement est à seulement 30 minutes de la rue historique Augustine, et une heure et demie des parcs à thème d'Orlando. Nous sommes également situés à 20 minutes de la clinique Mayo et à 45 minutes du centre-ville de Jacksonville.

This was our second time staying at Surf Villas. We enjoyed the coffee view of the sunrise.Every morning and preparing some healthy food for lunch.While looking at the gorgeous grounds of the sawgrass community.

Great place on the beach

Cute place, great location. Had most of what we needed. A little short on the toilet paper, but place was clean and well situated.

Great stay right on the beach

This is a really nice condo, right on the beach in sawgrass country club. Very comfortable living room and well equipped kitchen. The bedroom is lovely and I truly appreciate the blackout curtains in the bedroom and living room.

Loved this rental. Will definitely be renting again. Highly recommend. Only wish we were allowed to use pool and eat at restaurant next to us (private beach club). Beach is very clean and not crowded.

Wonderful place to relax

Great place to stay with all the little things you may need (kitchen stuff etc). The beach is just right there! The beach is also more private, with mostly low rise condos/residential homes to boot-just the kind of beach we wanted. Communication with the owner was also on point. We would love to come back sometime.

Million dollar view

We had a great experience at 621 Surf Villa. It was everything we could have asked for. The unit was super clean when we arrived. Karen even came to meet us when we arrived to see if we had any questions or concerns. Easy access to beach, just walk out the door and you are there. This unit has a million dollar view, great patio for morning coffee and watch the sun come up. Can't wait to go back.

Loved the space and the price. Clean and had everything we needed and the view/proximity to the beach was wonderful. Wish the pool were closer but overall really great!

View was to die for.

Enjoyed the stay on the beach. Loved gated community . Felt very safe. Unit was stocked with everything we needed For a week. We will definitively stay there again.

The view was the only good thing about this property.

Initially the price listed had been discounted and when I booked it I received a text saying that they had made a mistake and that price wouldn’t be honored. When we arrived the carpet in the living room, dining room and bedroom was filthy. The appliances were old and didn’t work well. The bathroom was outdated and the towels were old and worn. We have friends and family in the area and we were embarrassed to have them visit. At the end of our stay we were unable to get a new gate pass 3 days prior to our departure as Bam Realty had made a mistake on our length of stay. We were unable to reach them initially and the gate captain was also unable to reach them. It was eventually resolved but just a final irritation in what was an unpleasant stay in an Expensive condo. Never again!

Would never rent unit again!

Unit rented was not acceptable! Carpeting was FILTHY! Tissue holder in bathroom was sooooo rusty. Towels dingy. Towel rack on back of door fell to the floor when towel was hung. Told I would be fined if dish washer not run. No detergent provided. Had to go to market. Paid for cleaning yet we had to wash bedding and toweling. We could go on and on!. Were told carpeting had just been cleaned. No way! Furniture tacky! But view was great. Did not enjoy stay!

Hi Dick, We apologize that your stay at our unit was not up to your standards. We have owned our units for over ten years and we do take pride in our properties. However, your comments have been sincerely noted, and these are currently being addressed. We have since replaced the tissue holder, towels and towel rack. We do ask that guests start their laundry, simply because we do not have an outside laundry service and with our high turnover, it is something we have had in our contract and have done for over seven years without issue. We appreciate this feedback and will use it to grow and get better. Thank you for your stay and your valuable feedback and input. Unit had some deferred maintenance issues, hinges not properly connected in a few areas and the refrigerator was not cooling properly, carpet needed cleaning.

We had a delightful stay. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. The decor was cute and inviting. Waking up to the breathtaking view each morning was a wonderful way to start the day. We loved the close proximity to the beach. We will definitely be back.
