Ce condo de 2 chambres et 2 salles de bain offre une vue magnifique sur l'océan. La porte de ce condo s'ouvre sur le salon / salle à manger. Il y a une cuisine complète avec tout ce dont vous aurez besoin. La première chambre a un lit King size et la deuxième chambre 2 complète, les deux chambres ont leur propre salle de bain complète. Le lever du soleil est incroyable et la brise de l'océan est tout simplement parfaite depuis le pont de ce condo. L'unité n'est pas les animaux domestiques et fumer est autorisé à l'extérieur seulement. Il y a des barbecues communautaires sur la propriété et des tables de pique-nique à proximité. Les enfants adoreront également l'aire de jeux et la piscine communautaire. Nichés dans les dunes dorées de l'île Mustang, les condos Beachhead ont tous une vue imprenable sur le golfe. Les équipements complexes comprennent une piscine, une aire de jeux et une promenade privée à la plage à quelques pas de l'une des unités. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have rented condos at Beachhead for a number of times over the last thirty years and have always had a good experience. The condo has a view of the gulf, although the beach is somewhat obstructed by the dunes. They have a private boardwalk with close proximity to the beach. The pool is very nice and it’s heated.

I would be nice if they upgrade the condo as it does appear to be old but it is well kept.

I would not book your condo again because 6 young men moved in above us. They were extremely loud.

I called the office, they told me to call the police. I wasn't there to police the place. Also, we had to avoid walking directly to the deck because the floor was about to fall in.

The condo itself is decorated nicely and has a well-equipped kitchen, two separate bedrooms AND bathrooms, and a large TV. The complex has a large, very nice pool and grills, which we used almost every night. Check in/out was very easy. We loved our stay here and will book this condo with Port A Escapes again!

Rocky start to a great stay.

Overall we had an enjoyable stay. The check-in process was disorganized. The keys were not left in the lock box so we were unable to enter the property. It took about an hour to get it all sorted. Josh, who delivered the keys was great. The property was clean, quiet, and private. The kids had a great time in the rec room. It was a great way for them to still have fun while escaping the sun for a bit.

Cute condo but needs some attention

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unit 502- Union arrival initial impression was good. Cute decor and appeared clean. We were aware that Beachhead is an older but updated establishment, however there were about 5 “spot spots” in the floor, holes in the wall around shower curtain rods, and pet peeve ... the master bathtub wasn’t clean, even had hair left in the drain. We didn’t complain to the office because it wasn’t a deal breaker. The property grounds themselves are beautiful and the booking process was seemless. Master bed is extremely firm. Minimal view of the beach from the balcony due to the dunes. However, Weith this unit you’re just a few steps from the boardwalk, playground pool and game room. Overall it served its purpose. But if you’re looking for something a little more modern or an updated condo I’d look elsewhere.

Overall good, but a maintenance issue

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Ample space in bedrooms and living area. Best for a family. Good location. Communication form rental agency excellent. View was okay. Furnishings newAnd clean. Bathrooms are super small, but pictures show that up front. Overall decent rental. One downside was that they keys would not work in either lock on the door, nor would the striker latch the door. When we arrived late we struggled to get the door open for 20 minutes and finally jiggled it enough to get it open. We called maintenance the next day (directions given in brochure: on property office is on the hill (??)). The door was fixed, but it’s the kind of issue you would expect. When the unit was updated, perhaps locks/latches should have been too?

A Winter Texan Stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Although the weather didn’t always cooperate, we enjoyed our stay at Beach Head in Port Aransas. The condo was very comfortable. We enjoyed the convenience of walking down to the beach and the on-site pool (although the pool wasn’t always as warm as we would have liked). The only complaint we had regarding our condo was regarding the lack of sufficient cutlery for eating and how mismatched it is. We love Port Aransas!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, the condo was dated; bathrooms very small but it served it's purpose. Clean. Biggest disappointment was lack of balcony access (under repair). Had a major rainstorm just prior so retrieving items from from car was difficult. Beach access was wonderful! One thing I would ask for is a short list cleaning items available. I didn't check every closet/drawer/etc. so I ended up purchasing some items (dishwasher soap, etc) and then later found it.

Beach head condos

Condo was great, reeked of insecticide but...absolutely no roaches. That makes me happy...I do wish we had been warned of the flooded parking area. We would have been better prepared.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The first place was not like the pictures, so they switched us. The 2nd place we went to, the keys didn't work, it was corrected. UT was nice and clean but the beds were horrible, like sleeping on a board! Balcony closed so no where to sit for morning coffee outside. I will never book a place with guests above either!! To much noise. At least it was clean!!

My daughter ages 23 and 19 and I had a great time here. Great location to everything. Check in and check out we’re super easy. The condo was clean and well set up. Will be back.

Beach head 502 .... June 2020

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property in general was obviously improved from our last post Harvey stay, the pool / activity area was a huge plus. Parking and beach access was a major selling point for our group. The bathrooms had issues though. Bathroom 1’s tube hot water faucet would not turn off completely....dripping (noise) our entire stay, bathroom 2’s toilet had a slow leak so the water would cycle on to refill regularly. Both of these were a inside noise pollution issue, especially during the night. Bathroom 1’s sink was a slow drain situation... maybe a sand and or hair clog?

Small but nice

Property was clean and had everything we needed. Pool was nice and we enjoyed it. There was a very bad smell that we think was from spraying for bugs but it was very strong. The bathrooms are very small. Overall, well located and nice for short vacation.

Exactly as advertised

The condo was exactly as advertised. It was clean, had all the basics we needed for the kitchen and plenty of linens. Access to the beach was easy and checkin/out was very easy using the companies app. Us and our 5 yr old and 2 yr old had a great time!
