Ocean View Brand New rental!

Fraîchement mise à jour, jamais louée avec vue sur l'océan. Cette villa non-fumeurs comprend une chambre principale avec un tout nouveau lit queen-size et une baignoire attenante. Deux lits superposés intégrés dans le couloir (peut fermer la porte pour séparer le salon). Salon avec couchette gonflable, TVHD écran plat 49 ", Wifi GRATUIT et Smart TV pour les jours de pluie. Cuisine avec micro-ondes, cuisinière, réfrigérateur, lave-vaisselle, mixeur, grille-pain et cafetière. Table à manger pour quatre personnes.

Ceci est une unité au 3ème étage à quelques pas du parking. Vous n'êtes qu'à 100 mètres de la plage ou de la piscine.

Le Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort propose des courts de tennis et un pro-shop sur place, ainsi que le Jamaica Joe'z Poolside Bar & Grill, le Gators Pizza & Wings, le CocoNutz Sports Bar avec de grands écrans fantastiques pour capturer toute l'action, le terrain de jeu, le catch-and -Libérez l'étang, location de vélos sur place. Great accommodations

5 minute walk to the beach, their own bar and restaurant, a great pool and much more. The Villa was clean and comfy with everything you need. Close to all the shopping and other restaurants.

The Condo was an easy 5 minute walk to the beach or pool. The Neighbors were surprisingly quiet. The beach was perfectly sandy with incredible dunes during low tide.

If looking to visit Hilton Head on budget good place to be at. Good view from balcony. Very nice grounds and safe. Great pool area. Easy check in. Accommodations were not luxurious but adequate and cozy. What we needed for 2 people.

Cutesy beachfront property

Katie’s place was so beautiful. It was small but perfect for us. 6 people could have stayed comfortably. It’s the perfect location; right on the beach. The pool is so nice and there’s a bar & grill right next to it. I can’t say enough great things about this property. There was no dish soap to wash dishes in the sink, but they did leave you with pods to use the dishwasher. Overall such a great stay and we can’t wait to come back.

Was not Happy that the day we checked in got a text that they were going to bug spray the condo. As we were relaxing & watching Tv, Seen 3 big bugs crawling around the dishwasher & Counter!! And 1 in the Vestibule.

Very sorry about the bug company spraying during your stay, but they do come once a quarter (for the entire building) and we have no say so in the date.

Ocean view is true!

I was at first a bit disappointed that the condo was a distance from the beach, but between the distance and the height, coffee and breakfast on the balcony with the ocean view was the perfect way to start each day! And as wonderful when it came time to end the day! One warning, there is only a single-cup coffee brewer and we were not prepared for that, but we worked around it. We have stayed over a dozen times at HHB&T, all in different units, and this one did NOT disappoint! Thank you for a lovely getaway for me and my two sisters! We will be back!

Not quite there

The property wasn't bad, but the half info was irritating. The laundry room was tolerable however, being required to purchase a card that can only be used in your laundry is a rip off. Buying a card is ridiculous, but to be required to put a minimum on the card, then not being able to use it anywhere else is one reason I'll stay away from vrbo rentals. I wouldn't stay at this resort again and i will be careful booking anything on vrbo. Arbnb has served me much better. Thanks

The resort has everything

My family has been coming to the Hilton Head Beach and Tennis resort for over a decade now and we love the resort. It has great beach access, huge swimming pool, playground, work out room, tiki bar, it's safe, and in great shape.

Property was just as described and was just big enough for two friends wanting to get away for a long weekend. Ocean view from balcony and very close to the beach. Very quiet community. Would stay again. We did have to reach out to owner only because we turned the auto lock off and they were quick to respond on how to fix.

Decent condo that had a good location to the beach.

Decent place to stay . It was very clean and well equipped. Furniture wasn’t terribly comfortable. Sofa was not comfortable and mattress was slightly saggy . Those are the only things that keep it from being 5 stars . Plenty of towels and a very clean condo with a nice bathroom and kitchen area. Hostess was very responsive when I communicated with her.

Great Condo

The condo was perfect for me. I had a different niece or nephew sleep over every night from their own condo and it was plenty of space for us. The bed was comfy and the views were perfect. Love that it’s right at the top of the back stairs (I got my steps in for sure). Only recommendation is maybe a small dresser in the room with some drawers or shelves in the closet. Wasn’t much room for my clothes unless they were being hung. But still overall was a great place. ☺️

Kid Haven!

I couldn’t write a more positive review for this property! It was the perfect size for my family of 3. The bed was super comfy and had all the extra touches. I was especially thankful for the hairdryer that I forgot to bring! Check-in and checkout was easy and stress free. The property offered many amenities and kid programs, which we enjoyed. We struggled with the sliding glass door just a little, but that is the only thing I could be nitpicky about! I can’t believe this property is not rated higher. This is a true dream vacation for kiddos!

Perfect for our Trip!

We were staying at Hilton Head Island for a friend's wedding and this was the perfect place to call home. Easy access from the main road. Nice view of the ocean from the deck and inside was very well maintained. Would recommend!

Great location

Host was great communication from hosts. Building had water main break upon arrival so we had no water at check-in. Host got right back with us and updated that plumber was onsite working. Issues were resolved in 3 hours. Great condo for the price. The kitchen had minimal Cook where it was fine. The bed was uncomfortable and squishy. That definitely needs an upgrade. Would stay at the condo again if they upgrade the bed. The resort was wonderful.

Wonderful Stay

The stay was amazing and the perks of the pool, bar and beach access made the trip. The stay was clean and nice but I could not imagine more than 2 adults sharing this space. It’s pretty small. There’s no coffee although a coffee maker. There’s no soap or anything in the bathroom or shower. There’s also no dish soap so if you are staying longer than a few days and using the kitchen you will have to bring those things. Very convenient otherwise.
