Casa Vista Granby est situé à 1 mile de la base de Ski Granby Ranch! Cette maison dispose d'un grand salon ouvert à l'étage, et un bain à remous intérieur et beaucoup de chambres pour apporter la famille élargie et les amis. La cuisine a été mise à jour avec beaucoup d'espace de comptoir pour cuisiner, et tous les outils pour satisfaire n'importe quel chef. This was the perfect property for a large group of friends 2 dogs! Everyone had their own room and the kitchen was well stocked. Great porch area as well. This house is super close to the main Granby Ranch area and a quick drive to Grand Lake. Owners were responsive and would 100% stay here again in the future!

Great accommodations for large groups. It's not super fancy but it fulfilled our needs. It's nice to have your own private bedroom that you can shut the door and have privacy. Very spacious place. Had lots of room for our group of 20. One of the hot tubs was out of order during our stay. Kitchen has decent stock of silverware and cups. Cooking wise, there's not a great selection. But we made it work just fine. Lower bathrooms are on the small side, and the toilets flush slower (it's a downstairs, and to be expected). But the fridge space was fabulous. 3 fridges, and one is a big commercial one. 2 smaller freezers. This cabin is close to a lake, hiking, and climbing. Everything was within a 20 minute drive. Grocery store is less than 5 minutes away. Great mountain views. Quiet area. There a decent amount of parking, we had 7 cars there.

This place is sweet; two hot tubs, heated floors, room for the whole family, and with Granby Ranch right there, the property is a perfect family ski getaway, and felt like a home away from home by the time we had to time to leave <3 will definitely return!

2025 Ski Trip

Very accommodating, we had a large group that this house handled easily. The large kitchen/living room area provided enough space for us all to hang out and eat comfortably. The location to Granby and the ski lodge was perfect. Definitely would stay again!

We had such a wonderful stay here and would absolutely come back. The home was clean, comfortable, and very spacious, which made it perfect for our group to relax and spend time together. One of the highlights was definitely the beautiful mountain views! It was such a peaceful place to wake up and unwind.What really stood out was how welcoming the whole experience felt. There were so many thoughtful little touches around the home that made it clear a lot of care goes into making people feel at home. Will was an exceptional host. He was kind, responsive, and genuinely interested in making sure our group had a great stay. He really made all the difference. Overall, it was a memorable trip and a lovely place to stay. Between the space, the scenery, and Will’s great hosting, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

This is the second time we’ve stayed there and we really enjoyed it again. It has everything you’ll need. Very easy to find and really close to restaurants and grocery stores. Very hard to find a place that will have this many bedrooms. Highly recommend

I grew up in a big family that could never find one place to stay together. We would end up scattered across three or four hotels, seeing each other at breakfast and saying goodbye at dinner, and the trip would be over before anyone really caught up. That stuck with me.

When I started buying and building properties in Grand County, that was the problem I wanted to solve. Not another place to sleep. A place where an entire family or an entire group could actually be under one roof at the same time.

The best weddings I have ever been to were destination weddings that ran four or five days. Nobody was rushing anywhere. People who had not talked in years ended up in the kitchen at midnight. That is what I am trying to build here.

So we do it differently. Our houses can be booked together so one group takes all of them, and every Colorado booking includes time at our place in Belize. One conversation, one host, one group, start to finish.

I am not in this for a single transaction. I want the same families coming back year after year, watching their kids grow up in the same house.

What sold me on this spot was the space. Open valley views, real quiet, room for a big group to spread out without anyone feeling on top of anyone else. In the morning you get coffee looking at the valley. In the evening everyone ends up in the hot tub.

It also works in every season, which matters when you are planning a trip for twenty people. Ski and snowboard groups in winter. Lake trips and national park visits in summer. Golf, snowmobiling, and trails the rest of the year.

Eleven bedrooms and eight bathrooms means the whole group fits. Not most of the group. All of it.

The layout is built for the way large groups actually use a house. One big living area and a full kitchen where everyone gathers, and enough separate bedrooms and bathrooms that people can still retreat when they need to. That balance is the hard part, and it is what we designed for.

This is also one of several houses we operate in the Fraser and Winter Park area, and groups regularly book them together so a wedding party or a company retreat takes over all of them at once. One point of contact, one plan, no coordinating across four rental companies.

Every Colorado guest also receives a complimentary stay in the two bedroom downstairs unit at our property on Caye Caulker in Belize. Groups whose Colorado bookings reach $15,000 receive the entire Belize property, upstairs and downstairs.
