We had a wonderful stay at this property! The condo had everything we needed and was very cozy. We enjoyed the amenities and loved being within walking distance of two shopping plazas! Rod and Erika were excellent hosts and amazing communicators! We will definitely book with them again.

Awesome trip!

Great location, close to great restaurants and shopping. Easy access to highways. Condo is comfortable, clean, everything you need and close to pool/hot tub. Would stay here again!

Overall this was a great experience! This property is all about location. You can walk to grocery stores and restaurants and there's a wonderful brewery nearby. The owners are wonderful to work with, very responsive, and we'll make sure that your stay is fantastic. I highly recommend!

I am a very particular person, and this little condo was clean and recently remodeled and very comfortable. Had all the amenities we needed. Was a great time and will be back.!

Wonderful Stay!!

We stayed at this Condo for a month and loved it. The condo was very clean and updated . We also enjoyed having access to walking, hiking, shopping, and grocery stores nearby. Our host Rod and Erica were very welcoming and assured us if we needed anything to call them. We hope to stay there again in the near future.

Wonderful Stay

As stated previously, we really enjoyed this location! It is close to everything we enjoy- walking,golfing,shopping and many choices for dining out. Rod and Erika were gracious and made sure our needs were being met. The condo was equipped with everything one would need. We would love to return to this condo.

Outstanding

Condo was immaculate, so tastefully decorated and really comfortable. Erika & Rod thought of everything and were super responsive. In a great location overlooking the pool, walkable to grocery stores and around the lake. Highly recommend!

Just right for the two of us

We enjoyed our stay at Portofino. The apartment was very clean and well appointed with appliances, comfortable bed, and furnishings. The kitchen included all the cooking utensils we needed. The community pool and hot tub were very nice, and heated! As per the property description, nearby shopping was conveniently located. The hosts were very responsive to questions we had. We would definitely stay again.

A perfect getaway!

The property and grounds were immaculate! The weather was perfect for the pool and we enjoyed it just about every day. The location was ideal for all the activities we enjoy doing and walking distance to grocery shopping, restaurants and all our needs. The condo was spotless, well equipped and our lovely hosts Erica and Rod were always available if we had any questions or needs. We are happy to recommend this property and hopefully it will be as enjoyable to others as it was for us.😊

Poolside Oasis in Ahwatukee

It was such a pleasure to stay at Rod and Erika’s condominium in Ahwatukee for six months. The place is impeccably clean and well appointed. They have also put a lot of thought into what someone might need to use in the kitchen during their stay. Dishes, silverware, pots, pans, you name it. It’s quite a relaxing feeling to know that you can walk into a place and all you have to do is drop off your bags and start enjoying Arizona. Check-in and Check-out were a breeze and Rod and Erika are incredibly responsive and communicative, always going the extra mile to accomodate. Couldn’t give this place a higher recommendation!

One of the best in the Portofino complex

I spent the month of November 2020 in this well-maintained condo. The furnishings were attractive and comfortable and the rooms were simply, but tastefully decorated. It was well equipped with all the necessary utensils and gadgets. The heated pools and hot tubs were great as was the entire Portofino complex. Being that it is in close proximity (walking distance) to restaurants & 3 grocery stores is another plus. The location of this particular condo was ideal as it was overlooking one of the heated pools, a hot tub and a gas grill. Erika and Rod were great as they were easy to deal with, very responsive during the process and extended a warm welcome upon arrival. I've stayed in other vacation rentals in the Portofino Complex and this experience has been one of the best!

Relaxing in Chandler

Very clean and well maintained condo that is close to everything you need. Hosts are welcoming, and helpful. Grounds are well taken care of and the pool is clean and not over used. All in all a perfect place for a long or short term stay.

Great Spot

Property is located in south Phoenix with easy access to freeways. MANY great golf courses nearby. The condo is very quiet with great pool proximity. Enjoyed it very much.

Cute as a Button, So Convenient

Poolside, updated, we'll equipped one bedroom in Lakewood. Great location for hiking, biking and convenient to grocery stores. Second floor, literally steps from the heated pool. Work out facility. Beautiful area, away from hustle and bustle of traffic; in a residential area feel. Hosts are very attentive and really want to know their guests. The complex is quiet. Parking is convenient. Grounds are lush.

A very clean well laid out apt.

The host's of this very clean, well thought out apt are great, they are just like most of us, working to make a living. They do all of their own updates, repairs and cleaning, this translates to very comfortable space. The two small gym's on the property are basic, but they are also very clean and well looked after which is something that can be said for the whole complex.
