Nice condo not so much parking deck

Overall, we had a nice stay at this condominium. The view was great access to the beach was great. Elevators are fast, quick and convenient Only major issues we had were: The parking deck is extremely difficult to navigate with a car of any larger size or an SUV. The bedroom did not seem to cool down very well at night. I think the kitchen could be better stocked with pots pans, utensils, etc. They had some, but I just felt like we were missing a couple of items when we would try to cook a meal

Nice Place

My husband and I went down for a short trip. The location was perfect - not too busy. We loved the quick walk to the beach and the condo. Cozy. The only recommendation I have is maybe to install a few ceiling fans - especially in the bedroom. It got a little stuffy without but we had brought a stand up fan from reading earlier reviews. We hope to be back and will keep this property on our list.

Great location and property!

This unit was located in the building where my parents live full-time. It was very convenient not only to them, but to restaurants, activities and right across the street from the beach! Also, the balcony is a direct view of the ocean!

Perfect for a single or couple getaway

Location is perfect if you want low-key, away from the busy tourist area, and just want to go to the beach/pool and relax. The unit it self would benefit from an overhead light/fan in the bedroom and additional lighting at the kitchen table if you need to use it as a workspace in the evenings. Just a little dark for some of what I needed - but wouldn't keep me from recommending the unit or location.

Enjoyable

The room was great. Being on the 6th floor gives the best views. You can see a clear view of the pool & beach. It was very peaceful. It was very clean & the condo itself gave the beach vibe. There was absolutely no wait for an elevator at any time of the day. The only negative was the parking. There is a parking garage for cars, mini vans, midsize suv, and small trucks. There is a small outside parking lot for full size/ large trucks, full size/ large suvs. However, there were people using this parking area for small trucks & small suvs. This did make it difficult trying to park. We have a 2500 Ram. So I wish security did a little better on in forcing the parking rules.

If I had to find one negative would be the sheets do not fit the bed properly. Literally the only thing wrong. Would rent again there.

Beautiful view, close to beach.

This is a great property. Wonderful location, set up exactly as pictures show. Hard to park in garage, but there is alternative parking, if there is space available. Bring pillows, 2 small thin pillows on bed. Easy walk to beach. Lots of fun! Would recommend staying at this property.

Nice stay

We only stayed for the weekend for my birthday. The location is wonderful and views are great! The room was perfect for my family as well. The resort may be dated so has a bit of a smell to it. Other than that, simple and nice stay.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was very nice, no complaints. The management company left a little to be desired. They led me to believe during the reservation process that the office would be open at a certain time to pick up the check-in information. The day before check in I got a text that the office was not going to be open, but gave directions how to pick up the key from their closed office. When I picked it up, there was only one key in the packet which I thought was unusual. When I checked out they charged me $25 for a "missing key" that I never received. Otherwise, nice clean updated condo.

Beautiful place disappointing check in short necessities

The property and location was in a great location. There was no pillows for the pull out bed. I had to go to a separate location for keys but wasn’t aware of that until I arrived. There was one roll of toilet paper and only the trash bag in the can. Expected it to be more like the cabins I get in Tennessee. No suggestion on must see or restaurants to try.
