Our stay there was "magical." We loved the location (close to walking to Perkins Cove and Marginal Way), the ease of check in and communication by the host with us about the condo. Very clear instructions about where to park, what to expect and how to check out. Her place is so quiet and is supplied with all we needed - a spacious fridge and well-equipped kitchen. We loved the Murphy bed - very comfortable. We hope to stay there again.

My best friend and I loved this condo! I usually stay elsewhere when we come to Perkins Cove/Ogunquit but because this was last minute I found this place and now I may never stay anywhere else! It’s cute, cozy, exactly the size we needed for 2 people, and walking distance to Perkins Cove and The Marginal Way. I slept on the bed and my friend slept on the couch, both were very comfortable. It might be a little small for a family of 4 but it would be manageable. It makes you feel like you live in Maine vs just visiting. Alice was easy to communicate with and very helpful with all information before we got to there. Highly recommend staying here!

Alice was very nice! We only stayed for the weekend but the condo was very close to where we needed to be so we were pleased . The condo is smaller than I expected; it was enough room for the two of us but I can’t imagine staying there for more than a few nights. If we do Maine for the weekend again we would definitely consider staying here again!

Alice's place is wonderful! Walkable to Perkins Cove - a plus. A very well kept, charming unit with quiet ambiance. Perfect for couples looking to relax. Alice responded immediately to us from booking to departure. We look forward to returning in the future.

Very nice and quiet stay

Location of this ptoperty is ideal as it is not right in the middle of the very busy and noisy town yet is still within walking distance of everything! We had a great time, thank you Alice.

The property was for the most part decent. It was clean. It needed to be mopped but it was raining heavily and I believe that someone left not too long before we arrived so I give them that. The towels were smelly probably from the high humidity And we only had 1 each for my husband and I. The place is very very small and has wayyy too much furniture in it which made it seem even smaller. There is not much space to walk around the bed. My husband and I both bumped into the wood bed corners several times. I realize Alice is trying to get more sleeping arrangements but realistically it’s too small for families. The queen Murphy bed was comfortable enough. My suggestions would be to replace the furniture with a nice king size bed with nice bedding, i would have a couple of night stands with lamps, a smaller dresser for clothing and to place the TV on and maybe a smaller fold out chair that opens to a bed I would remove the stacking storage. There would be enough storage in the closet for extra blankets etc. Advertise it as a romantic couples retreat. It could be really really cute and high end. I would probably not stay there again. There are many much better places in the area in the same late September price range. I’m sorry to give a less than stellar review but I was rather disappointed

Quick weekend away

This VRBO was the perfect location for guests of a wedding at Cliff House - just minutes away from the celebration, and convenient to all other spectacular sites/venues Cape Neddick has to offer.

Great location, well equipped & decorated

This place was in a great spot, walking distance to the very scenic Perkins Cove, and seems brand newly decorated & very well equipped. We loved our week there and hope to return soon.

Very nice condo….

My husband and I were in Ogunquit for my birthday week and had an enjoyable time. The condo was clean and well equipped with everything we needed. Location was amazing….short walk to Perkins Cove. Weather was beautiful….had a great week!

Great Stay!

Alice is an awesome host and was very responsive. The apartment is sweet and exactly what we expected. It’s easy walking distance to Perkins Cove and the very cute Main Street area. We would definitely stay here again if we are in the area.

Just a needed getaway

We were very happy with the Condo, it met are needs perfectly. Very close to Perkins Cove and not a very long drive to many attractions. The Marginal Way walk way was such a great way to walk to Ogunquit and to the beach. The sunrise from Oarweed Cove were beautiful.

This condo was fabulous. It was perfect size for my husband and I. The pictures in the VRBO app matched the way it looked in person. Loved that it was immaculate as I am a bit of a clean freak. Thought the price was reasonable as well, being that it is a hop skip and a jump away from Perkins Cove and not to far from Ogunquit beach. The host Alice was great! She was very attentive when it came to me e mailing her with my questions. The only thing we had a problem with, was when she explained where to empty the trash when checking out. We looked around the property and couldn’t find the dumpsters. I’m sure it was probably us .. lol Also make sure you out into your gps Pine Hill Rd SOUTH. We thought it said Pine Hill Rd so it brought us to another street much further down. It wasn’t just us that did that . I spoke to another renter the day we arrived, she was leaving, and she told me that she had done the same exact thing. Over all our experience there was very good. Thank you Alice for a very nice few days in Caoe Neddick.

Property was just as advertised. Communications with Alice was exceptional. Location is a big plus.Walk to everything Ogunquit Village has to offer especially Perkins Cove and Marginal way. Condo was spotless with all necessary needs provided. Would not hesitate to recommend.
