Entièrement rénové en 2014.

Détendez-vous et profitez des vues incroyables sur l'océan et la plage d'Ogunquit depuis votre terrasse privée au troisième étage. Garez votre voiture pour la semaine car Little Beach et Marginal Way sont à quelques pas de l'unité. En 10 minutes à pied, vous pourriez être à Perkins Cove ou Ogunquit Village avec tous les restaurants et boutiques qu'ils proposent. La plage d'Ogunquit est à 15 minutes à pied ou il y a un arrêt de tramway idéalement situé au bout de la rue. Les installations comprennent une piscine creusée chauffée sur place, deux courts de tennis, une aire de jeux et un jeu de palets. Accès par ascenseur.

L'unité a tous les nouveaux meubles à partir de 2013, y compris une cuisine entièrement équipée et un remodelage complet en 2014. Veuillez noter que les draps et les serviettes de bain ne sont pas fournis.

A Refreshing Getaway

What a way to wrap up the year! The views were incredible and we enjoyed every minute of our stay. The unit is neat, clean and centrally located. We did some sightseeing, shopping, and enjoyed several restaurants...........but mostly we sat quietly and enjoyed the view.

Spectacular view, close to beach, town...

Spectacular view! Great location: Close to beach, town and entertainment. Enjoyed a play at Ogunquit Playhouse. Lots of amenities, great communication and timely responses to questions.

LOVED IT

What a great condo, in a secure building, with great views and easy access to The Marginal Way. Owner was quick to respond to our questions. The unit was extremely clean and well appointed. We would love to stay her again! And the view...was gorgeous!!

Great Get-Away

We had a fun fall get-away and shopping trip. The condo was beautiful, clean, and had an amazing view from every room. We come to Ogunquit several times a year. Always in the summer with the whole family and often in the spring and fall as a couple. This was our first time at this property and we hope to come back.

First visit to Maine

This place was perfect for us. The view from the balcony was amazing. I loved watching the sunrises and sunsets. I would recommend staying here. Kathy is a great host and very accommodating.

Quaint Ocean view stay

Lovely place to visit, put on a lot of miles on the Marginal Way. Beautiful views of the Atlantic. Condo was efficient for our needs. Great that it had two bathrooms. Comfortable and relaxing setting. Nice boat ride with Finestkind boat tours out of Perkins Cove. Lots of shopping and restaurants serving up great food . Everyone very friendly

Beach Getaway

This unit was in a great location within walking distance of most everything. Marginal Way path is literally right outside the door. If the main beach is not your style there are a couple of little beaches within a short walk. The views from the deck are beautiful. The unit was also clean and well appointed.

Great Location

This Condo is in a great location and is the perfect one for a couple. Has two bathrooms which makes it convenient for us. The condo also has a Murphy Bed, so could have another couple but we didn’t use it. It is located about halfway from town and also fro Perkins Cove via the Marginal Way. The Deck is great for the view to the beach and water. We were out there a lot.All in All we would try to get this one again if we go back.

location location location!

This condo is a teriffic place to stay in an amazing town! We visited for our honeymoon and loved it!!! Its clean, nicely equipped and set in a perfect location to walk into Ogunquit for shopping,strolling and dining as well as amazingly close to the Marginal Way,with a pleasant walk to Perkins Cove. Beautiful ocean view from the condo as well as the close surrounding area, We would surely rent again!

This condo was great to stay in. It was very clean and well supplied. We enjoyed the decor and amenities provided. Although we had some cold days and nights, we were able to enjoy the fantastic balcony. We hope to be back again.

Ocean Getaway

Multi-time repeat customer, awesome as always! The large rooms and ocean views (steps from. marginal way) are spectacular. Always well kept and has everything you need from dishes to cooking items and dishwasher, so relaxing to stay here! The owner and communications are great, so glad i found this place!

Peaceful w beautiful view

Second visit was just as relaxing as the first. Outdoor covered deck offers flexibility if it rains. Amazing view with access to Marginal Way. Accommodations and host are great. Recently updated.

Beautiful!

This is definitely one of the most beautiful units we have ever stayed in while visiting Ogunquit. The décor of the unit is so welcoming. The view is just incredible. The closeness to the beach, Marginal Way and Perkins Cove can't be beat. Just sitting on the porch and watching the ocean is so peaceful. Definitely look forward to returning.

Excellent location!

This Condo is the perfect location in walking distance to the South Perkins Cove and to the North Ogunquit with shops and restaurants. We went to Roberto‘s Italian restaurant and again just a 5 min walk. With a full kitchen, we were able to have breakfast and even cooked a dinner with a view to the Bay. The King bed was comfortable, but the Mattress topper has seen better days. We kept rolling to one side. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Perfect!

Had a short getaway to Ogunquit in the spring with my husband and daughter and this was a lovely spot! Just like the pictures! Easy walks to town, beach, and Perkins Cove. Great view from the deck and the windows. Updated, clean. Very easy communication, check-in and check-out. Perfect!

Perfect Ogunquit Stay

We've been coming to Ogunquit for many years now. The Degan family condo at the Lookout is perfect for us. Its location is superb, an easy walk to Perkin's Cove and Ogunquit Center. Kathy is a joy to work with. The condo is beautifully decorated, comfortable, and spotless. The kitchen is well stocked with everything one could possibly need. The new furniture is lovely, and the blue color scheme throughout is perfect. We spent many hours on the balcony watching the tides change and listening to the waves. This was our second time staying here, but certainly not our last.

Awesome!

We had a wonderful stay at Kathy's condo. Communications and arrangements prior to our visit couldn't have been easier with Kathy answering all queries very quickly. The location is perfect for easy walking access to Ogunquit Village and Perkins Cove along the Marginal Way. Kathy left loads of useful information about the local area / restaurants etc. to help us get the best from our stay. The unit itself was spotless and beautifully decorated, well furnished, comfortable and equipped with everything we needed. The views over the beach from the balcony were fabulous and it was a fantastic spot to sit and relax in the evening. Our next port of call was Boston but we genuinely didn't want to leave Ogunquit and would happily have spent the rest of our vacation at Kathy's condo. We would highly recommend this home to anyone - you won't be disappointed.

Great views, charming unit

Older building, but the unit itself was very bright and updated. The views were incredible and we fully enjoyed the porch. The living and dining rooms were very comfortable and the couches were great for napping! Nice bonus having 2 bathrooms. The communication with Kathy was very good and the instructions and area information provided were spot on. The king bed in the bedroom was disappointing and was constructed of two foldable metal frames, which made for a very uncomfortable first night. We ended up sleeping in the Murphy bed in the living area for the rest of our stay. Aside from the bed, our stay was comfortable and we were able to walk everywhere. Love all of the Halloween decorations in Ogunquit for the season - an unexpected treat! FYI - many restaurants and shops were closed during the week, but then reopened Friday.
