Entièrement rénové en 2014.

Détendez-vous et profitez des vues incroyables sur l'océan et la plage d'Ogunquit depuis votre terrasse privée au troisième étage. Garez votre voiture pour la semaine car Little Beach et Marginal Way sont à quelques pas de l'unité. En 10 minutes à pied, vous pourriez être à Perkins Cove ou Ogunquit Village avec tous les restaurants et boutiques qu'ils proposent. La plage d'Ogunquit est à 15 minutes à pied ou il y a un arrêt de tramway idéalement situé au bout de la rue. Les installations comprennent une piscine creusée chauffée sur place, deux courts de tennis, une aire de jeux et un jeu de palets. Accès par ascenseur.

L'unité a tous les nouveaux meubles à partir de 2013, y compris une cuisine entièrement équipée et un remodelage complet en 2014. Veuillez noter que les draps et les serviettes de bain ne sont pas fournis.

We stayed for 4 days, but easily could have stayed for two weeks. The unit was clean, comfortable and well appointed. Anything extra you may have needed but forgot was available(beach cooler, chairs).View from the deck was beautiful and so peaceful. The host was attentive and responsive to make sure our stay was enjoyable. We'll be back for a longer stay next time.

Exactly as pictured. The unit was beautiful, spacious, and in walking distance of everything we needed — coffee, restaurants, the beach, etc. Kathy was very responsive to all our needs. Bed is very soft — we prefer a more firm mattress, but otherwise, this rental exceeded expectations.

The location is excellent! The condo feels like home and the views are outstanding!!! I will definitely stay here the next time I’m in ogunquit. The condo has everything you need and everything you might have forgotten. I can’t say enough good about this place.

You cannot find a more beautiful view and ideal location than this property. Park your car and walk everywhere; Perkins Cove, the beach, yes it is possible if you’re not lugging the living room and kitchen with you, restaurants, shopping if you’re so inclined. The trolley stops at the end of the street if you want that. Washing dishes is a treat while you gaze out at Ogunquit beach and river, wake up to the rising or ebbing tide and view the people who arrive at sunrise. This condo has it all and the owner is very accessible, accommodating and happy to make your stay comfortable and fun.

It REALLY is this panoramic and stunning.

Lovely condo. Comfortable and clean with beautiful views from every room. We walked the short path behind the property to Marginal Way almost every day. Also within walking distance to center of town to eat and shop. Owner responded to our questions quickly. Enjoyed our vacation. Only wish the weather had cooperated better so we could have utilized the balcony.

A Refreshing Getaway

What a way to wrap up the year! The views were incredible and we enjoyed every minute of our stay. The unit is neat, clean and centrally located. We did some sightseeing, shopping, and enjoyed several restaurants...........but mostly we sat quietly and enjoyed the view.

What a great condo, in a secure building, with great views and easy access to The Marginal Way. Owner was quick to respond to our questions. The unit was extremely clean and well appointed. We would love to stay her again! And the view...was gorgeous!!

Great Get-Away

We had a fun fall get-away and shopping trip. The condo was beautiful, clean, and had an amazing view from every room. We come to Ogunquit several times a year. Always in the summer with the whole family and often in the spring and fall as a couple. This was our first time at this property and we hope to come back.

Great Location

This Condo is in a great location and is the perfect one for a couple. Has two bathrooms which makes it convenient for us. The condo also has a Murphy Bed, so could have another couple but we didn’t use it. It is located about halfway from town and also fro Perkins Cove via the Marginal Way. The Deck is great for the view to the beach and water. We were out there a lot.All in All we would try to get this one again if we go back.

Quaint Ocean view stay

Lovely place to visit, put on a lot of miles on the Marginal Way. Beautiful views of the Atlantic. Condo was efficient for our needs. Great that it had two bathrooms. Comfortable and relaxing setting. Nice boat ride with Finestkind boat tours out of Perkins Cove. Lots of shopping and restaurants serving up great food . Everyone very friendly

Beach Getaway

This unit was in a great location within walking distance of most everything. Marginal Way path is literally right outside the door. If the main beach is not your style there are a couple of little beaches within a short walk. The views from the deck are beautiful. The unit was also clean and well appointed.

First visit to Maine

This place was perfect for us. The view from the balcony was amazing. I loved watching the sunrises and sunsets. I would recommend staying here. Kathy is a great host and very accommodating.

Ocean Getaway

Multi-time repeat customer, awesome as always! The large rooms and ocean views (steps from. marginal way) are spectacular. Always well kept and has everything you need from dishes to cooking items and dishwasher, so relaxing to stay here! The owner and communications are great, so glad i found this place!

Excellent location!

This Condo is the perfect location in walking distance to the South Perkins Cove and to the North Ogunquit with shops and restaurants. We went to Roberto‘s Italian restaurant and again just a 5 min walk. With a full kitchen, we were able to have breakfast and even cooked a dinner with a view to the Bay. The King bed was comfortable, but the Mattress topper has seen better days. We kept rolling to one side. We enjoyed our stay very much!
