Perfect home away from home, if you are looking for comfort, rest, and relaxation. The home is exactly as the pictures and the view of the beach is amazing early mornings.

Overall, we were pleased with the property and how management handled the minor issues we did have during our stay. We enjoyed ourselves and extended our stay an extra day.

ELEVATOR HORROR

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at this complex for the first and last time. The unit was beautiful, however: no one should have to wait for an elevator for 30-40 minutes to get down 14n flights of stairs with a 2,3 and 6 year old. The rules states no holding chairs, but if you didn't go down at 6:30-7:00am and put towels on a chair, then you were not sitting anywhere. We have been going to Gulf Shores for 25 plus years, but will look at other options for next year.

Great stay!

The room was very clean and communication was great. Only thing that wasn’t great which they have no control over they shut down the bar and grill for 3 days for construction in the middle of the week. They knew all the people staying that week. It put a damper we couldn’t get any food or drinks while there.

Wonderful experience

The condo was wonderful for our trip. We had 2 families that consisted of 4 adults and 6 kids under 6 years old. The grounds were very clean and offered great amenities. The condo was very spacious and fit our group well. The condo was clean and well stocked with necessities. This is for sure a place I would return to, or even purchase in the building.

Great customer service

My son broke his leg and we had to change our dates to avoid going with a casted child. They were great about it. Then our dates changed again becuase of Sally but they were great about clear communication and providing alternatives. You cannot beat the beach front property with pools.

Unit 1404 is just perfection. The best layout, function, beauty, decor, etc. etc. beach toys and supplies in the room too! We added to the community collection with new water wings, swimming noodle, and beach chair. This was our first time to the area and we already booked next year. Thanks to the owners and our agent Julia. First class all the way.

A few things...

Overall was a great stay, but there are a few things that I think you would like to know. - When we arrived, the kitchen area was subpar and not clean - we had to clean the coffee pot before it could be used - In the midst of the washing machine the washing there is a very loud noise / machine is not balanced and needs repair the interior of your home is wonderful and we did enjoy our stay, but I wanted you to be aware of the above, in case you weren't aware

Perfect family beach getaway

Our family of 8 stayed at The Oasis at Orange Beach (formerly Phoenix West II), and it was the perfect spot for a relaxing and fun-filled vacation. The location is unbeatable with easy, direct access to the beach — a huge plus for our group.The amenities are top-notch. We loved the multiple pools, including the adult pool, the splash pad for the kids, and especially the lazy river — my personal favorite! There’s also a great game room with arcade games, and the basketball and pickleball courts kept my nephew entertained for hours. We also made good use of the outdoor grills, which made family dinners easy and fun.The rooms were spacious, clean, and offered stunning views of the beach. Navigating the property was easy, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.We also really appreciated the convenience of the Oasis Beachside Café and Bar located right downstairs — perfect for grabbing a bite or a drink without leaving the property.The only minor downside was the elevator wait times, which could be a bit long, especially during the busy Memorial Day weekend — but that’s to be expected with such a popular spot.Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend for families or groups looking for a fun and comfortable beach retreat!

Great Location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This vacation rental was in a great location on an area of Orange Beach that is not very overcrowded. It was nicely decorated and very clean. The only complaint is the bedroom with two queen beds was not at all comfortable. Once of the beds had a broken frame and was held up by a few pieces of wood that were propped under the mattress. We did not discover that until the last day there after our daughter and her significant other slept in that bed all week and complained about how uncomfortable it was and how much their back hurt (ending up moving to the couch three nights they were so uncomfortable). If not for this, we would give this condo 5 stars, but as is, we would not be able to return to this condo until we knew that bed was fixed so that whomever was sleeping in that bed would have a comfortable nights sleep but once fixed properly we would definitely recommend this property. Everything else was wonderful!

Family Vacation 2026

The toilet seat in the master BR was not secure, and the condo was described as having a kitchen with everything you need to cook in, but that was not entirely true. We made do though and changed some of our menu to fit what was there to use. We absolutely loved the ice maker next to the wine cooler. It was a great asset to have. Despite the few issues, I would stay there again.

The property was awesome. Lazy river is amazing, all of the pools were great. Restaurant/bar was phenomenal! 6 elevators on site to ensure you didn’t wait long. All covered parking. Room was great, everything up to date and modern. Shower was amazing. I will definitely be back.

The amenities at The Oasis were great and were definitely a highlight of our stay.Unfortunately, the condo itself was not very clean and is in need of some upgrades, especially the carpets and rugs. When we arrived, we had to wait for the cleaning crew to finish preparing the unit before we could enter. The maids were very kind and allowed us to place our belongings inside and wait on the balcony while they finished cleaning after what appeared to be a very messy and unsanitary previous guest.The elevator system was also less than ideal, especially around the 4:30 PM check-in rush. Be prepared for long waits during peak arrival times, although thankfully there is a bench near the elevators where you can sit while waiting.Considering the price we paid, the overall condition of the condo did not meet our expectations. While the amenities were enjoyable, the cleanliness, upkeep, and overall experience made it feel like poor value for the cost.

I've stayed at a Phoenix condo for the past 10 years and have never been to one as dirty as this one.
