Locations avec des propriétés de vacances idylliques

Idyllic Holiday Properties est une petite société de vacances conviviale offrant un service honnête et efficace pour nos propriétés locatives privées situées dans des endroits fantastiques sur l'île Anna Maria sur la côte du golfe de Floride. L'île possède 7 miles de belle plage de sable blanc cassé où vous pourrez voir des pélicans plonger, des dauphins jouer et la course ibis.

Nous avons 6 propriétés sur l'île, y compris notre Beach House, qui, comme son nom l'indique est situé juste sur la plage avec vue sur l'océan, et nos 3 chalets qui sont à seulement 200 pieds de la plage et bénéficient d'une piscine de forme libre avec cascade.

Toutes nos propriétés sont joliment rénovées, confortablement meublées et bien équipées avec tout ce dont nous espérons que vous aurez besoin pour passer des vacances parfaites.

Stayed here in March 2026. House was absolutely beautiful and clean! Just a short walk to the beach with 2 small kids was super convenient. We also used the beach wagon, chair, and sand toys which was great! The house had a heated outdoor shower, great for washing sandy toes and bodies off before heading inside. We used the heated pool on the property as well. Super private and cozy. The house was very close to all the local shops and restaurants. The north part of the island was the place to be, and the beach close by was never crowded. Wonderful stay and would love to stay again!

The Starfish Cottage is the perfect location, cozy and well stocked. We loved being able to roll out of bed and on to the beach with ease. The pool was especially a highlight for our family. We would welcome the opportunity to stay here again when we visit family.

The cottage was comfortable and you couldn’t beat the location. Everything we wanted from the beach, to good food and shopping was just a short walk from the cottage. We will be back!!

Great cottage close to the beach

Cute cottage located very short distance from the beach. Nice pool and great location near shops and eateries. Would definitely stay again.

Starfish was great!

Perfect vacation for our family. Very short walk to the beach which made it so nice not worrying about finding beach access parking. We will definitely stay here again!

Beautiful location and minutes from the beach. Everything was there that we needed for our family get away! Friendly managers and prompt with answering our questions.

Great location!

We had a great stay for our moms getaway! What we loved most was the location. We could walk to everything: beach, shopping, restaurants, market, etc. We will be back!

A lovely cottage, and a great location. The pool and access to the beach was perfect. The actual cottage was even nicer than the photos and listing. The host was easily accessed and she quickly responded to questions and needs. We highly recommend.

Great Location

The cottage was perfect for my family of 4. My young kids loved the pool and the short walk to the beach. The location was perfect for everything we needed. The kitchen was also well stocked so we could eat in with ease. We’ll be back!

Cottage feel at the beach!

We loved everything about starfish cottage. The backyard pool, proximity to the beach, shopping, and restaurants. Clean and quiet with everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. Master bed was a little outdated. Other than that, everything was wonderful.

Beautiful getaway

The home was beautiful and well maintained. It was decorated nicely and was very clean. It met all our needs. The pool was outstanding with the umbrella tables and lounge chairs. The private beach just a short distance away was amazing with beautiful sunsets. We definitely would come back and stay here!!

Great week at AMI

Love this property - definitely a "wow!" Much bigger than pictures show. The pool is great and the cottage is easily within walking distance to the beach. Everything was clean and beautifully decorated. We are looking forward to staying here again.

Great vacation cottage!!

The cottage was clean and perfect for our little family get away! Short walk to the beach and plenty of room on the beach for social distancing. We had an issue with the air conditioner one night and Sharon did a great job in getting someone out to check it out that night. We had a great time and will definitely be back!!!

Holiday vacation at starfish cottage

My family enjoyed our holiday celebration vacation at the starfish cottage. We enjoyed the wonderful location on Anna Maria, the comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen and the beautiful patio with heated pool. We were happy to be near many shops to pick up donuts and to get breakfast. The cottage is great for enjoying family dinners and it was so nice that the host supplied some water, snacks and a bottle of wine. We truly felt fortunate to find this wonderful spot and hope to return soon.

Tropical Paradise

Incredible vacation, even with Tropical Storm Debby. Property manager, Sharon was in constant contact with us to make sure we were safe. All you need to stay in this delightful cottage is a toothbrush, toothpaste, swimsuit and sunscreen! Will be back!

Another great stay at “the cottages”.

Second stay at the cottages. Stayed in Starfish this time. The cottage was so comfortable. Clean and had everything you could possibly need for a beach vacation. Sharon and Liane are a pleasure to work with. New find this trip was Robinson Preserve. Recommend googling it and visiting it. Already planning my next visit and would only stay at “the cottages”!

Great location

Needs new couches, uncomfortable and stained. Needs new pillows on beds, also uncomfortable. Master bedroom needs a headboard. Pool and location amazing!! I love where this cottage is and the pool area is so quaint and welcoming. Beach down the road is paradise.

Hi Christine - thank you so much for taking the time to review our vacation rental. We're delighted you loved the location, pool area and 'paradise' beach. We warmly welcome all feedback and will pass on your observations to our management team. We replace mattresses and bedding with quality products regularly but find that guests have different preferences as regards mattress hardness for example. Due to Covid travel restrictions, the normal annual inspection of the property could not take place for two years. The good news is the owner can now return to AMI. She will thoroughly inspect the property this spring and arrange any works/updates required.

Super cute cottage for family of 4

We really enjoyed our stay at the starfish cottage! It is the perfect size for a family of 4. We were soooo close to the beach, shops, you name it! We rented bikes and a golf cart just for entertainment but could have easily walked anywhere we wanted to go. We had groceries delivered and cooked most of our meals in the well equipped kitchen! We don't care much for long lines and waiting to eat out so we were thrilled that the kitchen had everything we needed to make yummy meals. THANKS so much for your amazing hospitality! We will be back:)
