Maison confortable, spacieuse et magnifiquement entretenue dans un quartier calme près de la piste cyclable. La baie de Cape Cod est à 1,6 km, ainsi que le littoral national et de nombreuses autres attractions. Notre propriété a une grande terrasse, une véranda grillagée, une grande douche extérieure et un bel aménagement paysager. Profitez de nos courts de tennis de quartier et de cornichons privés et à proximité de la baie, de l'océan et des étangs, et à quelques pas du Cape Cod Rail Trail. Cette maison immaculée est proche de tout ce que vous voudrez faire avec votre famille et vos amis. Il s'agit d'une location du dimanche au dimanche en juillet et août. La location du samedi au samedi sera considérée avec une demande de renseignements. * Les draps ne sont PAS fournis en haute saison.

Perfect Vacation Spot

We had a great family vacation. The house was beautiful and we loved our time together. The location was very quiet and the house was very clean. The communication between the host and us was excellent. We will definitely come back to this house.

An anniversary and family vacation held in a lovely area of the Cape

A very well equipped, beautiful “ cape style” Cape with generous size rooms, comfortable surroundings and just minutes to ocean and bay beaches. Marconi was our go-to ocean beach. Would not hesitate to select this property again.

Perfect House...Perfect Host!

Beautiful home with everything you could ever want! Equisite and thoughtful decor throughout. Located in a charming and convenient neighborhood...very close to ponds and bay beaches, a short drive to National Seashore beaches.

We really enjoyed our stay at this super clean, comfortable, well appointed home. There were ample places, both indoor and out, to spread out and relax. Pam was attentive and responded quickly to our emails. We would definitely book again.

Cozy and Peaceful!

Spacious Cape home---so welcoming and very clean. Felt very comfortable there. Beautiful sun room!! Close to beaches and restaurants. Owner was helpful if needed and very pleasant. Well equipped for all your needs. Spacious deck as well. We would go back in a heartbeat!!

July Reunion

This property is an Amazing Vacation Home that makes you feel right at home the minute you walk in. The open space ..airy and light.. Wonderful Vacation Home in Eastham!

Our family fell in love with this home the second we walked in, the pictures do not do it justice, it is so spacious. Everything you could think of needing, the host had thought of ahead of time. This home was a perfect location for restaurants, National Seashore beaches, bay beaches and Cape Cod Bike Trail. The area has so much to offer, but we cherished our family time on the deck, sun room and beautiful Great Room! Pam was a wonderful host, and easy to get in touch with. This vacation home was beyond our expectations!!!!

Great Family Experience

This was our second experience with renting from VRBO in Cape Cod. We found this house to give us everything we were looking for plus more. The hostess had thought about everything and we lacked nothing. If we needed it, it was there. We were looking for an accommodation that would provide pickleball tennis and closeness to the bike trail. Everything was there. Even the beaches nearby were very accommodating to our family. I would recommend this home to everyone. I don’t know what more I can say except that it was excellent and I would return in a heartbeat.

Super clean, very roomy, upstairs and down king beds separated nicely for privacy. Two twin bedded rooms one on each floor. Outside shower the best ever, private, hot and cold, shampoo, conditioner, hand held. Best outdoor shower we have ever seen. If you want to cook everything is there - even numerous spice s. Bed quality was excellent, Nice towels. Beach towels and chairs. Don’t hesitate, a beautiful house. Filled with quality furniture. Right near bike path. Right near bike shop. Short drive to cape cod national seashore beach.

A perfect house for our family

We had eight people staying in the house ranging in age from 2 months old to 77 years old. The bedrooms were a perfect configuration for our family, with a king room and twin room downstairs and the same upstairs (the upstairs twin beds are extra long). The bottom line is we all loved the house - it is a lovely home with several living spaces indoors and out including a beautiful, comfortable, and light-filled family room and a great porch and deck. Pam is a thoughtful and generous host who was very easy to communicate with. She has stocked the house with everything a vacationer could need from a very nice kitchen full of various dishes, glasses, bowls, platters, pots and pans, you name it, to beach equipment including an umbrella and 8 very nice beach chairs. The house was very clean and comfortable. We hope to return next year!

Anne and her group were excellent guests! Anne went above and beyond as a guest in so many ways. For one, she allowed a contractor to come to provide a service during her stay, which was so appreciated. Even given her early morning departure, every aspect of the house was addressed, from having all the trash out, having all the dishes cleaned and put away, along with cleaning more than was expected. A perfect getaway

This is possibly the most comfortable rental home we have ever stayed in, and we’ve stayed in lots! The house is extremely spacious and beautifully laid out and even though there were just two us it still felt cozy. On the other hand, it could easily and comfortably accommodate 2 families or an extended family. Our favorite part was the large, light-filled great room, which was a delight in every way. There were lots of “bests” about this home: best-stocked kitchen, best lighting, best-stocked bookcases, best supply of games and best seating. The master bedroom was also a dream, and the entire house was spotlessly clean. For those who enjoy the bay side of the Cape and the National Seashore, the location couldn’t be better, and one can also easily get to some of the south side ocean beaches in half an hour or less. Pam was a warm and responsive host who has clearly given a great deal thought to the comfort of her guests. We will definitely be back!

Perfect House, Perfect Stay

We are a family of 4 with two kids under 11 and 2 grandparents. The house was perfect for us and had everything you could possibly need. Pam has thought of it all, we didn't even need shampoo or conditioner in the wonderful outdoor shower! Inside there was room for everyone to be independent. Outside there is a quiet, calm, green neighborhood and private yard, complete with bunnies and turtles. Good Wifi and printer for people who need to work. Easy ride to the bike Rail-Trail (just a short bit on the "busy" street). Easy 6-11 minute drive to anything -- Bay beaches, grocery store, National Sea Shore. In terms of COVID-19, Pam does a thorough cleaning, which really put our minds at ease, and there is a ton of room inside or out on the two decks to spread out too -- with a wonderful grill. You will not be disappointed! Thank you Pam

Fantastic Place

The house was absolutely fantastic....very clean and so well equipped. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet and the location provides easy access to beaches, sightseeing and shopping. Pam was super responsive to all our questions. We highly recommend this property for rental !

Great place

The house was extremely clean. It had everything you needed - from beach chairs to corn on the cob plates. It is centrally located to everything. It even had a family of baby rabbits outside! A 10 out of 10 for this house. I would rebook in a heartbeat! Thank you to the owners for a fantastic week.

Beautiful home - perfect for family vacation

This beautiful home far exceeded our expectations. It was spotless, spacious and had every amenity we could have asked for. Nice private yard, great sunroom and deck and an amazing great room. The owner was very friendly and helpful. Perfect family vacation home.

Amazing Home!

This rental had it all, and felt like home. The neighborhood tennis courts and close proximity to the bike trail were both big bonuses. The sunroom and deck were great ways to enjoy outside meal times as well. We have rented in Cape Cod for many years, and this was by far our favorite! Thanks Pam :-)

Large outdoor shower, which is a must! 4K curved screen TV in an expansive family room comfortable for gathering with sliders out to the large deck.
