Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. As the owner, I personally just read your review, and I am truly sorry that parts of your stay did not meet your expectations. I was not the person handling communications during your stay, but I wanted to personally respond. Regarding the AC unit, visible mold should never be present. After you reported the issue, our team immediately sent someone to clean the condensation buildup that was causing the problem. While humidity can create challenges in Florida, I understand your concern and apologize if our response made you feel your concerns were being dismissed. I also personally inspected the luggage storage cubby after reading your review and found that the lock was indeed not functioning properly. It has since been replaced. I apologize for the inconvenience and frustration this caused. I am glad you enjoyed the location, beach access, pool area, and beach chairs. At the same time, I regret that our communication left you feeling unsupported. That is not the experience we want our guests to have. Thank you for bringing these matters to our attention. We take guest feedback seriously and use it to improve. Please accept my sincere apologies, and I wish you all the best in your future travels.
