Amazing little spot, convenient parking, and minutes from where we needed to be. We were in town for a concert at a Riverbend! Hotels in the area were outrageously priced. This was perfect for what we needed!

We only stayed for 1 day for the cubs vs reds. But the place was really close to the stadium we just walked and the place was clean and food recommendations were excellent.

The location was perfect to access all we wanted to do in Newport. Host recommendations of restaurants such as Press turned out to be wonderful. Apartment was perfect for two. The place was cozy comfortable and very cool. It was quiet until the later morning hours when noise from above was pretty loud from what sounded like someone moving furniture. But it did not affect us as we did not sleep in. Great place! We would stay again!

This place is a gem. Loved everything about it. And great location to everything. We came for baseball games and an easy walk over to stadium along with a ton of restaurants and things to do. Will definitely be back next time we come down!

We loved our stay! It’s even cuter in person (especially the bathroom!) and the room was spotless and comfortable. The host was quick to respond and resolved the parking issue we had quickly. We loved the snack basket waiting for us, lovely touch. Would 100% return when back in the area!

I have stayed at the Inn a couple of times now and the experience has been absolutely fantastic each time. The rooms are affordable and VERY comfortable, the location is great given the different restaurants and bars and proximity to Cincinnati, and the service and hospitality Jeff and Terri provide are incredible. I won't even CONSIDER staying somewhere else when I'm in that area! I can't recommend this place enough.

We are empty nesters. Terri loves walking to the farmers market, shopping in the antique stores, and of course bourbon! Jeff loves all of the music venues within walking distance. We also enjoy walking the "East Row" and enjoying the 19th century architecture of the beautiful homes.

This 300 sqft Studio has a kitchenette, new Serta Queen iComfort bed and a large bathroom with walk-in shower. Located just a few blocks from the Ohio River, we are located right in the heart of the historic district in a beautiful turn of the century building. If you would also like to experience the big city, a walk or carriage ride to downtown Cincinnati creates a whole new dimension.
