Notre condo est parfaitement situé au 22e étage donnant directement sur la piscine extérieure de Phoenix Gulf Shores avec une vue panoramique incroyable sur le golfe !! Nous avons également une serrure de porte d'entrée sans clé afin que vous n'ayez pas à garder de clés pendant votre séjour! Vous pouvez profiter d'une vue spectaculaire sur le golfe depuis le balcon ou à travers les fenêtres du sol au plafond dans l'unité depuis le salon et la chambre principale !! Avec plus de 1750 pieds carrés, l'unité est très spacieuse, récemment meublée et nouvelle sur le marché locatif !!

Les commodités sont nombreuses dans ce condo de Phoenix Gulf Shores: l'unité est équipée d'appareils électroménagers de grande taille, d'un bar avec machine à glaçons, d'un téléviseur HD à écran plat de 65 pouces dans le salon et d'un téléviseur intelligent à écran plat de 43 po 4K dans le maître et les 2e et 3e des chambres. Nous avons une buanderie avec laveuse et sécheuse pleine grandeur, son surround dans le salon, beaucoup de vaisselle / verrerie, grille-pain, mixeurs, cafetière ordinaire et un Keurig! Il y a un lit King dans le Master, un lit King dans la 2ème chambre, deux lits Queen dans la 3ème chambre et un canapé-lit dans le salon. Nous avons également un pack n play pour les tout-petits et un matelas gonflable si vous en avez besoin.

Il y a une superbe piscine extérieure à entrée zéro avec un toboggan, une piscine intérieure chauffée, deux jacuzzis, un centre de remise en forme ultramoderne avec vue sur le golfe, des barbecues et un court de tennis.

Il y a une limite d'âge minimum de 25 ans pour réserver l'unité qui sera appliquée sans remboursement pour violation.

Spring break '25

We had an enjoyable stay. Condo was very nice, plenty of room to spread out and great views of the ocean. Could hear neighbors above, but that could change for each group.

Best condo we've vacationed in

We vacation every summer somewhere on a southern coast with our girls and this is probably the nicest rental we've ever stayed in. It's just like the photos and the view from the balcony is outstanding! It was so nice, we ended up just wanting to hang out in the living room and on the balcony just as much as going down to the pool and beach. Also loved using a door code instead of having to keep track of key cards. This made it so much easier and I didn't have to worry that one of our teens would get locked out.Indoor and outdoor pools, and 2 whirlpools, were well maintained. Entire building, including huge lobby area, was beautiful. Easy access to the beach and ocean. The beach itself was soft, white sand with tons of sea shells up towards the hotel entrance. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and the master also had a tub. Master has a view of the ocean! The kitchen was wonderful and we actually boiled crab and made a seafood dinner one evening. Everything is in good repair and they thought of everything as far as supplies to get their guests started. There is no towel service but the unit has its own washer and dryer, which we utilized a few times.We loved that this complex had a parking structure with 4 elevators. We will definitely recommend and stay again.

Nice condo but the hidden fees are ridiculous

Reviewer Comments: All in all it was a nice condo. $55 per car parking though is ridiculous! If you’re paying thousands of dollars to stay in a condo, parking should be included. I won’t ever stay there again for that sole reason.

Great Beach Trip

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Booking through VRBO has always been easy and a good experience. The condo this year was one of the best we have ever stayed in. Condo was clean and comfortable with plenty of seating for everyone. Kitchen was well stocked with anything you would need. The ice maker was awesome to have! The outdoor furniture was extra nice!! Phoenix Gulf Shores property is very nice with the outdoor pool and water slide and the heated indoor pool. We enjoyed it all. I would highly recommend this condo! The only thing I was disappointed about was not being able to see the sunset from condo.

Paradise on the beach

This place was amazing! The view from the patio was breathtaking. The condo had everything you needed if wanting to stay in and cook your own meals. I’d request that more towels be stocked in the condo as we had to wash them all mid stay. The last 2 days of our stay the air conditioning quit working. It was difficult to contact the owner after hours and the number we had to the front desk or to report and issue was closed after 430pm.

Best condo we ever rented. Everything was just as described. The kitchen was so well stocked with everything a good cook needs. The balcony view was spectacular. Highly recommend. Looking forward to returning again.

This condo was exactly as described in the listing. Great location for daily walks, close to restaurants and grocery stores, great indoor pool (although loud, hot, and unsupervised most of the time), etc. The kitchen was stocked well so there wasn’t anything we couldn’t do. One thing that was frustrating though was the ice maker wasn’t filling up very quickly so we ended up having to buy ice a few days. The property manager was quick to respond when we needed more dish towels and when we accidentally broke a lamp he was fair on the price. I was kind of confused in with the reviews saying if you get there after 5pm you have to go to another location so I called at 4:30pm (we hit traffic) and was told that was the case, so I was confused as to why that wasn’t communicated to us. According to reviews, we wouldn’t have been able to access the pool or beach if we’d of come straight to our condo. I was skeptical to choose this condo because I typically go with more tropically themed places and the overall decor was outdated. But it fit our needs. The balcony furniture was a plus!!

2023 Gulf Shores Trip

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property was awesome! The pictures and descriptions online were spot on when we got there. The actual unit itself was impeccable, the elevators were fast and plenty, the pools were perfect. This was an amazing spot for a single family, or multi family vacation! I would give this place a 4.9/5 starts overall! My only complaints would be that the security guards are a little over the top when “patrolling” the pools, and at the end of the boardwalk where it meets the sand, it was pretty washed out and there were sandbags right in the way. My family and I will definitely be back!!

The condo was clean and well stocked. Plenty of room and the balcony and it’s furniture are awesome!! We enjoyed every single minute. Highly recommend this condo. It’s our 13th year coming to Gulf Shores. We will definitely rent this again!!

Great location- poorly managed

Check-in no early than 4:30, front desk closes at 5.pm. 30 min window to check in OR you do not get access codes for beach or gym until the next morning at 9am. Grout in tile was nasty, poorly cleaned, surround sound in-opt, no pack and play as advertised in description, bulbs out, several outlets did not work, plenty of extra pillows, no pillow cases available...until we found them stuffed inside entertainment center cabinet drawer in the living room, really??? I will not stay there again.

Recent stay at Phoenix Gulf shores

Location was wonderful! Loved the resort and it’s amenities. Condo was very nice, view was spectacular! Only complaint was the master bed was so hard and uncomfortable that my back was killing me by the end of the seven days. Still enjoyed our stay. Will treasure the memories made.
