Magnifique condo avec vue sur l'océan. Récemment rénové.

T419 est un condo de deux chambres joliment aménagé situé dans les terrasses du Pacifique, unité de luxe récemment rénovée. Cette unité a un roi dans la chambre principale, deux lits jumeaux dans la deuxième chambre (qui peut être transformée en un roi), a une douche à l'italienne dans la salle de bain de la chambre principale, également un canapé-lit dans le salon. Cette unité a une superbe vue sur l'océan. A également une laveuse et sécheuse et un système stéréo / DVD Bose. Cette unité ne permet pas de fumer ou d'animaux! Cette unité ne reçoit pas de service de ménage quotidien, les clients ont également accès au bâtiment avec une piscine uniquement. 2 nuits minimum toute l'année.

Great location, close to Seaside and Cannon Beach. We all enjoyed our stay and the swimming pool was great for my kiddo.

Beach vacation

Beautiful place to stay. The view from the balcony was great. So glad we picked this one. Short walk to the beach. Had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Close to stores and restaurants. And the beach was so nice. We found so many sand dollars here combing the beach. Our granddaughters loved playing on the beach. The heated indoor pool was nice also. Would highly recommend staying here.

Great property to rent. Amazing views of the ocean in a prime Gearhart location. Less than 5 minute walk to beach. Across the street from Gearhart Golf Course and McMinnemans Sand Trap Restaurant. Close to Bakery and Grocery Store. The condo has all the comforts of home. Two bathrooms with a master walk in shower. A fully stocked kitchen to cook your own meals. Having a Washer and Dryer was very helpful. Just a great all round property that we will definitely book again for our next beach escape!

Spring Break 3/31-4/5

I’d like to start by saying that we really enjoyed the unit, with the exception of the first night. At about 3:30 am, the fire alarm went off. Our family was scared to death, kids were crying and we didn’t know what was happening. We made sure the kids were safely outside and then checked the unit. Thankfully, there wasn’t any smoke or fire. We couldn’t figure out why the alarm went off but aired out the unit, got the alarm to go off, and then tried to get the family resettled. Unfortunately, when we were back to sleep, the alarm went off again, this time around 6. We, again, made sure the kids were safely outside and checked out the unit. The situation was the same as before. I contacted the front desk and then let me know that maintenance would be there soon (as they started at 7). The alarm would turn off and then sound again. This happened 5 times, including once when the maintenance was there fixing them. They took the alarms out of the unit and came back later to replace them. I am very thankful nothing bad happened, however, my family did not get sleep that first night and that really put a damper on our following day as kids were cranky and tired. No one checked back in with us after the replacement which was a little surprising.

Late Arrival

We arrived about 11pm called just before we arrived and the night secure met us outside gave us our keys and direction too our unit and sent us on our way. Very pleasant. All of us are over 60 we had a great stay.

Perfect family getaway

We spent two nights here and wish we could have stayed longer! The location is perfect, a short walk to the beach in a quiet, clean neighborhood. The beach access permits driving out on the beach, making it ideal when we had to lug beach toys, kites, chairs and a cooler to the beach. The condo had everything we needed, including a view of the ocean. We swam in the pool (a little chilly but the kids didn’t mind) and there was a small play structure just a few units over. The big enclosed front patio was great to dry out our sandy gear before loading it back up into the car. This unit is perfect for a family of 4 (lots of kids books and a few puzzles/games - no kid DVDs except Planet Earth). We can’t wait to come back again!

Gearhart by the bay

This is a beautiful property! However we did have to switch listing due to limited view of the original property. Once we were able to switch thanks to the property manager we were happy to see and hear the ocean 24/7. The beach is wonderful . The Home away service fee was a bit expensive, could have saved some money if we just call the place!

A gem on the Oregon Coast. Clean and well appointed property. Close to the beach and close to 101. I would definitely would recommend!

Beautiful condo with an amazing view of the ocean. Just a short walk to the beach! They had chairs, kites, ect. to use at the beach. Plenty of kitchen utensils to use and games to play!

We love it , we can't wait to go back next year

We loved the location and this property; the main bed was a bit uncomfortable other than everything was perfect; We wanted to stay another night but the property was already booked; We did not have time to enjoy the ocean view since the weather was not the best, but we are looking forward to going back next year maybe in a different month to be able to enjoy more of the beautiful view and the pool; it is really relaxing to stay there and everything is very close

Girlfriends getaway

My old college roommates and I got together for a girls’ getaway. We love this condo. It was clean and was located close to the beach. The unit had a beautiful view so that we could enjoy the ocean wether walking on the beach or just viewing the ocean from our unit.

This condo was perfect for a girlfriends' getaway. Quiet, easy walk to the beach, beautiful views, well-stocked, modern kitchen and cozy fireplace. Would definitely rent this property again.

Would stay again - needs a couple improvements

Staying here with our brother and sister-in-law for a quiet weekend was the best decision! The ocean view is unbelievable and the walk ability to the beach, to mcmenamins and the downtown Gearhart Cafe is amazing. Only issue was when we arrived for an early check in (I called that day and they said to head on over). The stove was dirty, a bunch of utensils had food on them, a door knob fell off to the closet, and the dishwasher was full. The front desk lady was very nice and apologetic but the manager didn’t apologize once and told me that we should’ve known that it wouldn’t be cleaned since it wasn’t checked with our early check in. I let him know that nobody told me that and he had someone come over to clean up the dishes. I also never got the check in or check out instructions and had to call/message for both of those. So that was odd. The house wasn’t very clean (soap scum in the bathroom, mold in the water filter, dust/dirt on the moldings). I would 100% come back, but wish it was a different property management company to rent from next time. Thanks!

Unit is nice, management is unfriendly and unhelpful

Once the problems were taken care of the unit was very comfortable and pleasant. The management team did not sent me check-in information and did not respond when I requested it via VRBO message. We had to find the office phone number thru Google after we arrived. The unit apparently had not been made ready for guests, and the office staff were surprisingly unfriendly about it. I would imagine that they figure they will rent the place no matter what, and if you don't need hospitality when you're away from home by all means go for it. As I said, the unit is very nice. It's just the management that will keep me from staying there again. Nothing much to do in Gearhart, but it is close to Seaside and Cannon Beach.

The condo was perfect for two couples. Clean, comfortable, ocean view and a very well equipped kitchen. Would definitely stay here again or recommend it to others.

Beautiful Rental

My family and I absolutely loved staying here! Beautifully updated, comfortable beds, beautiful view, few short walking steps to beach, fully supplied recreational closet with kites, firewood, and sandcastle building equipment for the kids, along with chairs to take to the beach. We enjoyed the sound system and also took advantage of the board games in the spacious living room, and we loved hanging on the patio Enjoying not only the view but also the sounds! Highly recommend this rental!!
