Bienvenue dans ce chalet de plage chaleureux et luxueux, une grande maison pour créer des souvenirs avec votre famille et vos amis. Commencez vos journées en regardant le soleil se lever sur le golfe depuis le balcon du loft et complétez-les avec les couchers de soleil incroyables de la salle à manger et du balcon du parc.

Le premier Ă©tage comprend une spacieuse suite parentale avec un lit king-size et une salle de bain privĂ©e, une chambre et une salle de bain queen-size et une chambre pour enfants avec des lits superposĂ©s. Il dispose Ă©galement d'une taniĂšre pour enfants avec un canapĂ©-lit et une tĂ©lĂ©vision. À l'arriĂšre, un porche de couchage Ă  volets.
Le deuxiÚme étage donne sur le parc, avec une grande cuisine et un ßlot, une salle à manger et un porche de couchage aux volets fermant la salle de séjour. La cheminée transparente vous emmÚne dans le grand salon et le bar, avec un petit réfrigérateur, un évier et une machine à glaçons.

Le loft au troisiÚme étage a une suite parentale avec un lit king, une salle de bain privée et une taniÚre avec une télévision derriÚre les portes françaises.

Fantastic girls weekend

We have a fantastic girl's weekend at Chloe's cottage. The house is beautiful and we enjoyed sitting around and catching up. Unfortunately, it was a bit too chilly to sit around the fire pit on this stay!! It is a quick few steps to the beach and wow.... was it beautiful! Sugar sand and crystal clear water made for a wonderful morning stroll each morning. Rosemary Beach restaurants and shops also a quick walk or bike ride. I would 100% return for another stay. Highly recommend.

Having the living space upstairs and bedrooms down was ideal. It is an easy walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. We also enjoyed taking the 6 bikes with trailer out and about. The home is also well furnished for preparing meals. We will definitely return. Lastly, the management was responsive and took care of any issue we had very quickly.

The cottage itself was beautifully decorated, very well appointed and very clean. Plenty of room for 7 adults and two little ones. The location of the cottage is its selling point - literally a block to the beach! We enjoyed everything about our trip to Rosemary and our stay at Chloe's Cottage and can't wait to go back!

They really make the process easy and seamless. The home was beautiful and is the best located of any at which we have stayed. The layout is great and worked perfectly for our family of six. This was a quick three night trip, but it really was perfect. We’ll look to book this same house on our next trip.

They had beach items we could use while there which was an added bonus as we all flew to Florida. The house was clean and very well stocked. Plenty of room for the 4 of us who each had our own room. I would like to give a shout out to the management company since they were very attentive and accommodating ...the best I have experienced!

The home was like new, beautiful, clean, well appointed, VERY close to the beach, in a quite area across from the park and it provided lots of space to spread out. The pool was perfect and beautiful at night too. The carriage house was x-tra special and roomy.The management company was attentive and ensured our stay was wonderful.It's a very short walk to the "A" walkover to be on the beach quickly. Renting beach chairs in advance is a nice service provided by Beach Service and this area of Rosemary is not as crowded as other walkovers.We highly recommend this property. Perfection!

The location is awesome - a short walk to the beach and pool with a playground directly across the lane. We had a small problem during our stay and after a quick text to the management company the issue was fixed before we were back from the beach!

As you can only check in after receiving a text from the 30A Rental Vacations on the day of your arrival it was very frustrating that an incorrect land line was auto-populated from vrbo to 30A Rental Vacations and no other method of communication was attempted although all other communication had been by e-mail.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our first trip to Rosemary Beach and Chloe's cottage was the perfect place to stay. We loved the layout of the house and the location that was a quick walk to the Big Bad Breakfast and also to the Donut Hole as well as going to main street. Really convenient with the bikes provided. Our kids loved being across from the park too. Only thing that would have helped was having beach/pool towels provided. For those who fly in from out of town, it is not easy to pack these and so we purchased some there.

Lovely House

The house was great, excellent location close to beach walkovers and a short walk to town/tennis/pools. It is well appointed with a well stocked kitchen especially. We really enjoyed the house and our stay!

The management company was all about service and it really showed during our stay. They checked in on us during our stay and really anticipated our needs. We can't thank them enough and will only use them when staying on 30A going forward!
