Serrure de porte d'entrée sans clé ... ne pas tenir avec les touches pendant votre séjour !!

Notre condo est parfaitement situé au 14ème étage donnant directement sur les piscines, la rivière paresseuse et l'océan magnifique! Vous pourrez profiter d'une vue spectaculaire sur le golfe depuis le balcon ou à travers les baies vitrées de l'appartement. Avec plus de 1,950 pieds carrés l'unité est très spacieuse et nouvellement meublée.

Les commodités sont abondantes à ce condo de Phoenix West: l'unité est désignée avec des appareils en taille réelle, dosseret de tuiles personnalisées, bar avec machine à glaçons, 55 "TVHD à écran plat dans le salon et un écran plat 50" HDTV dans le 42 "HDTV dans la 2ème chambre et 3ème chambre, salle de lavage avec laveuse et sécheuse. Il y a 2 chambres à coucher principales avec lits King et la 3ème. Br a 2 lits Queen pour dormir de 8 dans les lits. Nous autorisons 10 invités si vous avez des enfants en bas âge.

Il y a une rivière lente, un toboggan aquatique, une piscine extérieure avec une pataugeoire clôturée, une piscine intérieure chauffée, deux jacuzzis, un centre de remise en forme ultramoderne, 4 saunas et des courts de tennis sur le toit.

Il y a une limite d'âge minimum de 25 ans pour réserver l'unité qui sera appliquée sans aucun remboursement pour violation.

Great location

This is our second time staying at this location (Phoenix West), first time staying in this specific condo unit. Things were as pictured - minus the pull out bed in the living room. We went to unfold it one night for our kids to have a movie night in the living room. The mattress part is broken on it, which doesn’t allow anyone to actually lay or sleep on it. If you’re wanting to use it for actual sleeping space, keep that in mind. The other concern was a bar stool had an exposed screw sticking out of it that I (mom) was scraped with. I’m glad it wasn’t one of my kids that sat in it first. Overall this location is safe, secure & features great amenities like easy access to the beach, pool selections & everything is in easy driving or walking distance.

Orange Beach

The condo was fantastic having space for all of us. The location is prime with the beach front and balcony overlooking it. The laundry facilities in the condo was fantastic after using beach. We would definitely come back. Only downfall was the beds were not that comfortable.

Girls Trip

We had a fantastic trip! The condo was clean and had lots of seating for all of us. The three bedrooms and 4 baths were a plus!!The weather was great and we enjoyed the pool and lazy river! We will be back!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our place was big and spacious, bright in the kitchen and living area due to the large balcony windows. The balcony was a favorite place to sit and relax. Unfortunately we couldn’t see the sun rise or sunset from our balcony. The bedrooms were pretty dark w/o windows, but each had its own bathroom/shower which was great. You will need to go to Walmart or Publix right away for everything you need. We had to get cooking spray, garbage bags, laundry soap, Kleenex, coffee filters, beach towels and whatever food we wanted. There is no full size mirror. There is 4 elevators for 20+ floors. A lot of waiting and stopping at different floors once on. The lazy pool river was neat, we enjoyed that a lot. The beach is right there with shells everywhere. You will have to bring your chairs or buy some there or you can rent 2 with an umbrella. We rented for 1 day, for $45 I believe. It was so hot, so the umbrella was needed. Wish we brought binoculars to look out into the ocean. Our place was beautifully decorated, beds were comfy, everything was clean. Short drive to the popular spots 20 min or less. The wharf, hangout, Flora-Bama.

Excellent Accommodations & Atmosphere!

Our family had a wonderful stay at Phoenix West this summer! We had plenty of room for our party of six during our week at the beach. We really appreciated the attention to detail of the decor, furnishings, and kitchen appliances, etc. My three-year-old nephew absolutely loved watching boats from the balcony and going down the water slide. We also enjoyed getting to know the security guards and other friendly members of the staff. We adults all love the lazy river and indoor hot tubs, too! We would highly recommend this unit and the complex in general to anyone wanting a great family experience on their vacation!!

Great place to stay

Reviewer Comments: Had a great trip and the entire place was very nice. Our only hiccup was when we first arrived the AC was out of the entire building, but that was due to a weather issue before our arrival as it was repaired as quickly as they could. The only other issue was that our icemaker for some reason was leaking water and although I reported it to the front desk no one ever came to fix it. Ultimately I just turned it off and had no further problems. Despite those things I would def stay here again in the future

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very beautiful views and spacious condo. Pool and lazy river were nice. Bare minimum included in terms of towels, laundry soap, garbage bags, dish soap etc. Sheets were stained. Towels had foul smell. Furniture and rugs felt grimy/dirty. Dust balls and clothing tags found under beds. Staff was not overly helpful and advised us that if we needed anything we needed to call the rental company. Elevators were dirty.

The condo was great, clean, tidy and organized. Plenty of room for 6 adults and 2 children. We spent a week during Christmas and it was just want we needed. Centrally located to area attractions. Quick responses from the property manager. Great time.

We stayed at 1407 last year and enjoyed it. We decided to stay again this year. The only problem was last year our family had Sprint phone service and it was fine. We switched to Verizon and now the phone service didn't work. In order for us to receive or make phone calls we had to go to the parking garage. Other than that the place was fine.

Could have used some more bath towels. Kitchen sink faucet, needed some work, but, did not call, to have someone come look at it, I am sure it would have been fixed, as they have people there to take care of issues. I still would give it a 4.9 rating out of 5. We would come back here again.

Enjoyed being together with family!

Great location, view, well furnished unit, nice amenities on the property. We would suggest looking into a better cleaning service…floors need mopping and rugs vacuuming; ceiling lights and fans need dusting; had to wash dishes, utensils, and cook wear before use. Unit needs to be treated for silverfish. With the exception of cleanliness, a good place to stay.

Enjoyable stay

Everything was great. The only two complaints are that there are not enough elevators to accommodate the complex especially the day of arrival and departure days. Second king bedroom needs mattress replaced and bed squeaks when you move. Other than those things, great stay!

Location is great. The king bed in the back bedroom could be replaced as there is a dip in the middle of the mattress. There was only 1 dish towel for use, so we had to use wash clothes. There were also no extra towels, just enough for the 4 of us to use. But overall a beautiful place to stay.

Friends vacation

Our stay was amazing, the 6 of us friends try and do a trip once a year and this was on of the best. From start to finish it was easy and the condo right on the beach topped it off. We'll be back for sure. Thank you phonix west 💕

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our condo was described perfectly. It was gorgeous and a great price for the week for all you got. I had two small negatives and this is not to reflect on the condo but the people who stayed before us. We had a couple of lights burned out in our overhead lamp in the master bedroom which somebody should have contacted maintenance. The second one was the people who stayed before us and attempted to wash and put away a large baking dish with dried on food covering the bottom of the dish. We ended up getting the dish clean and washing it a second time in the dishwasher. But again, nothing but good things to say about the condo and the wonderful trip we had. We will be planning another trip and with any luck we will get the same condo again! Thanks so much.
