Dans le cadre de la communauté Caribe Island Condos, vous ne serez qu'à deux miles et demi des boutiques et des restaurants de San Pedro. The place was lovely! Lots of space for 2 families, kitchen was fully stocked, really appreciated the starter 5 gallon water! So close to the hula tiki bar which was so handy for a quick bite! The property is beautiful with lots of extras (kayaks, corn hole,etc) we would definitely stay here again!

Great Location / pretty good condo

-- Location -- - South of San Pedro. Perfect if you don't want the party town vibe. - Super laid back and in the quieter part of town - Far enough to need a cab or cart to go to downtown - Some restaurants within walking distance -- Condo and amenities -- - In general the condo was great Called "the Pepto condos" by the locals - Beds are very very hard. Like a rock. - Bedrooms AC worked fine. The one unit to cool the lower and upper middle sections could only get down to about 76F -- Support team -- - Not very responsive to questions with long delays - Better to do all your bookings yourself (see suggestions) -- Suggestions -- - Use Whatsapp when possible - Island & Sea Adventure for day trips! These guys are great!!! Eric and team will take care of you! They pick you up at the condo peer. Great staff, fair prices. We did our snorkeling and mainland trips with them. 5 stars!!! 5016101114 use whatapp to call or text them. - Cart rental - Avis carts, not the same as Avis car rentals in the states. Cheaper than what the unit manager will book. - Car Taxi - getting a taxi was a challenge sometimes. Most are private people charging what they can. The adventure Sea guys even helps us on getting taxis. The best real company we found was Bonita Taxi. Sorry I don't have the number. -- In/Out San Pedro -- - Tropic Air worked fine - lots of flights daily. Book with them directly via email only. Don't use a US agency like cheap tickets for this. - Water Taxi - Easy if you are not in a hurry. Nice ride but takes about 1.5 hours to Belize city. 1/2 hr to Caye Caulker

Absolutely awful place

This condo is old, outdated, upstairs toilet doesn’t work/ flush. Beds are hard as rocks!! I honestly would give it zero stars if possible. Will never rent through Vacasa again. Not at all as presented in photos…

Family fun

Decent for the price. Breach/dock front and quiet. Didn’t have much in the kitchen and shower/oven didn’t work well. Still nice cuz it’s Belize. Nice staff. AC was appreciated. Sleeps 2 families well but no sitting area for gathering inside.

Cutest condo!

Caribe Island Resort is a gem. South of town, the resort is quiet but accessible. The local management team was amazing, and went above and beyond to make sure our transportation needs to, on, and from the island were covered. I would highly recommend this place to others looking to experience all that Ambergris Caye has to offer.

Great stay on the beach in San Pedro

Response time from both Vacasa, housekeeping and maintenance swift and efficient. Pots and pans could use upgrading and I would include a toaster oven instead of a toaster. It was extremely windy many days and the doors rattle pretty bad but wedge a q-tip in the door and the rattling is gone. One fan only operated in warp speed and was out of balance. The wifi was flaky at times and we had to reboot the modem. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance which was nice. The corner mini mart behind us had a good selection and prices were comparable to the stores in town and he was willing to get anything we were missing. Suya tours was the next dock but I found that Inland & Sea Adventures was cheaper and would pick us up at our dock and we would get to the snorkeling spot before others. Face Masks were required at all times except swimming, running, and at the pool. However some tourists would not wear a mask and I had heard of tourists getting into trouble with not wearing a mask.

It's a great place to stay in San Pedro. Our host was super helpful and quick in responses. we were group of 6 and definitely enjoyed our stay. the view is breathtaking! when you arrive just enjoy the view from the balcony! we were there Mid-Dec and the resort was almost empty which was super pleasant. The resorts in San Pedro are all located in the Southern part of the island and you need to commute with taxi to Downtown where you can find most of the stores, bars and restaurant . We found a great driver once we arrived to the island. he was great! we just needed to call him to pick us up ( charging $10 USD for a van to get to downtown). Some tips about the area : Our first destination was Caye Caulker. We experienced Snorkeling at both islands and I definitely suggest San Pedro's. Main reason is the professionalism of San Pedro's team. Ambergris Divers Belize offers great tour with really professional team. we did a half day tour and it was amazing! Downtown has so much to offer! cool bars , great food and music! don't miss out ! our only issue with Vacasa Belize was the wifi. there is basically no signal in the house. we had to download the required information before going inside. thank you

Beware of this property and hidden fees, I booked this place for $153 a night but with all the hidden fees I paid $226 night. Also the property manager wasn't very helpful or friendly. There is no wifi in the condo even though it says there is and the kitchen was dirty. The overall place is nice and spacious thought and location is nice if you want to get away from downtown busy area.

Extremely unhappy

So the first issue we had, we arrived at the San Pedro airport and there was nobody there waiting for us as the property management advise that there would be a guy named George waiting. And of course none of our phones work so we had to rely on another cab driver to make the call for us to get us a ride that we had to wait about 30 minutes for. Then upon arrival at the condo the property manager was not there waiting for us so, myself my wife and our four children kind of just made our way trying to find where the place even was, at which time the property manager arrived. Upon arrival The beach front property Was indeed beach front however due to the sea weed and the large cement block blocking the shoreline from the front yard of the condo made it in accessible to go swimming. The sea weed left an awful smell which was almost unbearable the entire time of our stay. The pool that was outside the condo looks half the size that it did in the picture. The bar is not me around and there are no drinks and nobody working

We completely understand your frustration upon arriving at the airport an hour earlier than your taxi was scheduled but George did a masterful job of driving you to our location. When you arrived at the condo, Rosemary was fantastic in welcoming you immediately and escorting your family onto the property. She commented on your graciousness and appreciation for her services. Unfortunately, the seaweed concern was affecting the entire area during your stay. Concerning the bar, this is not an amenity associated with the reservation. Thank you.

Great Condo in a Great Location!

Unit #12 is wonderful. Amazing views, upper floor, right on the beach. Unit was clean and management was really helpful prior to our trip and also while we were there. Appliances are a bit dated, but it wasn't a problem. I loved the location, just south of downtown.

Caribe Island was perfect!

The condo was perfect for our family (5 of us) with room to spare! We loved the location - just a couple of steps to the corner store that was stocked with all the necessities. Next door we booked our excursion which conveniently left from our pier!!! Everything was close and convenient, yet we were out of the hustle and bustle of downtown San Pedro. If we had a desire to go into town (which we did), it was a quick jaunt on the golf cart, which was conveniently arranged for by Lupita when we arrived! We also had s ride waiting for us from the water taxi when we arrived and for when we left! Literally everything was taken care of!! Best trip - planning our next visit already!!!

Caribe Island was a nice place to stay.

We enjoyed our stay at Caribe Island. The place was convenient and had the amenities we needed. My one complaint is the downstairs bathroom-there is no light over the bathroom mirror which is in a hole up under the staircase. The bathroom was dark and not user friendly.

We will ask the owner for permission to install a light fixture above the mirror as that is a wonderful suggestion. We do feel the bathroom currently has sufficient light including the natural daylight let in through the window. Thank you!

Great affordable stay

I throughly enjoyed my stay at this home. Overall it was a great stay. I do feel certain things could be improved. The rusting on the the bathroom faucets and shower head was undesirable and the location did not have bikes in good condition for my group to ride. The mattress on the bed was also very hard and not comfortable. I did appreciate the 5gallon of water that was provided for us. For the price and location I would recommend. Be mindful that this place is more of a quiet environment and if you are looking to have loud music or party environment this is not the best location for that.
