Les plafonds voûtés en bois dur offrent une chaleur et une beauté incomparables à ce condo au deuxième étage, trois chambres et deux salles de bain. Avec le grand salon, la cuisine complète, les lits queen-size et la mezzanine avec un futon, cette unité est idéale pour les familles ou les amis. Imprégnez-vous de la vue sur les Caraïbes depuis les vérandas ou tout en vous relaxant dans la baignoire jacuzzi principale.

Faisant partie de la famille `` The Landings at Tres Cocos '', qui comprend des options supplémentaires d'une, deux, trois et cinq chambres, ce condo est situé juste au nord du pont à la coupe et à moins d'un mile de la ville de San Pedro. Près des restaurants, des bars et des magasins, mais suffisamment loin pour être calme et détendu. Great place and great location!

We loved staying at this property. It was centrally located to get to all of the places we want to go. The staff was amazing and helped us with so many things in advance of arrival and after (scheduling excursions, cabs, etc). They even picked up a cake from a local bakery so it was there when we arrived. I would highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

Family Vacation

Loved every minute of our stay at The Landings. Brittany was amazing and all staff were very attentive with water delivery, having our fridge stocked with beer and soda, booking excursions and providing tips to make our time most enjoyable. We will be coming back!

Great Place & Location

We had a great time at The Landings at Tres Cocos. The hosts were great, easy to communicate with and if we ever needed anything they would respond almost instantly. Although there is no actual beach at this location they have a dock that you can swim off that is waist deep and sandy. We were able to see spotted eagle rays, huge sea snales and crabs around the doc, especially at sunrise and sunset. A one minute walk down the seawall is a small beach bar called CocoLoco's that has drinks and food. The location to town was perfect. This property is the first property north of the town of San Pedro. Overall we were impressed with everything; Property, Condo, Location and Hosts.

One of the nicest VRBOs I've stayed at. Kim was incredible as far as being organized and helpful. There is a lot to do as far as activities . Kim has many great recommendations for restaurants . I'll definitely will go back.

Fabulous accommodations with SUPERB hosts

Great location on the outskirts of San Pedro. Hosts, Kimberly and Chad, made our first trip to Belize completely stress-free from stocking the fridge with drinks, to golf cart rental, to arrival/departure arrangements. A++++++++.

Take me back!!

The condo, location, and service were well above our expectations! There’s a small store in walking distance which was very helpful. Brittany and Mike picked us up from the airport, helped arrange our golf cart, and took all of our luggage to the condo. Our fridge was stocked with everything requested. San Pedro is magical. Our entire group, including our 6 and 10 year old, had the best time exploring the island. I will 100% stay at this location again. I do think some memory foam mattress toppers would help. The beds are firm but we still slept fine. Thank you for an AMAZING family trip!

We had a great time and Kimberly and her team were awesome. They made everything on our vacation once we arrived in Belize incredibly easy. We all really appreciated Kimberly booking our flights to and from the mainland and for booking all of excursions and meeting us at the airport to help bring us a luggage the rental and than back to airport when we had to leave. The property was beautiful and we would definitely stay there again

We had never been to Belize. We were greeted at the airport and talked to the host everyday. We were very needy. But the host helped us line up lots of fun excursions. Great condo and location

Condo was in a great location just north of the bridge. 5 minutes from town. Cocos Loco beach and pool bar is a short walk up the beach. The condo was nice. The only concern was the AC in the master bedroom didn’t work well. We put a blanket over the window in the bedroom and bath and was all good. Overall great experience.

Great week!

We stayed the last week of july 2 adults and 2 older teens. Property was great. Very clean and comfortable. We loved the location. If anything the photos do not do the location justice. Better in person. For the location you are close to everything but out far enough to be quite. The host where always available and willing to help with any needs. I would definitely recommend any of their units on this property.

Great stay

If we return to San Pedro, we will book this condo. The only very negative had nothing to do the condo, but the smell of the ragweed!! Almost puke worthy! It's everywhere on the island! It's worse than red tide in Florida. Be aware travelers. It's a problem there, that's not going away!

Best condo in San Pedro!

The property did not fail to impress us. We stayed almost a month in Belize and the 6 nights we spent here were the most comfortable by far! The Condo has ample room for the 6 of us and everything we needed and more. Eating out in San Pedro can be expensive so we cooked a lot of our meals in the condo and everything we needed was there. It is probably the best area to stay in San Pedro only minutes from down town by golf cart, but still nice a quiet at night. Kimberly was always only a call/message away and quick to respond. Next trip to San Pedro I will book here! Cheers, Colin

End of summer getaway

Amazing rental! Communication with renters was excellent from the start. I got helpful tips/instructions about transportation to the condo and optional excursions. We were met at the condo by the renters. The condo was immaculate, golf cart ready and fridge filled with water, soda and beer that we ordered in advance. Condo fully stocked with all the cooking supplies you would need as well as bath and beach towels. Location is perfect. Far enough from the main drag to avoid crowds but close enough to get to all of the food and shopping areas. Renters were easily accessible via text throughout our trip. We could not have been more pleased!

Located just one mile north of San Pedro town proper with easy access to town and surrounding areas, restaurants/bars and shopping. Quiet location away from the hustle and bustle of town center, however, still close enough to amenities.
