Le cadre idéal pour vos vacances à la plage, cette maison de ville Oceanside est située sur la meilleure plage de Bethany, juste au sud d'Indian River Inlet et en retrait dans le magnifique Delaware Seashore State Park. Une large plage privée est adjacente au parc et à quelques pas de votre porte. Cette maison de plage à quatre niveaux comprend deux ponts arrière avec vue sur l'océan et le parc et une terrasse avant donnant sur la zone commune. L'efficacité du premier étage peut accueillir jusqu'à quatre personnes et dispose d'une petite kitchenette et d'une nouvelle salle de bains. Le deuxième niveau a une cuisine entièrement rénovée, un salon et une salle à manger ainsi qu'une salle de bain. Le troisième niveau comprend une salle de bains et deux petites chambres superposées pouvant accueillir jusqu'à six personnes. La chambre principale est au dernier étage et dispose d'une terrasse séparée. Comprend une douche extérieure et un parking pouvant accueillir jusqu'à quatre voitures. L'espace commun a des courts de tennis, une aire de jeux pour les enfants et un grand gazebo couvert qui peut être utilisé pour des barbecues ou des fêtes de crabe.

Very close to beach 2 minute walk,house worked perfectly for my family plenty of sleeping options and room for everyone the owner was very quick to respond to any questions and place was exactly as described I'd recommend any family to stay there that is looking for a beach vacation!

Love tower shores!

We had a great time! Everything was great! The house was in a fantastic location! I'd stay here again! Parking for 4 cars was very tight but once we got that situated we were fine!

Family vacation fun!

We had the best time with our grown children on our Bethany vacation. The home was great and Greg was so responsive. I highly recommend the place if you want to be close to the beach and need lots of sleeping space.

Fun Family Stay - Walk to the Beach

My family had a great time at this Beach House. They enjoyed the short walk to the beach and had fun playing pickleball on the tennis courts. The house was clean, a little outdated but it had a cute surfer vibe as the teens loved the little suite downstairs where they could hang out. Keep in mind that you would have to drive to the town of Bethany and biking would be on highway 1- you will need to drive to boardwalks - there is one restaurant that is walkable but we cooked most of the time and the kitchen was well stocked. Overall this was a great little place if your main goal is to put your toes in the sand!

Really nice property, good value and great host!

Greg, the owner, responded immediately to our last minute request for a long weekend stay at his townhouse, situated about 100 yards from a private beach. While a bit dated, the property is very clean and well maintained. Our favorite part was morning coffee on the back deck overlooking the state park, with a bit of the ocean visible.

North Bethany close to beach and Matt's Fish Camp

Overall nice property and close to the beach which is just what we needed. Overall Greg was great to work with. The property needs a bit updating and better cleaning (stains in curtains, black dirt in the bathroom), but everything worked which was great.

Love this house!

We are a family of ten and the house (which sleeps 12) more than accommodated us. The place was spacious, clean and best of all a two minute walk to the beach. Also, it was very convenient to Bethany, Dewey and Rehobeth — we spent an evening in each. I’d highly recommend this rental, without reservation.

Great beach getaway

Great location, floor plan is spread out so my husband and I didn’t hear the kids downstairs. Ice maker was broken but there was a bag of ice left for us so it wasn’t a problem. Great place.

Tower Shores

We stay at this property for a week in July. The location was great being just a very short walk to the private beach. While we only had 6 people this place could easily accommodate 10 or more people. The place had everything we needed and it was very helpful that things like coffee filters, salt & pepper, other kitchen supplies were left for other guests to use. In past places we've rented the cleaning staff takes everything usable that was left by guests. In summary, it's a great place and we would definatley stay there again.

Wonderful stay in Tower Shores

Greg was wonderful to work with and answered so many of our questions as we prepared for a visit in the midst of the pandemic. We fell in love with the neighborhood, had plenty of space to spread out on the private beach, enjoyed sunset views over the bay, and had multiple bathrooms to clean up in at the end of each day. The only negatives are that you can hear the highway from the house, the outdoor shower didn’t feel clean enough for a shower (but perfect for a hose rinse off), and the dishes weren’t very clean when we got there (but that’s due to the last renters, not the cleaning service). Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend! Thank you, Greg, for your hospitality!

Short walk to the beach

This is a great place for a larger group. The sleeping quarters are split between three separate floors so everyone can have a little privacy. You are able to see the ocean from the second and top floor balconies. There is an outdoor shower by the front door to help get the sand off. You only need to walk to the other end of the parking lot to reach the access trail to the beach. The complex has a large covered outdoor pavilion adjacent to the tennis courts and playground. We had a wonderful time. The owner was very prompt in responding to any questions or needs we had.

Great place, great location

Great place, great location. Greg was easy to work with and responsive. Place is pretty clean and well laid out. Could use a couple upgrades or sprucing up here and there. AC worked amazingly. I wish the kitchen had a couple more 'leave behind' items like spices, condiments etc. that other similar places had. Only drawback is if you have loud neighbors, you hear EVERYTHING from kids running up and down the stairs, babies crying and conversations in the living room next door. (I am sure that is a common occurrence in these and similar structures due to when they were built) Access to beach right down the street. Beach was wonderful and we had fun watching the people fish at the state park. Saw someone catch a small sting ray, porpoises JUMPING and a whale 2 days in a row! (Giant tail slapping water to stun food!) AMAZING

Bethany bliss for 2 families!

What a great week! We stayed here with another family, 11 of us altogether (5 adults, 3 teens, a 10 year old and two 8 year olds). The house was roomy enough, one couple stayed in the master bedroom, one couple in one of the bunk rooms, the three youngest in the other bunk room and the 5th adult with the teens in the first floor efficiency. The house was VERY well stocked with respect to kitchen supplies, we ate in most of the week and had everything we needed for food prep and eating. You can squeeze 8 at the kitchen table, so we had the little ones eat on the deck or in the TV room. There are 3 lovely decks, one on the front and two on the back! The wifi was strong and the showers were good. The walk to the beach was so easy, that even our 8 year olds could walk back and forth alone. The beach is BEAUTIFUL! So relaxing, no stress, waves varied depending on the weather. The owner was VERY responsive to our needs. On arrival there was an issue with the toilet running, there was someone there to fix it that evening. On our 2nd to last night the AC went out, after working fabulously most of the week. It was serviced and working by that evening, and our last night was just as enjoyable as the previous nights. Loved the outdoor shower too! We reserved the linens from Gale Force Rentals (a home run, the sheets and towels alone would have taken up 1/2 the car trunk) and bikes from Ocean Cycles. Both were there on arrival and all we had to do was leave them on the porch. The neighbors were all nice, it was quiet at night and very family oriented. Kids enjoyed the playground and tennis in addition to the beach. Would definitely recommend this unit and would come back again!

Beach vacation

Excellent location near the beach. Also liked being able to use tennis courts and playground. The only thing is that the place could use some updates.
