OCEANFRONT Waves - Sea Isle Hills Dr. SEADUCTION est certain de vous inciter à vouloir rester ici pour toujours. Tout ce dont vous aurez besoin pour compléter votre rêve de vacances a été envisagé. Le niveau d'entrée comprend une chambre avec 1 ensemble de lits superposés, une salle de bain privée et une télévision. Le deuxième étage comprend trois chambres (une avec salle de bain privée et accès au pont, deux avec salle de bain commune), chacune avec une télévision. Une salle de jeux avec baby-foot, télévision à écran plat, lecteur DVD et jeux s'ouvrant sur un grand pont ombragé aux brises de mer apaisantes. Une autre suite principale avec une télévision au dernier étage complète les arrangements de couchage généreux. Le troisième niveau de la grande salle recouvert de panneaux Juniper est orienté vers la cheminée avec un centre de divertissement intégré personnalisé et une télévision à écran plat de 50 pouces. La terrasse au niveau supérieur avec véranda et balancelle blindée profite d’une vue parfaite. La grande cuisine est bien équipée pour accueillir les équipages les plus exigeants. Mais méfiez-vous! Tout comme les sirènes ont tenté les marins d’antan, vous trouverez l’attrait irrésistible de SEADUCTION.

Propert had a few issues when I arrived but otherwise very nice

It was great. The view and proximity to the beach was fantastic. There were some initial issues that all were taken care of minus the sandy carpets. And beds. The carpeting throughout was very sandy and therefore made the tile floors sandy upon entry. Had to call to get TV service and was hoping to a few startup amenities like toilet paper. Light bulbs could've been added to some rooms. We had a blast despite those few things.

Wonderful sunrises and gathering space on top floor

This house was as described, with an open floor plan on top level with view of the ocean over the dunes. Kitchen, dining, and great room were perfect size for our group of 4 couples. Large, wide dining room table was wonderful. Nice new wood look flooring throughout the house! Our beds were comfortable, and it was easy to control the temperature indoors to satisfy everyone. The pool was wonderful, clean, and inviting, though only a few of us could brave the temps for long stretches of time, it being the last week of September. We used the four chairs on deck every morning to watch the sunrise, cups of coffee in hand! The bathrooms were clean. We found a leaking kitchen sink with water damage and stench upon arrival. We called about that right away, and were very pleased that in less than 24 hours a plumber arrived ON SUNDAY to fix the problem. And not a temporary fix, but new replacement parts. Fixed! The floors weren’t perfectly cleaned when we got there, but in sharing this info with management, we were pleased to see that our concerns were heard and made right. This is a charming home, with lots of nice features and intriguing artwork. We were pleased with how responsive Surf or Sound was to the sink leak and the cleanliness concern. I would use Surf or Sound again. We loved our stay.

Seaduction

Essentially, the beach house met our needs and accommodated our party quite well. There were a few things we noted that were problematic: -Crisper drawer in the refrigerator was missing -Vent on the bottom of the refrigerator was broken - A screen was missing (broken and o the floor) in the sunroom -A screen for the sliding glass door in the bedroom with the king-sized bed was missing (actually along the side of the house around the corner from the room) -The smoke detector on the second floor was disconnected and sitting on an end table in the game room -The Foosball game had a couple pieces that were broken and had obviously been glued previously.. - The floors throughout were dirty - our feet were black shortly after arriving and walking around the first night. We found a broom and dustpan and swept several times throughout the week - that did not, of course, resolve the issue of the floors being dirty. Thereafter, we made sure to wear our shoes. As stated, the house met our needs for the week. None of the issues noted hampered our vacation other than being an inconvenience.

House cleanliness did not meet our standards. Also, kitchen cookware a complete unorganized mess.

Very disappointed after spending hard earned money to come to this. A note to the owner. Clean an organize your house. Also, upon arrival, someone filling the hot tub left the hose on and our bedroom was flooded. Unacceptable. Will never rent again from you!

Horrible moldy house

When we arrived we were exhausted. We unpacked ate and slept woke up next morning and it started mold in the showers dirty floors mold out side vent in kitchen let me just add my parents are older and my husband is on 02 full time. Then we found cockroaches in the bedrooms then we found them and ants in our food. I’m pretty sure we pay a cleaning deposit so how it that even possible. The house sways we have been coming to the outer banks for years and this by far has been the worst . I honestly feel like we should be owed a refund.I have pictures I would like to share with you also.

There was a dirty bathing suit in the twin bed window hanging. #2 The bathroom mat that is only One bathroom are gross disgusting. #3 my king size comforter on my bed looks like somebody had sex on it and it has three spots on it that look like bodily fluids. #4 The top floor bathroom is dirty there's hair all over the floor it was never cleaned. #5 The middle floor the twin bed bedroom the comforters are dirty there was hair all over the bed we had to take the pillow covers off the one look like somebody had a bloody nose on it and it was wet snot. Also the window fell out somebody needs to come fix that window ASAP. #6 The barbecue grill is disgusting #7 the kitchen garbage can is gross inside #8. Screen sliders need w240 Here are a few pics I am doing laundry right now which I don’t think I should need to do on my vacation is somebody else’s laundry before

Great beach getaway

The property was very nice and well kept. We found that most everything you could need was available. The location was fantastic and we really enjoyed the easy access to the beach. Due to the time of year, we were unable to use the pool, but it looked like it could be a lot of fun in the summer. We would definitely stay here again the next time we go to the OBX.

Seaduction Maintenance 4/6/19

We loved the beach, the bedrooms and bathrooms, the sun deck and the living, dining and kitchen spaces. Here is a list of issues or things we felt the house was lacking: The window arm came apart we were unable to close it all the way, right side picture window in living room. We did buy rope to tie it with the winds were so strong Tuesday night I think the window would have blown off without it. There are 2 screens out of the screened porch. The light bulb outside of the second floor master is out. The Oven light is out and the nightlight on the microwave. The toilet in the 2nd floor master bedroom runs have 2 jiggle the handle. The sink it that bathroom doesn’t drain properly. There Needs to be a door mat at main door entrance to wipe the sand and burs from your shoes. Could use a pair of scissors in the house. Need a kitchen trash can there isn’t one. There was no TV in the bottom floor bedroom when we got here. Also the yard needs cleaning up and there is broken glass in the front against the house.
