Ce charmant cottage de plage avec 3 chambres et 3 salles de bains est parfait pour toute famille. Les clients apprécieront le porche ouvert et spacieux. Entrez dans le salon / salle à manger et vous vous sentirez comme chez vous. Le salon dispose d'une mezzanine avec deux lits jumeaux. Une belle baie vitrée encadre la salle à manger. La cuisine bien équipée a tout ce dont vous avez besoin et offre un petit coin supplémentaire au comptoir. Au coin de la rue, vous trouverez une salle de bain complète.

Au bout du couloir, vous trouverez une chambre queen et une autre chambre king. Les chambres partagent une salle de bain complète.

Au deuxième niveau se trouve la Master Suite. Il dispose d'une grande chambre avec lit king-size et d'une salle de bains privée avec baignoire / cabine de douche.

Seaspell vient également avec une fonctionnalité de bonus. La tour située au troisième étage vous permet de profiter de la vue! Un canapé-lit et une télévision vous attendent. Sortez et prenez des rayons sur le balcon enveloppant.

This was the perfect location with young kids and a baby. We enjoyed our stay. There was a sink that did not drain well in one of the downstairs bathrooms. We would rent again!

We really enjoyed our stay at Seaspell. The location of the house was perfect-close to the beach and close to the town center. The fact that the house has two bedrooms on the main level was ideal for our family. The porch was perfect for morning coffee. We absolutely loved our stay-including our fur baby. Love Seaside and loved this classic beach house.

The only comment I have is for the property to have curtains on the windows in the stairwell, heat from the sun made the upstairs bedroom warm in the daytime and evening. It cooled down by nighttime, but curtains would help with the heat if needed.

Seaspell is the perfect laid back Florida cottage, replete with a screened in porch and rocking chairs at the front door. All the modern necessities of wi-fi and airconditioning worked well and the beach is 2 minutes away! We will be back! Thank you for having us as your guests!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall the location is what sells this. The staff was helpful. Now for the downside. If I vacationed again in Seaside I'd probably look at other properties. There was a small screened porch on the back but having the front screened would be a must for me. Also, many of the furniture items appear to be from a flea market.
