Ce charmant cottage de plage avec 3 chambres et 3 salles de bains est parfait pour toute famille. Les clients apprécieront le porche ouvert et spacieux. Entrez dans le salon / salle à manger et vous vous sentirez comme chez vous. Le salon dispose d'une mezzanine avec deux lits jumeaux. Une belle baie vitrée encadre la salle à manger. La cuisine bien équipée a tout ce dont vous avez besoin et offre un petit coin supplémentaire au comptoir. Au coin de la rue, vous trouverez une salle de bain complète.

Au bout du couloir, vous trouverez une chambre queen et une autre chambre king. Les chambres partagent une salle de bain complète.

Au deuxième niveau se trouve la Master Suite. Il dispose d'une grande chambre avec lit king-size et d'une salle de bains privée avec baignoire / cabine de douche.

Seaspell vient également avec une fonctionnalité de bonus. La tour située au troisième étage vous permet de profiter de la vue! Un canapé-lit et une télévision vous attendent. Sortez et prenez des rayons sur le balcon enveloppant.

This was the perfect location with young kids and a baby. We enjoyed our stay. There was a sink that did not drain well in one of the downstairs bathrooms. We would rent again!

The management company was very engaging and very helpful. The only comment I have is for the property to have curtains on the windows in the stairwell, heat from the sun made the upstairs bedroom warm in the daytime and evening. It cooled down by nighttime, but curtains would help with the heat if needed.

Seaspell is the perfect laid back Florida cottage, replete with a screened in porch and rocking chairs at the front door. All the modern necessities of wi-fi and airconditioning worked well and the beach is 2 minutes away! We will be back! Thank you for having us as your guests!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house is in a great location - convenient to everything. It is well furnished. The only complaint I have is that it says is sleeps 8 and it really has beds for even more. The upstairs sleeper, however, is so hot that it is hard to include as sleeping quarters during the summer. One daughter slept up there a couple of nights with two fans and said it would finally cool off around midnight. Otherwise, everything in the house was well maintained and comfortable.

Seaspell is a quick easy walk to the beach and we enjoyed some lazy afternoons on the front porch. The negative is the mighty uncomfortable beds! Every bed in the house needs replacing . Seriously. Would not recommend this property until this is taken care of. The loft in the back bedroom was full of extra stuff from house and therefore we could not use. No bikes were provided as advertised. The doors to bedroom and bathroom are see thru glass and should be frosted for privacy or replaced

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location of the house was great and we liked the front porch but the house itself could use some updating/amenities. There were stains on the couch (which was white, probably not the best color for a rental property), the headboard in the guest bedroom had stains on it, the sheets in the master bedroom were stiff and the king bed was actually two twin beds pushed together, the kitchen was outdated with an old electric stove, there was no salt or pepper available, when we called to ask about this they said it was a safety hazard; if it was a safety hazard then they should at least provide packets of salt and pepper, we had to buy our own from the store. They provided coffee in our welcome bag but no coffee filters to actually be able to use the coffee. There was also a charcoal grill but no charcoal to use. We paid almost $4,000 to stay here for 3 nights and for that amount of money I expect to stay somewhere nicer. Overall, the house felt dated and needs a facelift. Next time I go to seaside I will check out another property.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We would highly recommend Seaspell and Homeowners Collection. The Cottage is very well equipped, and the layout suited us well. The upgrades the owners have done since our last stay were fantastic. We normally stay at another dog friendly cottage when visting Seaside, but we really enjoyed our time at Seaspell. It will be our first choice moving forward. Homeowners always does a great job - very attentive.
