Thank you for choosing AML. Upon recieving your comments a thorough inspection was completed both by our Quality Control team as well as the owner of the home who is very much a hands on owner who is at the home always improving the home between rentals. The issues that you mentioned if accurate were dealt with and corrected. Again our thanks for staying and making us aware.

Hi Ariel, thanks for sharing your thoughts. We try and be as specific as we can in our correspondence with our arrivals in what each home provides. This is done both with e-mails to each reservation as well as listed on our site. Linens are replaced with freshly laundered replacements after each departure as part of our cleaning procedures. Again this information is provided to our guest on multiple platforms. We do regret that you failed to see that in your communications. The air conditioning was inspected post your departure and found to be in good working order, we hope that you were not to uncomfortable during the higher than normal temperatures we experienced during your stay. We have found our selves in typical summer weather patterns of high humidity resulting in daily thunderstorms and significant rain fall, thus the lawn being in need of cutting. We do apologize for that but lawn care has come to a grinding halt as a result of the excessive rain. Again thank you for staying at Appalachian Mountain Lodge and sharing your thoughts and concerns. Its our fondest hope that you will stay again with us on your next visit to the high country.

Thank you so much for sharing. We are always thrilled to hear from our guest, especially when they have had a great time. Its our hope that we see you again soon!
