Additional Notes:
- No Campers, RVs, or Trailers are allowed at the property per neighborhood restrictions
- Please note there is an exterior camera which overlooks the driveway, and one to the left of the outside fireplace. There are no other cameras on the premises.
- Firewood may be added by reaching out to us more than a week in advance. You get two wrapped bundles and a fire starter for $25/night plus tax
- Check-in is after 4pm and Check-out is by 10am.
-This home has a gravel driveway with graveled capacity for 4 vehicles. 4WD or AWD is recommended to access all properties during winter months November-March.
- All BRMR homes come with a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, a couple garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two.
- Towels and linens will be provided for you.
- Antler Trail Lodge Offers Ample Parking Space In Its Driveway For A Maximum Of Six (6) Vehicles. Parking In The Road Is Prohibited As Per the Neighborhood's Rules. Violators Will Be Fined $500 Plus $250 Per Offending Vehicle.
- Events With Outside Vendors Or Other Large Gatherings Exceeding Fourteen (14) Total People Are Strictly Prohibited At This Property.

Please note that this property absolutely does not permit pets anywhere in or on the premises at any time including outdoor spaces. Bona fide service animals as prescribed by a medical professional may be permitted, and the presence of a service animal must be disclosed prior to check-in. Misrepresenting a pet as a service animal is a crime under North Carolina law. Guests who bring a pet to a no-pet home will be subject to a non-refundable $750 fee to reimburse the owner for wrongful use of their home as well as compensate for removing pet hair and dander and clean carpets and upholstery.
If any pets are discovered during your tenancy including via security camera or observation of neighbors or BRMR staff, your credit card on file will be charged for the above-mentioned fee.
