Unité unique au premier étage au bord de l'océan

101 est un condo 1 chambre 1 salle de bain en bord de mer au coeur de Lahaina historique. C'est la seule unité au rez-de-chaussée à Lahaina Shores avec à la fois une chambre et un salon cÎté océan. Un endroit merveilleusement unique, impeccablement décoré !!

Le propriétaire n'a épargné aucune dépense pour en faire un lieu d'exposition. Récemment rénové de haut en bas avec toutes les nouvelles armoires, tous les nouveaux appareils, de belles boiseries au plafond, les murs, etc. c'est le luxe de la plage à son meilleur! Le condo est une vitrine. La chambre avec un lit king size, et le salon, ouvert sur de petits patios avec tables et chaises et une belle pelouse avec des chaises de jardin meublées. Juste aprÚs la pelouse se trouve une magnifique plage et l'océan.

Ce condo est joliment amĂ©nagĂ© et est fourni avec tout ce dont vous pourriez avoir besoin dans la cuisine, des chaises de plage et une glaciĂšre pour vivre des aventures. Sortez sur la pelouse et dĂ©tendez-vous sur une chaise longue, ou sautez dans la piscine ou le bain Ă  remous pour plus de dĂ©tente. Il n'est qu'Ă  5 minutes Ă  pied de la ville oĂč vous pouvez accĂ©der Ă  des aventures aquatiques depuis le port, des restaurants incroyables, des galeries, des magasins, des sites historiques, etc.

Le stationnement est actuellement de 3 $. 55 + taxes payées à la réception. Les appels locaux sont de 0,75 cents, le prix varie pour les appels longue distance. (sujet à changement sans préavis)

Nicely renovated and close to many attractions

The unit had all the conveniences and is just steps from the beach. We had a great time and would definitely recommend this rental.

Relaxing stay on the beach

We had a great nine days over Thanksgiving at this condo. Overall comfortable with great access to beach and town. Only issue was a lack of instructions about the unit, expectations upon departure, etc. Would definitely stay again!

Best unit at Lahaina Shores

The unit has everything one needs to enjoy a week at the beach! Fully equipped with beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, binoculars & plenty of beach towels. Smart TVs and a great sound bar make staying inside great too. AC works great as well. Was worried being on first floor would have a ton of people walking by, but very few did. Will hopefully get to stay in this unit every time I visit.

Paradise Found

My wife and I had never been to Maui, but we decided to spend our honeymoon on Maui. After countless hours searching online and looking at resorts and condo rentals I found this one. I emailed the owner with a few questions prior to booking and got immediate responses, she was very helpful answering my questions and offering some additional info. After booking, she provided a great packet with all kinds of great info including rental cars, store locations etc. The condo is a showplace, it is on the bottom floor at the corner of the building. The bedroom and the living room open to small patios with tables and chairs and a beautiful lawn with furnished lawn chairs. Just past the lawn is a gorgeous beach and the ocean. The condo looks to be freshly remodeled and was impeccably clean and very well furnished. They also have beach accessories such as small chairs and a cooler to use. After speaking to others at the resort apparently this is the only bottom floor unit that the bedroom is on the ocean side. It was so nice to sleep with the patio door open and hear the ocean at night. It is close enough to easily walk to restaurants, shops and the wharf. During the day we watched countless whales from the beach spouting and jumping and in the evening, the sunset picture is exactly what we say every night, Paradise Found. If you are fortunate enough to stay here please take care of this beautiful place so we can continue to enjoy our hosts hospitality. Aloha Rob & Lisa

We were blown away with the location and high quality furnishings in the unit. Looks as though newly remodeled. Thoughtfully laid out, clean clean clean, “over the moon” furnishings, Perfect for a honeymoon, couples, friends trip and families. Will rebook at a future visit. Easy to book, clear instructions for checking in and out and A Perfect Vacation provided timely information and quick response to our questions prior to booking. During our visit, we sent a note of appreciation and it was received with a quick, kind response. Beautiful views and truly right on the beach. Peaceful sleep with ocean so close. Private property with viable security. Traveled with friend and we felt safe — something our husbands were relieved about. Visited a spa at a BUSY resort. Overwhelming with so many people and crowded beaches. Our stay in unit #101 at Lahaina Shores offered, space, open beaches and most importantly peace. We ventured onto Front Street and enjoyed the friendly shop owners and restaurant staff. Especially loved drinks at The Dirty Monkey — overlooking the crowds on Front Street was fun. Happy families, newly weds, friends, locals. Energizing. We used Uber for transportation which was easy and affordable. Cheers to the owners who put care into making our unit feel like a home. Although our unit is privately privately owned, the kind staff at the Lahaina Shores Resort made our stay even more pleasant.

Awesome to be able to walk out from the lanai directly to the lawn and pool. Unit had beach chairs, snorkels, beach towels, and a fully stocked kitchen. It was clean and well maintained. APVR was very responsive (we had a small leak from condensation from the AC unit) and were great to work with.

Perfect beach location

There was a welcome surprise when we checked in and discovered that the resort was part of the ‘World of Hyatt’. The unit is at the far end on the ground floor. As a result there is no foot traffic passing in between you and the ocean. Easy access to the parking lot and grill ( did not use). The unit is exactly as advertised, and an easily accessed white sand beach just beyond the tree line. The owners thought of everything
down to distilled water for the iron! Two item not mentioned in the unit description. One was a luau each night in an adjacent business. Being at the opposite end, it did not bother us much, but good to know, second is a public access path adjacent this end of the property. Not much of an issue, but more folks on the beach on weekends and holidays. Restaurants are in walking distance, as is access to all island activities
paddle boarding, kayaking, whale watching, etc. Lahaina is on the leeward side of the island and may get hot in the summer. It is a distance to Haleakala and the road to Hana, both probably a days excursion. Regarding Haleakala, if you plan to visit the park for sunrise, you need to have a reservation, via the nps.gov website. Regarding the road to Hana, there is not much in Hana, except maybe the state park, which you will need a reservation. Must bring items, binoculars, water shoes, sunscreen (expensive on the island). The unit has beach chairs, umbrella, and snorkel equipment for 2. We rate this rental as a 2.25 resort
with 1 being the Ritz-Carlton. Why this rating? The resort does not have a spa, restaurants, gym, poolside bar, room service, etc. BTW all the things we did not need or want. But it does have a white sand beach right out your door! Try to get that for less than a two thousand dollars a day at the Ritz

Great Location, Average Condo

Before we stayed I read all the 5 star reviews and my expectations were high. I was actually a little disappointed. The way the unit is set up was a bit odd to me. There is no front door and you enter/exit through very heavy sliding doors. Overall, the unit is nice and certainly used to be a 5 star unit. The unit needs a deep cleaning, new paint, new flooring and some simple maintenance. The couch is dirty, old, and terribly uncomfortable - needs to be thrown away. The kitchen faucet needs to be secured to the counter. The toilet handle needed to be giggled several times so it wouldn't continue flushing. The place could easily be restored to a 5 star property but currently it is 3-4 stars. It truly is the perfect location for Lahaina.

Location to shops, beach and eateries, with quality resort amenities, were unbeatable. There were a few minor things that needed to be addressed which did not impact the wonderful stay. Our early arrival was easily pre-arranged with a simple text. Look forward to visiting again.

Simply great!

We have stayed at Lahaina Shores many times but this was the first time in unit 101. This is a great unit and the best we have experienced. Very clean, ground floor is convenient, comfortable bed, and well furnished and stocked with everything you need. We will stay here again!
