Three of the home's suites--featuring a queen-base bunk bed, three daybeds, and a self-contained guest master- are on their own floor, connected by a wraparound ocean view porch, where evenings can be spent watching the sun set over town.

Note: Guests staying at 20 Plaza Carlota enjoy complimentary access to The Club. This is an exclusive facility located at the heart of Beach Town designed to enjoy a range of amenities, including three unique styles of pools, a fully equipped fitness room with weightlifting, and cardio equipment, plus delightful dining options at the on-site restaurant.
The full master suite is slightly separated on the floor above, but remains connected to the rest of the family unit through the nearby grand dining room and den. From here, expansive views of town and sea, as well as a dining table for 12, make a magnificent gathering space. Come together with guests to celebrate special occasions or over meals cooked by expert, private chefs.
Views from the furnished terrace alongside the home are unique to each time of day, creating a natural draw to come together during humming mornings, lively evenings, and quiet nights under the stars.
