Three of the home's suites--featuring a queen-base bunk bed, three daybeds, and a self-contained guest master- are on their own floor, connected by a wraparound ocean view porch, where evenings can be spent watching the sun set over town.
The full master suite is slightly separated on the floor above, but remains connected to the rest of the family unit through the nearby grand dining room and den. From here, expansive views of town and sea, as well as a dining table for 12, make a magnificent gathering space. Come together with guests to celebrate special occasions or over meals cooked by expert, private chefs.
Views from the furnished terrace alongside the home are unique to each time of day, creating a natural draw to come together during humming mornings, lively evenings, and quiet nights under the stars.

Don’t book…
I’ll start by saying we LOVE las catalinas! We stayed a whole week in another house that was fantastic. We booked this unit for just one night due to the other house already being booked for our last night. During the week I went to the front desk to confirm our reservation and they said that one of the rooms that was detached had been double booked and that we may need to find another place. We had 10 people and I said that was fine if they had one that was comparable. After going back and forth with them all week (not what I wanted to be doing on my vacation) the room opened up again. Great. It is a very nice unit with beautiful views! Right away one the air conditioning units was leaking so bad we had to get buckets and towels and turn it off. Then in the middle of the night one of the single beds broke. These are super minor but the main problem was that by 6am the whole unit was practically shaking from the construction going on right outside the door. And I mean right outside the door! When you walked out and down the stairs you were greeted by workman. There is no way I would have stayed more than one night. And the last thing we wanted in our last morning was to be woken up at the crack of dawn. I mentioned this while I was checking out but didn’t want to throw a fit in the lobby with a ton of people checking out so they just said sorry. The staff had been so nice during our stay that I didn’t think we would have an issue trying to rectify the situation. Well it has been 2 weeks and they refuse to contact me. I have emailed numerous times and even spoke to a manager, Luis, who said he would get back to me but has not. Like I said I LOVE las catalinas and we had the best week there! We were with about 60 people and had a blast. It’s unfortunate that the management is choosing to ignore this situation. This unit is great but they have no business renting it out while construction is going on that close to it. It does mentioned that construction maybe going on in the listing but beware you are actually living IN the construction zone. Early wake up call and loud noise all day. The most disappointing part is the lack of response after spending a lot of money there all week with our friends and family. This was an easy fix but they aren’t responsive!
