The Space:

Peace and relaxation are easy to come by in this bright and airy 3-bedroom home. Both of the home’s terraces have views of the town and ocean. On the ground floor, the bright white pool grotto is open to the air, providing a fresh breeze and constant views of the sky during time spend outside, there is plenty of room to seat and enjoy your time.



On the second-floor terrace, gaze past the balconies of neighboring homes and out to the horizon, where the sun dips into the waters of the Pacific Ocean. White walls, barn doors, the use of natural wood tones, and soft blue accents, create a naturally airy bright interior that brings the beach to mind. Each of the artfully designed bedrooms has a different blend of sand, water, and wood tones to complement the many shades of Las Catalinas.



On the first floor, there is an open-concept kitchen with everything you need to cook at your ease, the dining, and living areas with sliding doors that lead to the pool that supply the house extra light and that help refresh atmosphere and makes you feel relaxed. There is a round table for 6 and a huge sofa perfect to take a nap or have long chats. Here you can also find half bathroom.



Furthermore, on the first floor you’ll find a bedroom with two single beds that can be joined together for a king-size bed at your request. On the second floor, there is a master bedroom with a king bed, and another guest bedroom with king bed as well. All rooms have a smart TV with cable, ceiling fans, ample closets, black-out blinds to sleep comfortably at any time of the day and a full bathroom with stand-alone shower. Need a travel crib? No problem! Just reach out our concierge team to arrange one. Keep in mind they are subjected to availability and have an additional charge. There is a TV living room on the second floor for your convenience.



The house is full A/C, has high-speed Wifi, and a laundry room with a washer and dryer for your convenience. We provide many bonus items for our guests such as folding beach chairs, a beach cooler, beach towels, and amenities such as salt, pepper, cooking oil, soaps, and shampoo.



Las Catalinas is a majestic 1,100 acre architecturally unique Mediterranean Style Beach Town that is totally walkable and offers many on-site amenities such as an ocean view beach club, Limonada restaurant, grocery store Copper & Stone, spa, gym, hotel, café, outdoor outfitter Pura Vida Ride, hiking and biking trails, and more!



In order to maintain the security that everyone deserves, it is necessary to present the identification of the person who made the reservation at the time of check-in. We greatly appreciate your support.



The beach is only a 2-minute walk from the property and is perfect for swimming, kayaking, and stand-up paddleboarding.



The parking lot for two cars is for free. Now parking at our property is autonomously and more environmentally friendly with a reusable card that you’ll receive upon arrival. If the card is not returned or missing, there will be a $50 USD replacement fee.
