The Space:

This is an elegant Villa located within the Las Catalinas Development. As soon as you open the front door, an outdoor lounge, pool, and BBQ grill will welcome you. This house is so beautifully decorated, it has plenty of natural light and it is fully A/C. On the first floor, the kitchen is elegantly appointed with top-of-the-line appliances, a dishwasher, and everything you need to cook at ease, there is also an island with 4 stools and a wonderful dining table for 8.



It offers you a spacious and separate living room with comfy seats, and a minibar. The property features a smart TV where guests can access their own streaming services, but cable service is not provided. Slide the doors to an outdoor terrace with a patio sofa and a round table for 4 to make it easy for a family or friends to have a great time together or on their own. There is half a bathroom on this floor.



Upstairs there is another living room with a TV with cable and a sofa perfect for a chat, a glass of wine, or a movie. There is a bedroom with a king-size bed, a private bathroom, and also a terrace with 2 seats and a hanging chaise lounge, is there another way to enjoy time for two. There is another room with a private bathroom and two bunk beds, but no TV. On this floor, there is a full laundry room, with a washer and a dryer. Need a travel crib? No problem! Just reach out our concierge team to arrange one. Keep in mind they are subjected to availability and have an additional charge.



Lastly, on the third floor, there is the master bedroom with a king-size bed, a small sink, coffee machine, minibar, TV cable a desk, and your own private terrace with 2 individual chaise lounge chairs to sneak a peek at the ocean. It also features a private bathroom, with 2 separate vanities, a bathtub, a walk-in shower, and a closet. There is also another room with a king-sized bed, and a private bathroom with dual vanity.



There is high-speed internet around the house. Have we mentioned the natural light, the beamed ceilings, and the immaculate decoration? This is definitely a quite simply spectacular place, destined for your relaxation.



We provide many bonus items for our guests such as folding beach chairs, a beach cooler, beach towels, also complimentary amenities such as basic spices like salt, pepper, cooking oil, coffee/tea, and also soap, and shampoo.

Las Catalinas is a majestic 1,100-acre architecturally unique Mediterranean Style Beach Town that is totally walkable and offers many on-site amenities such as an ocean view beach club, several restaurants, a grocery store Copper & Stone, spa, gym, hotel, cafe, outdoor outfitter Pura Vida Ride, hiking and biking trails, and more! The beach is only a 1-minute walk from the property and is perfect for swimming, kayaking, and stand-up paddleboarding. The town is vehicle-free and makes a great place to relax, meet great people, and have the best vacation ever!



The parking lot for two cars is for free. Now parking at our property is autonomously and more environmentally friendly with a reusable card that you’ll receive upon arrival. If the card is not returned or missing, there will be a $50 USD replacement fee.
