Condo spacieux et rare sur deux niveaux qui permet de passer du temps en famille, tout en ayant du temps pendant vos vacances La plage est à 100 pas. Ce condo a une vue imprenable sur l'océan depuis tout le salon au dernier étage / balcon privé ainsi que la chambre principale au rez-de-chaussée / balcon privé. Les 3 chambres sont situées au rez-de-chaussée qui comprennent chacune une salle de bains privée et une douche. Toutes les commodités sont dans la cuisine, y compris une laveuse / sécheuse.
En tant que clients de cette communauté de villégiature privée, vous aurez accès à plusieurs piscines, 7 courts de tennis, des sentiers de marche / vélo, un spa / centre d'entraînement, Starbucks et le restaurant Websters pour le plaisir de tous les membres de la famille. Our family of 4 had plenty of room and it felt like home! Erica was great about communicating with me and we loved all of the amminities and how close it is to the beach! Highly recommend!

Great oceanfront property

Great condo for a long weekend ! Plenty of room for our two adults and two teenagers. Kitchen was well stocked. Fantastic views of the beach from the balconies. Terry was great to work with. Highly recommend!

Last minute get away

We had a great time during our stay taking advantage of the swimming pool and the beachfront access. The condo was nicely appointed, and we had everything we needed. Communication with the host was exceptional!

Million dollar view

This condo is GREAT, easy to beach, beautiful property--quiet and convenient to lots of things . Terry was great to communicate with ,always got back to me fast. We enjoyed our stay even though it was a super hot while we were there. Hope to stay there again in the future.

Great Oceanfront View

This condo was perfect for our needs. The place was very clean, spacious, and had a great view. Beds were comfortable as well. 3BR/3.5BA on 2 floors. Living room/kitchen on the main floor, which is actually the 4th floor, so has a great view. Bedrooms are downstairs... and all are pretty large. The master is huge and has an oceanview with balcony. Loved that it has an ice maker in the wet bar. The TV was enormous and worked out great for a rainy day to watch golf, and movies at night. The TVs in each bedroom were all decent sized and smart TVs. Just to set expectations for those that might be looking for a newer, more modern feel.... the cabinets, sinks, doorknobs, appliances, etc.are all very dated and look to be original from the late 80s. While they might be old, everything is very clean, functions perfectly well, and doesn't look dingy, etc. The paint on the walls looks fresh and new, and the condo looks great overall and is very comfortable. We'll certainly stay here again the next time we come back to LBTS. Thx so much!

Nice condo, great location

Four of us just spent four nights in this condo and found that it had everything we needed, a large well-equipped kitchen, comfortable living area, very large master bedroom and a great view. It is dated, but that didn't take away from the comfort of it. We loved that it is right on the beach. A couple of items to note: the lazy river, which you can see from the balconies, does not go with this building, however, you can get to it from the beach and use it. Also the condo next door (that you can see from the balcony) has beach chairs and umbrellas for rent. You have to go to the health club, which is near the front gate, to reserve them. We enjoyed the walking trails at Litchfield by the Sea, which is a great location near restaurants, grocery store, etc.

enjoyed location and condo but NO TV

nice condo with great view and enjoyed the pool and beach. Major problem we were with out TV for 2 days - one reason we were getting together was to watch the NBA playoffs and could not. The guys have ask me to request a partial refund.

Dear Carlos, I regret you had a problem with Being able to watch the television. I followed up with David, the manager of our unit and he said you called him late on Friday night about it and he came out Saturday morning to check on the problem. He said the only problem with the large TV in the living area was was the remote was on the wrong input source. When he clicked on the proper input source, it was fine. I apologize for the problem, and while This has not been a problem for previous renters, I will leave written instructions for future renters to insure that it is on the proper input. Thank you for bringing this to my attention I am so glad you enjoyed the ocean and the great view from the condo. Sincerely, Terry

Great views and location

Very nice and roomy condo with great views, convenient to grocery, restaurants at Murrells Inlet, and beach. Our weather was so so, but kids loved the room in the condo, and the use of the indoor pool ($10 per day). Nice outdoor pool, but too cool, hot tubs, and tennis courts. Kitchen has everything you need and we cooked most meals. Furnishings a little dated, and that might bother some but was not a concern for us. Make sure you get info on arrival process, as the people at the guard gate didn't have a clue about our stay. I am not sure those checking us in were or are very familiar with the VRBO rentals. Overall 4.5 star stay and Terry is very helpful with the process of renting.
