Perfect House for Large Groups

It was great to have a big group together under one roof for the weekend! We had 9 couples and there was more than enough space. The theatre room, indoor pool, hot tub, and the game room were all amazing. What a weekend retreat this home was! Ali, the host was super responsive and helpful through the booking and check in process. Thanks Ali!

Perfect getaway

This property was the perfect quiet getaway for my wife and I. So private and peaceful. This house had so many amenities. The pool and hot tub were just great. The many jacuzzi tubs were a plus. So relaxing. The nature was beautiful. We loved the deer that showed up every day. What a great vibe this house had. We can’t wait to return. Ali was a great hostess and more then available. She was always offering to help and get us anything we needed. Really so helpful. Thank you so much for a great 11 days. We miss it already.

A very memorable experience

This property is absolutely amazing! Our family of 16 (aged 3 to 83) shared an unforgettable weekend together. The house has plenty of space and activities (pool, hot tub, gym, ping pong, movie theatre) to keep everyone happy while also providing beautiful common areas for us to all gather. The outside deck is massive and the gorgeous views only add to the stunning property. The house was spotless and organized when we arrived so we were able to relax the moment we walked in. The house manager, Ali, definitely added to the amazing experience! Ali is kind, helpful and extremely communicative. We very highly recommend this property and will look forward to returning ourselves!

Another great stay

What another Great Stay. Time is always well spent here with Nature views from the Rear walk around deck. A place to take time to reflex and relax in the warm indoor pool and Hot tub. Perfect place to take a break and sit around at night enjoying the Mighty indoor fireplace. Only a few minutes from Town, but who needs to go out when you can cook in this amazing kitchen. Mother Nature was showing off the land with a plethora of Forest Birds and Black Bear sightings were more then expected. Great place for the Nature lovers and the Spouses who just want sit around and relax. Ali was amazing as always.

Beautiful home, wonderful house manager

What a spectacular house! It is huge and beautiful, with many incredible features. We traveled with family who ranged in age from 4-79 and everyone enjoyed it, especially the pool and the movie theater. The house manager, Ali, was extremely communicative, helpful and flexible, which we greatly appreciated!

Excellent rental in the Catskills

10/10! This property has beautiful views and is extremely private. The home is equipped with everything you could need and plenty of space for any group. The beds are comfortable and each room has its own bathroom. It’s perfect for a summer rental but also excellent for a skip trip. Close enough to Hunter and right next door to Windham mtn. We especially enjoyed the indoor pool and large outdoor hot tub. Ali the host was such a pleasure. She is so attentive and very responsive. I highly recommend booking this rental for your next trip!

Amazing stay!

Our family of 20 were lucky enough to share a magical weekend in this unique, beautiful home. There was plenty of space for our five separate families, so we never felt crowded. Views from the floor to ceiling windows overlooking the mountains were incredible. Ali is an exceptional property manager, and super responsive to all inquiries. We would definitely visit again!

Fantastic weekend

The house was amazing and just a couple of minutes from the Windham Ski resort, which made for an easy process of enjoying a few days on the slopes. Plenty of room for a large group to enjoy themselves comfortably. The house manager was extremely helpful before and during our stay.

As usual, this amazing house was the perfect place for much needed relaxation. This was our second stay at this house. Ali, the host was so kind and accommodating. She is the best VRBO host we have ever had. Ali gives such ease of mind that our stay will be completely stress free. This place was amazing! We had our wedding there with around 50 guests and it was chilly weather, meaning a lot was inside and there was more than enough room. Ali the host was truly incredible. She was available at any time and was just overall so kind, helpful, and personable.

House was even nicer than advertised and our host Ali was a true pleasure to work with. We were very comfortable and found lots to do. We”ve already decided to return again next year and are all looking forward to it!

Fantastic, Huge, Clean Property

We were a group of 12 and the whole experience was seamless. The house is gorgeous. The pictures don’t do it justice. Very large, high-end furnishings and finishes, nice design. Every bedroom is large and comfortable. The pool, hot tub, theater, exercise room, etc., make it so there is always something to do. Very clean and comfortable. The host is also incredibly communicative and generous. She was always a text/call away and eve came by the house a few times to drop off items we forgot to bring. Top-notch in every respect. Would highly recommend.

Highly highly recommend!!!

The house is amazing! I have stayed over 20 VRBO properties and this has to be top 3 for me. It has everything you need - location privacy, spacious bedrooms with attached bathrooms, large patio, indoor pool, theater room and outdoor hot tub! We were a fairly large group - 10 adults and 7 kids - and never felt we were running into each other. House is in an amazing condition. Ali is so easy and amazing to work with. She even dropped of bottled water when we needed some. Overall, we really enjoyed the property. Would definitely return!
