Your Friend at the Beach is proud to have Adagio A402 ON it's list of five-star Adagio condos.
Adagio is known for its family friendly atmosphere boasting a heated (*November to April) pool, 8,000 foot tri-level pools, hot tub and gym . YFAB's four bedroom gulf front A402 has been updated and is between two of our other condos, Adagio A401 and A403. Bring your friends and family to this luxury condo complete with:

Sliding glass doors to the oversized balcony, generously furnished with table/chairs, two chaise lounges and comfortable conversation area. - Well-stocked kitchen with NEW full size refrigerator with double doors, NEW LG oven in 2021, microwave, electric stove-top, dishwasher, four-slice toaster, blender, stainless cookware, stand alone ICEMAKER, bakeware and plenty of dishware/cutlery for the whole family!
Hand soap by the kitchen sink and enough dishwashing liquid and dishwashing detergent for your whole stay.

Master Bedroom with KING size bed, sliding glass doors to the gulf front balcony and large walk in closet (big enough to set up for the pack and play that we provide for you). Large Smart TV just added! Luxury tile in all the bedrooms in FALL 2021!

All bedrooms have 100% cotton sheets, bedside phone charges and fresh white coverlets..
All three bathrooms have 100% cotton towels, hair dryer, hand soap, shower soap and starter supplies of paper goods (two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom).
Laundry room with full size washer and dryer - and Your Friend at the Beach leaves laundry detergent enough for your whole stay. Iron and ironing board and a drying rack also included in laundry room as well as a broom, dust pan and mop.

Per HOA rules, only two cars are allowed per condo. A third spot is available through the HOA for an additional fee.
ADAGIO PRIVATE BEACH
The Beach Chair service is available but not included. We highly recommend considering the beach chair service as the amount of space for personal chairs and umbrellas is extremely limited. The sooner you book the beach chair service, the better your position will be on the beach.
RESTRICTIONS:
Ten people per condo limit per HOA rules (two years and under not counted in the total).
No trailers, boats, golf carts, jet skis or RV's.
Cancellation Policy
Full Refunds:
Cancellations must be made by email to Your Friend at the Beach (YFAB).
For stays less than 28 days: Cancellation must occur at least 30 days prior to the check-in date.
For stays longer than 28 days: Cancellation must occur at least 90 days prior to the check-in date.
Partial Refunds:
Cancellations made between 29 and 14 days prior to the start of the stay, receive a 50% refund.
No Refunds: Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the start of the stay are not eligible for any refund.
