L'Oceanfront Penthouse est la propriété en bord de mer parfaite de la plage d'Outer Banks pour la petite famille ou le groupe, située directement sur une plage surveillée! Détendez-vous sur votre terrasse privée et profitez des brises rafraîchissantes de l'océan. Profitez de magnifiques levers de soleil sur l'océan chaque matin et mettez vos orteils dans le sable à quelques pas de cette superbe propriété en bord de mer. Merveilleusement organisé, joliment décoré, des vues incroyables, le bruit de l'océan Surf à travers les fenêtres et dans un emplacement parfait. BONUS: Nous sommes situés directement en face du monument national des frères Wright! Regardez vers l'est et voyez et ressentez l'air marin et les marées océaniques, et regardez vers l'ouest pour voir le coucher de soleil sur le monument des frères Wright. Ça ne va vraiment pas mieux que ça. Ne manquez pas votre chance de rester ici!

Great Stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this property. The home was very clean and comfortable. The location was perfect! There are many restaurants close by, and it is literally only steps to the beach!

Very Relaxing stay!

The codo was just as describe and it was super convenient when getting to the beach and getting to one of the MANY attractions in the area! The owners are very easy to communicate with and the check in/out process was very easy! Would definitely stay again!

Anniversary Trip

We had a lovely, relaxing time here celebrating our anniversary. There’s nothing like sitting on the deck late at night, listening to the waves, and smelling the sea air. Except perhaps enjoying coffee and waiting for the sunrise while listening to the waves and smelling the sea air!

Great stay

Loved our stay here! The pictures don’t do this condo justice. Great location right on the beach, perfect for falling asleep to the sound of the waves. Only gave 4 stars due to the inconvenience of having to provide our own linens and towels. Another nice touch would have been to provide a hair dryer. But overall a great place and location!

A Wonderful Reprieve

I highly recommend this wonderful penthouse condo. The owners were exceptionally accommodating and the unit very nicely appointed, especially the kitchen. The location provides a wonderful ocean view and convenience to many restaurants and sights.

Perfect location!

This was our first time staying in the Outer Banks and this was the perfect place to stay. We loved it!! Clean and great layout of this condo. Perfect location it was beautiful. It was nice that some essentials such as scissors and utensils were there. The master bedroom and bathroom were beautiful and honestly can not beat that view. Owners were fast at answering questions and check in process was very smooth! We will be coming back!

Lovely Place But BYO Essentials

The hosts were lovely, and so is this oceanfront apartment, which is clean and comfortable. The deck, view, & beach access are wonderful, and so is the location for those who want the convenience of nearby stores & restaurants. My rating was only 4 stars based on lack of provided essentials, especially for the price, though my fault for not reading the fine print til after last-minute. Be aware, you must BYO sheets, towels, & paper products (plus shower soap & shampoo, etc.). Consider, if you have a long drive, whether you want to have to put your own sheets on before you can sleep.Also, pack so that you can carry what you bring via steps to the fourth floor (including multiple sets of bedding and bath basics). We've stayed at many VRBOs and this was a first to not to have essentials provided. We brought paper towels, toilet paper, & shower/beach towels (as the listing noted), but didn't think about hand towels and washcloths, shower soap, a blow dryer, etc. Again, the apartment and beach were wonderful, but the BYO was something we will plan around during our next short trip to OBX. It adds a lot of extra work for a long weekend away.

Do it !

Book the place ON the beach . Not the place near the beach. The location is breathtaking - you can fall asleep to the sound of crashing waves and the beach is steps away. . Cindy was a great communicator and the place was perfect. Highly recommend!

Perfect in Every Way

First, I have to say the view was phenomenal! The place was very clean and had everything we needed even down to a pair of scissors that were needed. I could not be more happy with the place we chose. Also, on two occasions, I needed to contact the owner for general questions and he responded quickly. I know that I am definitely planning to stay there again in the future.

Wonderful Vacation!

We had such a nice week here! The condo is clean, had everything we needed in the kitchen to cook meals with and felt very cozy. We did have to bring sheets and towels but they provided pillows and comforters and blankets. There aren't any words to describe the views! We could see the ocean from every angle, but the best was sitting out on the deck. Very quiet and safe area. Also liked having access to a pool. Would definitely recommend and we hope to return soon!

Beautiful property

Beautiful and clean penthouse condo! Fantastic view steps from the ocean. We were a little bit disappointed that we were required to bring our own sheets and towels and paper goods! We came from the West Coast and this was a bit of a hassle. I would hope that for the price charged these items would be included. This is the 1st time I have ever encountered this requirement.

Very nice apartment

We had a wonderful week. The apartment is very tastefully decorated, it is quiet and right at the beach. We have two children 2 and 4 yrs old and the stairs weren’t an issue at all for us even though we had to climb them frequently. The sunsets are beautiful and we had everything we needed in terms of equipment (if you add a cutting board that would be wonderful). We would come back anytime.

Gorgeous View, Cozy, Happy Place

My sister and I always stay here when we visit OBX. It is literally perfect. The condo is large and provides plenty of privacy since the rooms are on opposite sides. The decor is beautiful. The kitchen is a dream! We love that it’s on the top floor. I can’t say enough good things about this place! The owners are the absolute best and give you your space while also ensuring check in went well. They are one of my fav owners on VBRO! Thank you Cindy and Dave! We will be back :-)

Beautiful property on the beach doesn't disappoint!

The property was just as it was described in the VRBO listing. It was clean, beautifully decorated, and in a wonderful location. We loved sitting on the deck in the morning with our coffee, and again in the evening with a cocktail. There were a couple of tiny items that we brought to the attention to the owner and he indicated that he was going to have them fixed immediately. We would only like to have had a little better cookware in the kitchen as my husband loves to cook and he had to improvise a bit and we would also love to have had towels and sheets supplied, but we loved this property and would definitely return!

Wonderful vacation

Beautiful condo - and perfectly located to access the beach. It was exactly as it appears in the photos. Lovely decoration too. We appreciated your fast response when the shower wasn't draining - you had it fixed while we were out. Thank you! My only suggestion is around cleaning supplies. We've rented many many holiday places and have never stayed anywhere where there were no supplies - not even dish soap or garbage bags. It seems that, given the per night cost, it would be appreciated for guests to have a few basics there for them. Other than that, it was really a wonderful place to visit. Thank you!

PICTURES do NOT do Justice for this PENTHOUSE

We booked this the day before on a whim. We were worried it wouldn’t get booked in time. Hour later we heard we were reserved and the owner said we could come early at that point in the trip we were still 9 hrs away. In the mean time I communicated with the owner several times, 1- because we were on a whim and did not have sheets or towels, owner gave me several places to rent these items, 2 - owner checking on us to make sure we didn’t need anything and when we would arrive. Owner was very kind hearted. Thank you for that. 1st of all the pics of the penthouse does not do it justice. The view absolutely stunning. 2nd of all well decorated, very clean, and organized. 3rd the owner does have items there for your everyday use. We loved our deck the most and the bedroom overlooking the oven and listening to the waves crashing onto the beach. Over all the experience was AMAZING. Thank you for everything!

Spectacular View

First let me say this place is beautifully decorated and inviting. The view of the ocean from the master bedroom is the best view I’ve ever seen. Perfect place for us to stay. Just wish the weather would have cooperated. The owner’s left great instructions, and there weren’t any problems during our stay. The only thing that was a slight let down for us was that we had to supply our own linens and paper products. We flew in and didn’t want to have to transport linens with us, but we did although it took up half of my on board luggage. After traveling that far it would have been nice if at least one roll of toilet paper was included in the cost for when we arrived after a long road trip. The beds are soft. Not a problem with them; just letting you know in case you are use to a firm mattress like I am. The living furniture is limited and not as comfortable as it could be. We went there to relax and to do nothing, and that’s exactly what we did. So enjoyed our mini-vacation!! We would definitely stay there again.
