Dolphin's Walk is a four bedroom, three level reverse floor plan, oceanfront duplex in the heart of Nags Head! Fantastic views, steps to the beach, walking distance to restaurants, grocery and shopping. **NEW HOT TUB ** Smart TV's, High Speed Wi-Fi, and more! Four Bedrooms, four and half baths, plenty of room for the whole family! Sea Pointe neighborhood pool and tennis courts are just steps from your door. Sea Pointe pool is seasonal and operates May 17-September 15, 2025.
Linens and towels are provided.

Exterior security cameras on property:
Outdoor cameras will be used during your stay and will record short videos/sound when movement is detected. Cameras are located at: Front door views front door entrance area) Rear top deck (views rear deck and walkway area) Side door (views the side entrance area) Rear lower deck (views back door).

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family recently stayed here. The location and views were perfect. The house was a great size for the 7 of us. We enjoyed the easy drive to all the things the Piter Banks had to offer. The only negative for us ( which I did not take into account ) were all the steps for my 85 year old mother. But we managed to get her up and down! I would highly recommend this house!

Great beachfront getaway

We had a great time at Dolphins Walk. Karla and Jerome were great hosts. The property was the perfect size for our group of eight. Everyone was comfortable and there was plenty of space for everyone. Lots of fun, laughs and memories!

Awesome spot!

My fishing team had a fantastic time, considering that we did not get to enjoy the home as much as we would've wanted to. We were out on a fishing boat all day, but nonetheless, I highly recommend this piece of property to any.

Great Ocean View from the Living Room!

We enjoyed this spacious getaway beach gem on the last week of April, just before the season begins. We loved the view from inside the house and the deck. We loved the location--easy to get to both highways, walking distance to grocery store, close to Jockeys Ridge and Wright memorial. The house has everything you need and is immaculate.

Beautiful Beachfront Property

This is a large beautiful unit right on the beach. Just my husband and me, so we only used one bedroom, but the bed was very comfy, the hot tub wonderful, and the sunrises gorgeous. Had a couple of glitches with the entry keypad and TV, but worked out quickly with owners.

Ocean view great. There is a "pass" between the dune that makes for a flat walk to the beach. House is nicely decorated, updated and clean. Seating is comfortable for six adults in living room. 3 of the 4 bedrooms have private bathrooms. Kitchen had most supplies for cooking meals. Beds comfortable. Showers had good water pressure. No access to garage. Fantastic location.There are video cameras at the exits, which are fine. BUT, the one on the back deck felt intrusive bc we socialized out there a lot and felt like big brother was watching/listening to us. They said they won't view it unless there's a problem but still, you never know. Just creepy.

Great Location

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our vacation was very good. Despite the weather and having double red flags, it was great having a beautiful ocean view and easy access to the beach. The house was very clean.But, the beds were not comfortable for any of us. Sleeping was a challenge. The bunk beds were shaky and old. The dryer did not work properly. Sheers do not qualify as "drapes", and gave us no privacy in a bedroom. After talking to the Management co, I decided to give up on that issue.

Most of all, we loved Rebecca in the way she took care of us from the beginning with all the right, timely information with her attitude of taking care of her customer was job #1! Thank you again Rebecca! She was key as part of our best rental experience ever!

The home had everything you needed. Walking distance to the supermarket which is great. This home has a great layout. Hot tub was great when the weather at night got cooler. Bring your fishing pole to surf fish or head over to Jeanette’s pier. I would recommend this place. Rebecca was a great host and checked in to see how our stay was.

Beautiful home, beautiful view!

This is a beautiful home located in a great neighborhood. Home was cozy and comfortable. Views were amazing. The private walk to the beach was exceptional. Only regret was not staying longer!
