Hi Anita, Thank you for taking the time to review your recent stay. We sincerely apologize that aspects of your experience fell short of expectations. We’re very sorry for the trouble with the TV and streaming. We appreciate you letting us know, and while our maintenance team visited the following day to reset the system and left it working, we’re sorry the issue returned later that afternoon, especially with your stay coming to an end. Since your departure, we have not received any further reports of issues with the TV. We also apologize for the lack of outdoor seating and understand how this may have affected your enjoyment of the space. We’ll update the listing description to clearly note that patio furniture is not provided so future guests know what to expect. Regarding the cleaning fee, we understand how it can feel high for a shorter stay, as it covers the full cleaning and preparation of the home between each reservation, regardless of length. We’re sorry if the fee did not feel clear during the booking process, as the way fees are displayed can vary by booking platform. We’re very sorry for the noise transfer from the upstairs unit and the impact it had on your overall stay. As this is an older building, the sound insulation is not as effective as we would like, and some noise transfer is unfortunately inherent in multi-level properties. We completely understand how disruptive this can be and have purchased a sound machine to help minimize the impact and allow future guests to rest more comfortably. We wish we had been made aware of this during your stay as we would have been happy to send our housekeeping team back.
