Overall our experience was great! Check in was later in the day and was actually delayed by another hour so that was an inconvenience, but they did allow me to drop off some wedding flowers early so they weren’t in my car all day. The facilities for the most part were clean, just maybe dust for cobwebs! Communication was fabulous and the beds were very comfortable! Note there are stairs to get into the apartment so be weary if you are traveling with people who can’t do stairs very well. We would for sure book again when we come back!

We enjoyed our stay. Perfect stop over for the last night of our trip. The quiet space allowed us time to get organized for our flight out the next morning.

This place was perfect for 3 people! The environment was very clean, cozy, and had everything we could think of! The short distance to Tetons National Park was an even better perk. I would definitely stay here again.

The property perfectly fit what we wanted. A nice place close to the National park and to Jackson. It was clean, nicely decorated and cozy. My only complaint is the fee structure made it pricey for our short stay.

Perfect location

The minute we pulled up, there was a black bear in a bush across the lane and 3 moose in our back yard. It’s a lovely location and so close to Teton Village and Jackson. The apartment was adorable! Perfect for a couple or small family.

Great overall experience! Cozy and well located studio. Short drive to Teton Village and Jackson. The only thing missing was a ceiling fan for those hot days to help circulate the air.

We would never recommend this location

We frankly didn’t stay, we left after being there about an hour. The property was in need of significant maintenance and was not clean. We determined it was better to spend more money at a hotel so we could enjoy our stay in Jackson Hole rather than ruin our stay by staying at this location. No AC. Cracking tile. A porch that was filthy. Linens with hair on them. This studio might work for a couple dudes looking for something more than a tent to stay in, but that’s about it. Very disappointed. Managers were communicative but unwilling to refund anything. This property should not be listed by VRBO (or any other reputable site).

In response to the lack of air conditioning, we would like to note that we have made sure to disclose this in the listing description as it is a rare amenity in Jackson. This is the case for the majority of our properties since we experience such cool temperatures in the mornings and evenings. In addition to specifying this on the listing, we provide fans and outline tips to keep the home at a comfortable temperature, which most of our guests find works well! We sincerely apologize if you feel that this was not transparent enough; we strive to be upfront with our provided amenities and features of the home. We are truly sorry for the issues that you encountered. We completely understand the negative impact these have on a vacation and regret that they were not reported by our teams prior to your arrival. That being said, we believe that the majority of these items could have been resolved quickly by our maintenance and housekeeping teams, and made sure to offer these services as soon as we were notified. We wish these visits hadn’t been declined so that we had the opportunity to rectify the situation and provide you with a comfortable experience. Following your departure, we quickly resolved all cleanliness issues and any general upkeep items that required our attention. Additionally, we periodically do extensive walk-throughs to ensure that our homes are well maintained and our guests are receiving quality accommodations. The location of this property is perfect. I think it is frequently overlooked because it is not directly within Jackson hole. However, the location is even better because you are closer to the national park. This studio apartment was perfectly functional for our needs, cozy yet spacious. Thank you!

Great location

It was great space for two of us, though we slept in separate beds since they were up against the wall. Kitchen was very well stocked with cooking supplies (though FYI the instantpot was missing pieces and not usable). Wifi was great. We both worked all week with no issues...video conferencing, streaming TV, etc. Location was great. Easy to get to Tetons, Jackson, etc. Plenty of restaurants/shops in walking distance. Only recommendation is to get a better shower head (and sink faucet and tv)

Great location and amenity set up for a week summer trip to the area with family. Clean and comfortable. Quick response from management. Only complaint would be no AC for those hot July days or windows to circulate air with the portable fans provided.
