Belle maison avec cinq chambres et 3. 5 salles de bains. Notre maison offre une immense cuisine avec des comptoirs en Corian et des appareils haut de gamme, 5 chambres à coucher et une tanière privée avec un lit queen (12 couchages), 3. 5 salles de bains et plus de 3000 pieds carrés. Il ya une suite parentale à l'étage avec un balcon privé 500 pieds carrés, et une autre chambre de maître sur le premier étage. Profitez d'un dîner de famille à la grande table de la salle à manger ou sur la terrasse couverte. Il ya une salle de séjour sur le premier et deuxième étage. Seulement 50 pieds de la plage avec une vue phénoménale de l'océan. Écoutez les vagues à partir des zones d'habitation ou de votre chambre à coucher.
La maison est située dans une communauté fermée qui offre une plage privée, piscine (en saison) et deux courts de tennis. Un endroit formidable et sûr pour les familles. Oui, l'image ci-dessus est un foyer! Vraiment un cadre luxueux.

Great house, perfect location

The house was Great - very spacious and had plenty of room for our whole family. Location was right across the street from a great beach.Only problem was house was not really clean when we arrived. Counters, floor and furniture has crumbs and dust.Spent some time wiping up and cleaning all kitchen and bathroom surfaces before we moved in. Like a review said from September 2024, house could of used a deep clean.

Perfect Spot!

This was our 2nd time renting this gorgeous home! It is the perfect spot for our annual girls weekend! The home has everything you need and is in the perfect location! Steve is amazing to work with and very thoughtful- thanks for the late check out! We'll be back next year!

Perfect Getaway Ocean House

This was our second year at this property for a reunion of long-time female college friends. The large, well-stocked kitchen, living space, accommodations, water views, and easy access to the beach keep us coming back. Property manager was professional and prompt. Thank you for sharing your home!

PROS: Location, Location, Location. While this property is not directly on the ocean, it is only a 5 min. Walk. The house is very spacious. Kitchen is well stocked. CONS: Property has a musty smell throughout. So much so that all our belongs smelled this way. Could use a deep clean, carpet, light fixtures, small appliances. Also, be prepared to make up the beds upon arrival. Cons:

Longtime college friends' getaway

This house was PERFECT for our group of 10 women who first met during our freshman year of college ... 45 years ago. We cooked, ate, and walked the beach and neighborhood. Plenty of room for us to spread out. We especially loved the large covered second floor porch with ocean views. House was stocked with everything we needed plus more. Thank you!

Great stay

This home was a true gem. The gated community was quiet and perfect for our family . The house was well stocked with every amenity, clean, spacious and an amazing view to boot! The proximity to the private beach made this a perfect location for a beach vacation ! Highly Recommend

Great location, fantastic property

The house is huge and very comfortable. The living area and master bedroom are on the upper level, affording great views of the ocean. The kitchen is very well equipped with lots of natural light. Walking to the beach is a breeze - just cross the road and there is a walkway to the beach. The backyard is also cozy and nice to relax in on a sunny day. The outdoor shower is sure to be handy (we did not use it since it was early May). All in all, a wonderful stay.

Amazing time

We had such an amazing time at this property. It was my family of 5, my parents, my sister's family of 4, plus my cousin all there to celebrate my mom's 60th birthday for the weekend. The house was the perfect size for all of us. The views and location were amazing. Steve was very easy to contact before and after. And he was very understanding when my 4 year old son unfortunately broke a lamp. You can tell Steve really takes care of his house. The beds were comfortable. We truly just had such a wonderful time hanging out, enjoying the views from the porch and walks on the beach. My only negative comment is you could hear all the movement upstairs from the bedrooms down below. Only issue with that was when we put babies/toddlers down for naps. I totally plan on staying at this property again in the future if Steve will have me!

Better than I could have hoped!

This rental was beautiful and was absolutely perfect for 10 girls friend to get together for a long weekend. The view, the distance to a quiet beach and the set up of the house was perfect.

60th birthday celebration

This home is spectacular! The views are heavenly. We had an amazing time celebrating my husband’s 60th birthday. Kitchen was fully stocked, covered porches to watch the sunsets. We definitely want to rent again!

Great house!

We reached out last minute regarding a stay for my fathers birthday. The owner was so accommodating of our stay in working with us to ensure we were able to make it and taken care of given the blizzard that ended up hitting. The house is absolutely stunning and we will never forget being snowed in for Grandpa's 60th! Will definitely consider returning and recommend to others!

This house has it all!

We had a group of 12 women for a reunion. We rent homes every year in this price range and I must say this was one of our favorites! Perfect beach acces. Lovely safe neighborhood. The house is immaculate and fully stocked. Lots of comfortable furniture. We especially loved the covered porch with that beautiful ocean view. Yes.....we would definitely return!

Fabulous house on private stretch of beach

My extended family had a wonderful stay at this home in August 2013. The home is extremely well-maintained (interior and exterior), with quality fixtures, linens and decor. It is decorated with stylish, newish furniture that is beach-color theme and very comfortable. It feels like a friend's actual home as opposed to a beach rental where they often have a mishmash of furniture styles.The layout is great for a big crowd to do different activities but still be together. The professionally-outfitted kitchen is large and airy and faces both the large dining room (huge table with ocean view), living area, and large covered terrace (again with ocean views). This is a smartly designed 'upside-down beach house' (all bedrooms are downstairs and the public rooms have the second floor views of the ocean). You are always able to see the water upstairs. We ate as many meals as we could on the terrace: you see the water from east to west yet are protected from the sun. So, when you venture outside, you are rewarded with a short walk on a wooden plank path to the beach. It is clean and private. The home is part of the Great Island Beach Club, an enclave of 60 or so incredibly charming and immaculate shingled cottages and larger homes. GIBC sits on Nantucket sound and there is no outside traffic as there is a gated entrance. It is quiet and serene : you get that lands' end feeling here. We spent most of our time on the beach, at the home, or enjoying the community's tennis courts and pool. You don't have to leave the community. We did bring food and prepared many of our meals at the home - the kitchen has nice appliances and supplies. The town of West Yarmouth is your basic cheesy shore town, but we had some great fried seafood and played some mini golf when we got the urge to leave the property. But really: the draw here is this wonderful home in this private community.

Best of Everything

My family spent Thanksgiving 2011 at this wonderful home. One of the best experiences - The owner makes everything easy, the home is so lovely - pictures do not show all its beauty, great location, tranquil and peaceful. It was a totally joyful experience I almost wanted to keep my thoughts about this great place as a secret. If you're lucky enough to stay at this home you will not be disappointed. Thank you very much Steve.
