Gulf Haven est une maison de plage de trois étages, trois chambres, trois salles de bain complètes et 1/2 avec près de 2 400 pieds carrés d'espace de vie et un garage pratique pour une voiture. Cette maison a un nouveau propriétaire (automne 2017) et a été professionnellement redécorée et meublée dans un décor de maison de plage côtière.

En bas, vous trouverez un salon spacieux, une salle à manger et une cuisine entièrement équipée avec coin repas, réfrigérateur avec machine à glaçons, micro-ondes, lave-vaisselle et élimination des ordures. Il y a une buanderie séparée avec laveuse et sécheuse pleine grandeur et un grand évier à linge. En plus des principaux espaces de vie en bas, il y a une grande suite parentale privée plus une demi-salle de bain supplémentaire dans le hall.

Au deuxième étage, vous découvrirez deux chambres d'hôtes supplémentaires avec deux salles de bain complètes et un coin salon séparé. Continuez jusqu'au nid de corbeau pour le troisième salon et chambre à coucher avec vue à 360 ° sur la Martinique, le refuge faunique adjacent et le magnifique golfe du Mexique.

Great House

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Wonderful house inside and out. Perfect bedroom setup with people to have privacy and be comfortable. Beautiful furniture. My daughter and I were able to ride the bikes and easily add air to the tires when needed. Great sand area outside for the kids to play in. Grill set up was great and the kitchen had everything you needed.

Best House yet in Martinique

Family beach trip doesn’t disappoint

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family loved Gulf Haven, it was decorated so nice and it was very clean. The only negative was the bikes. I called after reading a review stating they weren’t usable to verify they had been repaired and was told they had been but that wasn’t true. We left our bikes at home and planned on using these bikes but it worked out this vacation because it was soooo hot we wouldn’t have rode much anyway but this does information does need to be updated. Great trip and we plan on renting Gulf Haven again next year!

Comfortable & Clean unit at Martinique

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, our family's stay at Gulf Haven was good. Unit is clean, and with a large 3 story home, there were many areas for kids and adults to hangout.The dissappointments: 1. the refrigerator/freezer door does not fully close, allowing ice cream and ice to melt. 2. the icemaker is not functioinal (located in the fridge compartment). 3. the mattresses are hard as a rock (uncomfortable for my taste). 4. the 4 included bicycles had no air in the tires, and one bike was missing a wheel (that made it much more difficult to use).That all being said, the property was comfortable for the 9 of us. We enjoyed the Gulf Haven unit, and we loved Martiniqe on the Gulf private community, and our time on the beach.

Fall beach trip

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family enjoyed a long weekend at Gulf Shores beach on Ft. Morgan Road in late September. We stayed in Gulf Haven a lovely home at Martinique Resort and there was plenty of room for 5 adults and two children. The kitchen was fully equipped for cooking and there were loads of beach toys, four bikes and a golf cart we used. The house was on a cul -de- sac so there was plenty of privacy and great for the kids to play on bikes and scooters when not at the beach. Screened porch and a large grill in the back of house and large side yard provided plenty of play area and outdoor space. Two beautiful pools and a workout facility were a short walk from the house also.

Great family beach haven

This was the second time we stayed at the Martinique this year and this unit was far superior to the unit that we stayed in before. For one the air conditioner worked well in this unit and the property manager/owner does not turn off the refrigerator between guests. I know those two things sound crazy but believe me they happened with the other unit we stayed in which was not managed by the resort management. My biggest piece of advice if you plan on staying in the resort is to make sure your unit is locally managed preferably the resort management because it appears they have standards to what each unit condition should be in.. The resort is kid friendly with the pools and the easy beach access. Wildlife is abundant around the area as we had a snake on our back deck one day so make sure you keep an eye out. The unit was well stocked and the appliances worked well, every bedroom had a tv with a cable box and every bedroom had a ceiling fan. Every light switch was labeled to what it controlled which was nice and the setup of the unit could accommodate a large group of people, three bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and an open loft on the third floor. The golf cart worked well, the furniture was comfortable, there was plenty of indoor and outdoor living space, and nice tall ceilings on the first level. There is a Dollar General up the road for soap, trash bags, detergent etc because you only get a minimal amount of these items when you check in and if you are staying in and cooking your meals in the unit you will need more than provided. I would also suggest stopping at the Publix on the way in for your groceries because if you go to the Walmart like I did you will wish you chose a different grocery store. This unit and resort is a great option for a vacation to get away to a secluded area of the gulf that is family friendly.

Family beach getaway ‘21

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented Gulf Haven, a 3 BR 3 1/2 bath house. The location was close to the beach on Marin Way. The layout of the house was great for our adult children and grands. We enjoyed having the pool near the ocean, and the indoor/outdoor option in the neighborhood. Our included golf cart broke down on Tuesday and was finally replaced late Wed. This created issues of getting to and from the beach with small kids. We had expected some type of compensation for this lost amenity but it was not forthcoming. We we paid for 3 parking passes but we’re not allowed to park all vehicles at the house. One was parked and left at beach/pool lot. I have not heard from management concerning adjustments to be made for the 2 days without the golf cart.

Sunny Gulf Haven Vacay Fall Break 2019

It was SOOOO clean, the decor was perfect and it had everything you needed.The little screened in porch with grill was so nice for the babies to crawl and play. I cannot say enough for this home the owner maintains it perfect!!!! I gave one 4 star because its not on the beach but that is just a personal problem LOL

First Stay

It struggled all week to stay below 45-50 degrees which keeps food in the danger zone. It’s also way too small for a house that’s supposed to accommodate said number of guests. We had it packed and needed more room for just the 6 of us and we ate out most nights.2. Could have been cleaner3. Would be nice to have a garage door opener or the code to the outside opener.The good:1. Beautiful, comfortable and very roomy.2. Beds were comfortable.3. Well furnished kitchen.4. Close to the boardwalk

There were a few things that need to be updated/fixed but nothing major! We will definitely be staying here again!- The bottom of the ice maker in the freezer is cracked open so ice was constantly falling out when we opened freezer.- Upstairs bathroom (inside of bedroom) needs some work...bathtub wouldn't drain, toilet whistled when flushed, needs a new shower liner.- Upstairs bedroom (with bathroom inside of room) - the bottom drawer underneath the TV won't open so we weren't able to put clothes in there- Towel rack in master bath broken
