Idéale pour une réunion de famille, cette unité offre à ses clients une vue spectaculaire et unique sur la plage, sur un magnifique toit-terrasse meublé avec du gazon artificiel, plusieurs sièges et, bien sûr, un bain à remous pour votre fête. se détendre En marchant dans la propriété, les visiteurs se retrouvent avec une kitchenette pittoresque et une salle à manger secondaire. Le premier étage abrite 2 chambres à coucher, chacune avec un lit king-size. Il n'y a pas besoin de pousser ou de programmer une salle de bain car il y a 2 salles de bain, une pour chaque chambre. Deux autres chambres avec lits king size se trouvent au deuxième niveau avec 2 salles de bains supplémentaires. Montez au sommet et rencontrez un magnifique salon qui s'ouvre sur une vue fantastique sur l'océan à travers des portes panoramiques. Il y a aussi une grande cuisine et une salle à manger ainsi que des chambres et des salles de bains supplémentaires.

60th Birthday Celebration

This property is Amazing! It is wonderful for a large group and the location is PERFECT to be able to walk/quick drive to Restaurants, Coffee shops, Bars, the Beach, the Train, etc. There is a wonderful kitchen that is perfect for staying in and making meals for a large group. The dining table is huge and accommodates your group as well. Living room area is nice for everyone to pull up a chair and hang out, Watch a Padre game or whatever. The rooftop deck was great! The marine layer was in so it was a little chilly out, but on the roof you are blocked by the wind somewhat so it was actually doable. The hot tub is great as well. There is a grill which was nice to use as well.The rooms are spaced perfectly apart so you don't feel like your guests are on top of each other. The second smaller kitchen on the first floor is super handy for the guests downstairs. Although there are a significant amount of stairs, if you have someone in your party that can't go up and down so often, you could have them up where the main area is so they only need to use the stairs when heading out, OR stay on the lower level and you have the little kitchen and washer & dryer down there as well and never have to use the stairs. Rooms are large and each have a bathroom that is extremely roomy! Having a powder room on the 3rd floor by the kitchen was clutch as well!

Could have been better. Not for families.

Overall, it was a mediocre stay. There were a few items that needed to be addressed. The hot tub never worked, the dishwasher worked every other time, the floors and table were not thoroughly cleaned. Although it looked cleaned, when wiped with a paper towel, it was dirty. You had to wear shoes as it was too dirty to go barefoot. Parking was not great. The garage was small which had to be accessed through an alley. The communication with the property manager was great however maintenance never showed up, nor did they left any notes notifying an attempt. There were three flights if stairs that were extremely unsafe. Lastly, there were ants.

Awesome place!

I have stayed at a few places in the area as I visit often, but this one takes the cake! Huge space with lots of room. We had a large group and we’re super comfortable. Check in process was a breeze as well. We will definitely be back!

Perfect Getaway

Can’t say enough about this house! The location was perfect! The space was amazing! Plenty of room for everyone to enjoy comfortably! Will stay here again! We thought parking was going to be an issue but there is plenty of parking on closer side streets. The view was great for evening sunsets! Coffee shop was walking distance and was great!

Great stay, very responsive

Five families in town for 18u Baseball tourney. House was perfect for our group with space to spread out and to come together. Has a few minor issues with sinks draining properly, gas canisters empty and the garage door malfunctioning but each was taken care of promptly without any interruptions. Would recommend this place highly

Spacious home with breathtaking views

I’d definitely rent this home again! The entire process was very easy from booking through checkout. The property management team was super responsive and pleasant. Everything was as advertised. There is limited beach access right by the home, but plenty within a mile. Lots of surfing action and dolphins in the area.

Wonderful house, INCREDIBLE view, perfect location

We had the best time during our stay here. The house is amazing, and exactly as pictured. The rooms are gorgeous and the e layout is perfect for a large group. The VIEW. mind blowing. Location is great too, right in between Carlsbad and Oceanside- great bike rental spot right around the corner at SoCal Bikes. The only minor issue we had was contacting the property management company as we were checking in outside of their business hours and people from another unit were parked in front of our garage. Other than that, spectacular stay.

Another great stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My wife and I had another great stay at this location. We rented this property, it’s twin right next to it (1724) and one of the apartments attached to it for our families coming to visit from KC. There were few improvements from our stay back in May, and we couldn’t have been happier! Check-in and check out is always easy. Definitely recommend this location. Whether it’s just for you and your significant other, or an entire family, you won’t be disappointed! The views alone are worth it.!

Great house for large groups!

This property was outstanding. There are six bedroom with either king or queen beds, plus at least two sofa beds between the two living room spaces. There are six bathrooms with showers and an additional half bath on the main living floor. Great views and patios looking out over the ocean. Plenty of space for everyone to find their own space when needed. If we had any improvements, they would be that it would be nice if there was a broom and I wish there had been better instructions for the hot tub because the control labels had become sun-faded and we had to just hit buttons until it turned off or on.

Amazing place, good mgmt

We had a small hiccup with the lock during the property but the property manager had an agent there withing a few minutes to assist us. Other than that it was perfect! The house is amazing and the pictures don't do it justice. It's massive. One thing that I think should be in the listing- early check-in + late check-out is a pretty hefty sum, it should be listed in the property page if possible. Also the elevator requires a smaller but still significant additional fee. 5 stars all around though!

Beautiful Property

We loved our stay here. We came for a girls weekend and it was spectacular. The house has 5 bedrooms all with bathrooms attached, it’s fantastic for groups who want some privacy. There are kitchens on the bottom and third level and a spa on the rooftop. It is absolutely perfect for large groups! The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed, although there were no scissors so that was a bit difficult. My only small hiccup is that the check-in was pretty late, at 4:00pm. If we wanted to move it 2 hours to 2:00pm it was $300, seems a bit overpriced for only 2 hours. Our check-out time was 10:00am which would feel normal if we were able to check in at a bit earlier. Not looking for a 12:00pm check-in, but a 2:00 feels more standard. Outside of that, the place was wonderful and we are super happy and grateful for the best experience!

Amazing Views & Gorgeous House!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I rent often in the Oceanside area and usually stay directly on the beach. I was skeptical being one street off, but this property was perfect! The views from every level were gorgeous and the rooftop lounge area was perfect for our large group. We never felt cramped and loved the bunk beds for the kids. Every floor had ample room/bathrooms for the adults and the washer/dryer on 2 levels was so convenient. The house is also beautifully decorated and the sliding doors for the master and living area really gave an open feeling and you can hear the waves crashing. Lastly, the service was excellent and really appreciate how responsive they were...especially Diana! Thanks for everything and we look forward to our next visit and will definitely be staying with BeachFront Only again!

Amazing!

I can’t say anything bad about the place. It was absolutely awesome! This extended weekend was a much needed “staycation” (that ended up being an engagement weekend) for my girlfriend, who is a nurse, and myself after a long and tedious deployment. It was just the two of us and my pup, and I can tell you it was absolutely more than enough of a house!! The layout was made for big gatherings, but was just as perfect for the two of us. The entire place was so clean. I didn’t really have any contact with management, but I also didn’t have any issues to require much communication from them. There are only two TV’s in the entire house, but with the views from nearly every level (rooftop being the best), the hot tub on the roof, and the beach/ocean across the street, I’m not sure why there would be any TV’s in the house, at all. We loved it so much, that we have booked this one and the identical one next to it later this year for our wedding weekend, for both of our families. We can’t wait to enjoy it again!

Noise Monitor

We had a three night stay over Thanksgiving. We got a text the first morning that we were too loud and needed to be aware of the noise we were making. We thought one of the neighbors had complained so the second day, Thanksgiving, we were afraid to let the baby cry and were constantly telling each other to shush when we laughed and were quieting each other outside. It dampened our enthusiasm for watching sports and playing family games. And then the next day, we got the message again! It turned out that there was some noise monitor in the house and no person had actually complained. That really upset us. We were offered a two hour extension on our stay when this was all discovered but we had flights to make. There was no monetary compensation which we thought we deserved as we were led to believe we were inconsiderate of our neighbors but had tried, in good faith, to be good users of the property. The listing advertises that it sleeps 12-14, there were 14 chairs around a huge table, so whatever noise we registered should have been expected. We also had trouble with the garage keypad but it was easy to park on the street.

Xmas 2023 Trip

This is the second Xmas trip for our family staying at the property. We first stayed at the property during Xmas 2021. The reason why we chose to stay at the second time is because we really enjoyed our stay in 2021. Overall the stay was OK. The property is in a good neighborhood within walking distance to Oceanside downtown and Carlsbad. However, we noticed that there has been quite a bit of wear and tear inside the property since our last stay. In particular: (a) There is almost no water pressure for the shower in the third floor bedroom. And of the little water there was, it took between 5-10minutes to get hot water (b) The Bosch diswasher is very high end but was not maintained properly. When we did our first dishwashing, the dishes did not come out very clean. It turns out the water filter in the dishwasher was completely clogged, Looks like the filter has not been taken out for cleaning as part of maintenance for a long time (c) The inside of the Weber grill was extremely dirty and smelly with lots of charred food remaining. The grill utensils were also very dirty - they have not been washed after multiple uses. As a result, we were not able to do the grilling that we had planned to do We strongly recommend that these issues be looked at and taken care off for the next guests.
