Sabine Yacht and Racquet Condominiums est situé au cœur du couloir de divertissement de Pensacola Beaches. Marchez jusqu'au bar Landshark de Margaritaville, à la promenade, au restaurant Peg Leg Petes Beach et au célèbre bar Sand Shaker. Le complexe est familial et convivial avec une grande piscine et la plage de Little Sabine Bay et la jetée à quelques pas. La vue sur le golfe du Mexique est magnifique avec une courte promenade vers les plages les plus blanches du monde. Le condo est équipé de tout ce dont vous avez besoin. . Les armoires de cuisine sont remplies de toutes nouvelles casseroles, poêles et plats si vous souhaitez préparer vos propres repas. Venez pour un long week-end ce printemps ou cet automne ou réservez une semaine en été. Vous ne serez pas déçu. En prime, nous fournissons une configuration de service de plage gratuite qui comprend deux chaises et un parapluie. Traversez la rue, choisissez votre chaise et asseyez-vous. Le préposé à la plage vous demandera votre laissez-passer de propriété. Tout ce que vous avez à faire est de vous détendre.

This condo is awesome! The people in the building are very friendly and the owners Ron and Casey are great! I would stay here every time i go to Pensacola. You have a view of the ocean from every room.

Beautiful gulf view

2nd time staying at this property first in 11D. I can’t say enough about this Condo. Check-in is a breeze as well as check out. Balcony with beautiful view of the ocean is huge with comfortable chairs, if we were home, we were out there! I don’t think l can stay anywhere else. 3rd time in Pensacola so we are learning our way around. Peg leg Pete's for seafood 5 sisters for soul food and McGuire’s for calamari! Grounds are well kept and clean. Dog waste bags available in front and back…l can’t wait to stay again! Blue angels fly right by if weather permits.

November getaway

We loved the condo. The balcony was so large and wow what a view. It had everything that we needed and was decorated nicely. The grounds were very pretty. There was lots of grass which we love and so did our dog. Would definitely stay again.

Great property, second time we stayed here. Clean and comfortable. Loved sitting on the balcony and watching the waves. Easy walk to restaurants and pet friendly! Hard to find pet friendly places on the beach. Will stay here again

Relaxing

The grounds of the condo were cared for very well-grass was perfect, common areas clean. The condo itself was comfortable except the couch (but we are all 55+), breathtaking views from all the rooms. Our dogs were comfortable as well. We would def go back.

Labor Day weekend beach get away

The view was spectacular! Could see dolphins playing in the waves from the balcony! Very comfortable beds and our teenage boys had plenty of lounging space. We recommend renting fishing gear at the Casino Beach public pier. Caught and released a lot of fish!

Family weekend getaway

We had a comfortable stay in the apartment for a long weekend. Clean apartment, conveniently located, access to the beach is couple of minutes walk, great gulf views from all the rooms and the balcony, quiet neighborhood, but at the same time short walking distance to many restaurants. Highly recommended.

This was our 2nd time to stay at one of Ron's condos at Sabine. This unit faced the gulf and was just wonderful! The view was amazing! Plenty of room and the condo had everything we needed! Close to everything we wanted to do. Alreadying planning our next stay!

Great location, great price, great communication

Everything was within walking distance. All enjoyed hunting for sand dollars during the day and for sand crabs at night. Enough room for all 7 of us.

Perfect for our family spring break trip

Property was great for bringing 3 kids ages 11 and under for spring break, and the balcony was gorgeous for watching the waves and the marine life. We even seen some dolphins our last morning. Make sure to bring all the food/coffee/drinks you think you will need. Definitely a place we will be staying again.

We had a great time, the view is perfect!! The kitchen had everything we needed. It would have been nice to have a TV in the second bedroom, although I did not really watch TV all week! Overall, the place had everything we needed and I will definitely stay here again!!

Family vacation

The pictures really doesn't do this place justice. Awesome views from all rooms and large balcony facing the ocean. Ron, was very prompt with messaging and provided helpful info. Location was perfect and can basically walk to where we needed. Would definitely recommend and stay again. Also, the condo has everything you will need in it for your stay.

3rd Year Booking!

My family LOVES this property! This was our third year booking. The last two years it was always my husband and me but, because the property is so spacious we decided to invite our whole family! We had a baby and 5 adults and had PLENTY of room. The property is always so clean, too. My father is very picky about staying anywhere but home and he had nothing but great things to say! The view also can’t be beat! The balcony is so long and has separate entrances for the living room and both bedrooms. My dad loves getting up as the sun rises to have his coffee out there, and having his own entrance meant he didn’t disturb anyone else, including the sleeping baby. We saw dolphins literally EVERYDAY. We also saw skates and rays. Again, the view truly cannot be beat! The location can’t be beat, either. It was so easy to walk to the beach, even with the baby and other small kids we had staying in the building. There’s a trolly stop right in front of the condo, too so getting around the island is a breeze. We won’t stay anywhere else in Pensacola as long as this property is available!

THIS IS THE PLACE TO STAY

Can’t say enough about this cozy condo! This two bedroom two bath condo was plenty of room for our family of 7. The living room and two bedrooms had a balcony exit/entrance so you can step out of you bedroom right on to the balcony that overlooks the ocean. Neighborhood was quiet and access to the beach was not bad at all! Just a few short steps and you’re on the beach. Kitchen was fully stocked and clean with the exception of a few spatulas and plates which dries egg was on. But, we washed it off and it was no big deal. Whoever was there before us left groceries in the fridge so we used the extra food since the expiration date was good! When we arrived we noticed broken glass on the floor so we got the broom and swept it up. Nobody got cut and everyone was fine. Beds were super comfy and we all slept very well! I didn’t see any body wash to use in the shower, aside from hand soap but we brought some of our own along just in case. There was nice big washers and dryers and a fitness floor on the ground floor and access to the pool was there too. Overall I’d say it was a great vacation and would definitely rent this place again! Highly recommended!!

Beach Time

Pro: This unit has a fabulous view of the gulf from a great balcony. Pro: It is in a quiet area with easy access. Pro: The staff that we did meet were kind and friendly. Pro: Nice to have an elevator to the 11th floor! It was VERY QUIET!! Pro: Ample storage in the dressers of the bedrooms. Con: The manager did not confirm my reservation nor did he initiate any contact - I had to reach out to him a few weeks before arrival, being promised a video that I would have to watch to understand checkin. On the day of my arrival, I called and got verbal instruction. Con: The unit is very outdated and needs some attention to the furnishings. Beds were great, but living room furniture is old and very dirty/dingy. Con: The master bath had mold on the shower walls. The closet was crammed with throw pillows and stuffy/smelly blankets, robes, and other junk from who knows where - to the point you can hardly hang any clothes. Con: The exhaust fan in the hall bath does not work. There isn't one in the master bath. No trashcan liners for those trashcans, but there was some for the kitchen. Con: The toaster doesn't work - you have to hold it down to toast your things. Con: The kitchen cabinets are so full of odd and end dishes and OLD spices that it made it hard to see what was there. Overall the unit needs a good cleaning and straightening in the cabinets and the closets. Much needs to be pitched. Best part: spectatular view and easy access.

Great location and beautiful place!

We had so much fun staying here! Central location with lots of great on site things to do, beautiful pickle ball courts, fishing pier and gym. We will definitely be staying here again, thanks for everything!
