Absolutely enjoyed my time here. Everything was clean and organized when I arrived with perfect instructions for my stay. Parking and balconies were definitely a plus !

Overall good place to stay

The house itself was great. We did travel with two toddlers and the down stairs tenant had an issue with them playing during the day. So I wouldn’t recommend with small children. The neighborhood was ok. Rats out at night. Not a fan of that. Owner was very responsive to questions.

Overall our stay in your home was good. Clean, comfortable, location was good and description was accurate. Having parking was definitely a plus.

Great stay in DC

We very much enjoyed our 5 night stay in DC, staying at this Bloomingdale house. It worked very well for us - 2 adults in King bed, one adult in Full bed, one teenager in Queen blow up mattress, 2 teens in trundle beds. The Queen blow-up mattress is on a frame and in a large bedroom which also has a couch so it is a nice room to stay in. There are 2 full baths upstairs, and a full bath downstairs (shower only), which is even more than advertised. The check-in process was easy. There are several restaurants within walking distance and one small market. It is about a $10 Uber ride to the National Mall. We very much enjoyed our stay!

KC's DC TRIP

The property was as advertised. It was nice,clean and roomy. It had all the amenities you can need. We spent more time seeing the sites and eating out though. No cooking but had the items if needed. Neighborhood was very quiet and charming. Close to the places we wanted to go. Would stay there again.

Not as advertised

Not as advertised. Says 4 bedroom but actually only 3 and a room with a couch. Upstairs air conditioning didn’t work so essentially reduced it to 1 bedroom. Contact person claimed no AC people would respond to come service but I called 4 to check and 3 could be there within 2 hours. Overall not a good experience

An amazing welcome back to the District.

Graduations can be exciting and stressful. Family coming from far away to wish our new leaders well. This experience made a huge difference. The house was in an ideal location to celebrate another HU graduate continuing the legacy. DJ was the most gracious host. Being available enough without being overbearing. The house was perfect. The kids had their own rooms, making the stay comfortable with no bickering. I’d stay here every trip I make to the District. Thank you DJ for opening your clean, comfortable, modern, warm and classy home to me and my family.

Beautiful in Bloomingdale!

The house is neat, welcoming and much bigger and better than portrayed in pictures. Very spacious for 4 adults and 3 children. The complimentary K-cup coffee, tea bags, bottled water, sodas were very nice to have as we don’t have to do grocery shopping right away. There are plenty of linens and towels provided. The house is very close to restaurants and only about 12 minutes drive to most of the tourists attractions. We had great time and highly recommend this place.

Close to heart of DC

Place is close to the heart of DC and walking distance to the metro. There are good restaurants in walking distance as well as two small markets. There is off street parking for 2 cars - needed as there is only permit parking on the block.
