The house is very big, the kitchen is full equipped, and the location is one of the best you can have in Lisbon. And above all, the relationship between price/quality is crazy. Just a couple things to improve: - The bathroom smelled like sewage - The neighbors were very noisy

A lovely holiday in Lisbon. A spacious, well-furnished flat in an excellent location. The area is very quiet at night. There is an unpleasant smell in the bathroom, which is likely caused by unsuitable drain traps; this needs to be addressed urgently. There are small iron wedges left between the tiles in the bathroom, dating back to the property’s renovation work, and there is a risk of injury.

Cómodo y bien situado. Positive: El piso es muy espacioso y luminoso. Espacio de sobra para cuatro

Comfortable and well-located. The flat is very spacious and bright. Plenty of room for four people. The beds are very comfortable. It has everything you need, including a fully equipped kitchen. They also left us some coffee, water and tea. It was very quiet and is in a great location, right next to the Cathedral and Plaza del Comercio. Overall, it was clean. The bathroom has a nasty smell of drains. It’s bearable, but that’s the downside. On top of that, they leave practically nothing in the bathroom. Two rolls of toilet paper and a bit of shower gel left over, so we had to go out and buy practically everything.

To be honest the deal looked too good to be true but we took that risk and there were pros and cons.

To be honest the deal looked too good to be true but we took that risk and there were pros and cons. Yes, the apartment looked nice at first glance and was located very centrally, however we ran into some problems too. Upon arrival the first thing we noticed was a sewage smell that we discovered was coming from the bathroom. Also there were 2 ACs (which was important to us as we’re not too used to heat) but the one in the living room barely made a difference and the one in the bedroom didn’t have a remote so we couldn’t use at all. We contacted the management immediately and after 2 days of back and forth they basically said neither of the problem is going to be solved during our stay (which was 6 days). The company representatives (and their chat bots) put everything in a nice way but in general we felt like they were not able to be so helpful and were even stingy. For example, we had to go out and buy a whole pack of toilet paper just because we needed one more roll and they couldn’t provide that, which could be fine, I know it’s not a hotel, but why promise to help with anything we need when such a simple ask is impossible? Especially that the week prior we stayed in a different Guestready property and there they had more stuff available for us. So just letting you know that they also don’t provide a single coffee/ tea/ sugar/ salt/ spice/ dishwasher tablet item, even in the shower there was just one mystery bottle of green stuff, so bring absolutely everything yourself.. The apartment also looked a bit outdated, especially the kitchen, so it didn’t feel too cozy, but that’s personal taste. Overall it was an okay apartment in a great location.
