Green Loanings is a beautiful, detached country house set privately in five acres on the border of Kent and Sussex, surrounded by the rolling

countryside of the High Weald — an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty — with amazing views and mature gardens on every side. It's a proper

escape into the country, yet remarkably easy to reach: London is under an hour by train from the nearby station at Eridge, and Brighton and

the coast are around forty minutes away by car or bus.



At the heart of the house is a year-round heated indoor swimming pool, opening onto the gardens through walls of glass. Swim first thing, let

the children splash after a muddy walk, or enjoy a lazy afternoon in the water whatever the weather outside — it's the feature guests

remember long after they've gone home.



There's room for everyone. Eight bedrooms, twelve beds and five bathrooms sleep fourteen guests in comfort, and up to twenty-two by

arrangement — generous doubles with countryside views, cosy twins, and bunk rooms the children love. Gather in the elegant sitting rooms and

snug, share long dinners around the big table in the dining room, and settle into the cinema room with its 100-inch screen for film nights.

Outside, the five acres of gardens and grounds are yours to enjoy: lawns for football and swing ball, table tennis, a firepit for the

evenings, and a charcoal BBQ for long summer suppers. Beyond the garden lie miles of walking — Ashdown Forest, the real-life home of

Winnie-the-Pooh, is just minutes away — along with country pubs, farm shops, Bewl Water, and a scattering of castles and gardens. Royal

Tunbridge Wells, with its restaurants and the historic Pantiles, is a fifteen-minute drive.



The house is ideal for families with children and for groups celebrating a special occasion — milestone birthdays, reunions, Christmases with

three generations under one roof — with the space to come together and the quiet to unwind. It's warmly family-friendly (travel cots and
