We had a great stay overall. The apartment was beautiful, very clean, well equipped, and located in a quiet and peaceful area. Everything was as expected, and the small issue we had during our stay was handled quickly and efficiently by the team. A special mention to Susy, who was absolutely amazing. She was extremely friendly, helpful and always available whenever we needed anything. She went above and beyond to make sure we had a comfortable stay, and her attention to detail and willingness to help really made a difference. She definitely deserves special recognition! The only minor points I would mention are that the check-in communication could be a little clearer and more centralized, and some of the information regarding the swimming pools could be made more explicit. These are small details compared with the overall experience. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would 1000% recommend this place. We would happily come back!
