It is part of a complex consisting of just two units, nestled in the countryside and surrounded by the authentic tranquility of Salento?s natural landscape. The units share a pool and spacious outdoor areas equipped with a lawn, barbecue, and parking.
This charming vacation home is equipped with air conditioning, an electric oven, a hair dryer, a mini-fridge, mosquito screens, and more.

La Casina is a small country house, part of the Le Dimore di Casina Litta complex in Cutrofiano.
It is surrounded by a large, fully fenced garden. The pool area is framed by a well-manicured green lawn where you can sunbathe on comfortable lounge chairs.
Amid the fruit trees and Mediterranean plants, there are swings and areas equipped for outdoor dining, where you can breathe in the most authentic scents of nature.
The interior of Casina Litta is spread over two levels. In the entryway, there is an open kitchenette, one single bed, and a loft with one single bed. The home also features one double bedroom and one full bathroom with a shower.

This country cottage is located on a property consisting of just two independent units, in the heart of Salento, in the town of Cutrofiano.
Its location lies at the center of an ideal triangle between the towns of Aradeo, Cutrofiano, and Collepasso?all just a few kilometers away?allowing for easy access to both the beaches on the Ionian Sea, such as Gallipoli (less than 20 km away), and the seaside resorts along the Adriatic coast, such as Otranto, the beaches of Melendugno, and Castro?all roughly 30 km away.
 


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 7.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).                                          
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Shared Pool available from July to August.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- The bedroom has no door, but a curtain.
