This is our second year in a row staying here. The location provides easy access to the lifts, and it's small, cozy, and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay once again!
This property was perfect for our holiday weekend needs. Walk to the slopes, convenient ti shops/restaurants, and just bug enough for our little fam of 3. Gail was super responsive of a host, all our questions/concerns were taken care of immediately. Highly reccomend! We will be back In sure.
Gail was attentive and went above and beyond to accommodate any questions or concerns that I had. We loved staying at her place and canât wait to go back.
The property location is great! Very close to Lift 1. It is smaller than I expected, though it worked just fine. Needs a dining table ⊠bench and barstools are awkward and not good for eating as a family.
The location is great, just a little walk to the lift and restaurants. The bed was comfortable but, the condo needs some TLC, there are holes in the walls, where things use to hang, the nonstick pans need to be replaced as well as the knives.
The propertyâs location is so convenient to everything (chairlift, restaurants and stores). We didnât have to leave the resort during our 4 day stay.
The property is clean and perfect for a small group. We will definitely book this rental again next spring break!
Excellent location - walking distance to ski lift 1. Fully equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. Everything works. Clean and neat space.
Host is wonderful and responsive.
Will definitely return to same host when we come back to Taos.
We had a wonderful two day stay at Gailâs place. Perfect location! We were under a winter storm warning while we were there so skiing was canceled but we were able to go on a snowshoeing adventure and enjoy some time in the village. Her place was so warm and cozy. We will rent from her again when we come back to TSV.
The location was perfect. 300 yards from the village. That was our favorite thing about this property.I shared with the property manager that we had a rough stay. Paper-thin walls and loud partiers (which to be fair isn't her fault) made for a rough sleep. Furniture, pillows and towels that are (guessing) 30 years old made for very uncomfortable experiences. This is an old building, which, I suppose comes with what it does. If I return to Taos, I'll spend more and stay in a newer building in the village. To me, it would be worth it.
We loved the space and balcony! Overall this rental was great. Gail was very responsive and has a good setup for a family. Really appreciated the cleanliness of the property. The kitchen is very well stocked and the location was quiet. This property for perfect for our mountain & ski stay.
Thank you! Gail... We will come back Spring Break!!!
A good clean and comfortable condo with an easy 5 minute walk to the lifts. The kitchen had plenty of dishes and cooking stuff for our small party. The flannel sheets (with spare set!) and down duvet were a nice touch. The host was exceptionally accommodating and allowed us to check out late so we could ski a half day before checkout!
We had a great experience in this cozy condo. Excellent proximity to chair 1, the village, shops and bars. Parking was perfect. Hot baths in the in-suite tub worked well after long days of skiing. Gailâs a good communicator and everything went according to plan. No surprises. Weâd gladly be her guests again at Taos!
I would definitely do it again.
Only strong suggestion. Donât mention that you have an on site hot tub. You donât. I bought day passes at The Blake which were wonderful though. Overall, very good spot. Thanks !
This studio apartment looks right at the chairlift and is only a few minute walk to the base area so one can pop home for lunch, to warm up or take a break. It has a wall of windows and the sun pours into the space during the afternoon.
