Profitez de l'emplacement, voici le magnifique complexe Seaview! Le bâtiment est situé directement en face de l’un des quatre points d’accès à la plage publique de l’île entière. Ce condo de 2 chambres à coucher et 2 salles de bains est capable d’offrir une belle configuration spacieuse pour votre prochaine escapade de détente sur une île, sans avoir à traiter avec ces prix en bord de mer! Mission Plaza se trouve à seulement trois ou quatre rues au nord de Seaview et propose de nombreux restaurants gastronomiques, un cinéma, un magasin de crème glacée et des magasins! De l'autre côté de la rue, admirez le magnifique coucher de soleil de Marco Island depuis le Sunset Grille situé à Apollo.

Elue meilleure destination insulaire des États-Unis, Marco Island est la plus grande des dix mille îles de la Floride, située dans le golfe du Mexique, dans le sud-ouest de la Floride. WONDERFUL STAY ON MARCO ISLAND

However, the outlets didn’t work in bathroom, small shower, light switches for unknown locations, no explanation as to where trash went.

We had a few minor needs and they were addressed quickly and professionally. Bike riding and walking was perfect in this area and we enjoyed long bike rides. Lots of great restaurants and shopping near.

Great Customer Service - When help was needed

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit is an awesome end unit and Seaview is a great location for beach access. Quick walk to the beach for beautiful sunsets and morning walks.The air conditioner had a mechanical problem and stopped cooling the condo. Harborview Rentals provided excellent customer service. They answer the phone with helpful customer service people and the property manager was very responsive and we were taken care of within hours. We recommend this unit and any property managed by Harborview Rentals.

First Time on Marco Island

To wake up and walk across to the beach ( rather then involving vehicles) was a huge help. We loved all the beach wagons and chairs that were in the condo. Building itself was quiet and well maintained. Overall, would stay again . We had a fantastic trip

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our second stay at the Seaview unit. We were there six weeks and loved every minute of it!! It is a great place with an easy 5 minute walk to South Beach. The unit was clean and very comfortable. The condo building and associated areas like the pool, grill area and landscaping are all very well maintained and pleasant to be around. The other guests there were friendly and respectful. The rental group (Harborview Rentals) were also friendly and helpful. We booked again for next year.

Anniversary get away

Easy checkin/checkout Did have to register again on property for parking. Very comfortable with one exception, the primary bed was so soft that my wife ended up on the couch to save her back the last few days of the trip. If that is replaced it definitely enhance a stay.

It had everything my family needed to enjoy our weeklong stay. Many great restaurants nearby and close to the Everglades for a 10000 Islands boat tour. We enjoyed eating on the spacious lanai. I hope to rent again soon.

Great location- 3 minute walk to beach, quiet building, nice new pool area, several restaurants walkable. Unit needs updating, carpet smells musty, ceramic tiles cracked, dated appliances, no propane for bbq, no response from host or condo management when propane requested.
