The living room, blessed with excellent natural light and views of the surroundings, is equipped with air conditioning, a large flat-screen TV and a spacious sofa — perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. The space flows harmoniously into a sophisticated dining area.

The beautiful kitchen, which stands out for its impressive central island, is incredibly practical and ideal for preparing your daily meals. In addition to crockery and basic utensils, the kitchen features a coffee machine, microwave, oven, induction hob and fridge, offering all the equipment you need to make your daily life easier.

The sleeping area has been designed to ensure maximum tranquillity and comprises three bedrooms, all air-conditioned and equipped with a TV. Two of the bedrooms are doubles, featuring comfortable double beds and spacious wardrobes, one of which is a fantastic master suite. The third bedroom is a versatile space equipped with two single beds (twin format), perfect for accommodating children or friends.

The apartment has two modern full bathrooms with large shower trays, one of which is en suite (belonging to the master suite).

The bathrooms have all the amenities, including towels and toiletries for your convenience.

The space is always professionally cleaned.

A short walk away, you can explore the bustling Praça da Batalha, the iconic Coliseu do Porto, or stroll down the emblematic Rua de Santa Catarina, famous for its shops and the stunning façade of the Capela das Almas.

Despite enjoying this relaxed surroundings, the proximity to the heart of Porto's historic centre is exceptional. In just a few minutes on foot or via a quick metro ride, you will be stepping into the cultural and tourist epicentre of the city. From here, it is easy to cross the iconic Ponte Luiz I to visit the famous Port Wine Cellars in Vila Nova de Gaia. Travel a little further to be amazed by the birthplace of the nation in Guimarães, the monumentality and sanctuaries of Braga, or take an unforgettable trip through the vine-covered and mountainous landscapes of the stunning Douro Valley!

By metro, the nearest station is Combatentes (Yellow Line), a 15-minute walk away, with fast connections to the centre of Porto, Trindade and other stops on the metropolitan network.

By bus, several STCP lines pass through the area, allowing comfortable trips to the historic centre, Bonfim and other parts of the city.

By car, the property has good access to the VCI (Via de Cintura Interna/Inner Ring Road), making it easy to travel to any part of the city and surroundings.

Francisco Sá Carneiro International Airport (Porto) is approximately 20 to 30 minutes by car. Taxis, Uber and Bolt are readily available in the area.

This property has a self check-in system, and you will be asked to verify your identity before checking in. Check-in is available from 3:00 PM.

Once the reservation is confirmed, guests are required to fill in a registration form, in accordance with the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy regarding smoking on the property. If our team finds evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g. smell of smoke, ash, cigarette butts), we reserve the right to charge a minimum fee of €200 for smoking.
