A confirmation voucher will be sent to your e-mail with all the important details about your reservation and Feels Like Home additional services.

Guests must pick-up the keys at the Welcome Centre located in Porto. Arrivals from 23:00 (11pm) to 06:00 (06am), a late check-in fee of EUR 30 shall be applied (paid in cash at check-in).

All guests must provide their ID or Passport Information at the time of check-in.

Please note that a mandatory touristic tax will be included in the final price. If it has not been charged at the moment of your reservation, it must be paid in cash at the check-in.

All the remaining payments must be made in cash.

Transfer Service - We can provide a transfer service for an additional cost.

Lockers - We have lockers available at the Welcome Centre in Porto for an additional cost.

Amenities - We provide toilet paper and shampoo only for the first day.

Baby Friendly - We can provide a baby travel bed upon request.

Well & modernized renovated unit in excellent location. But some details are missing for comfort stay. No towels hooks and lack of kitchen utensils. We enjoyed staying there and will book it again when I come back. Overall 5 stars.

Did not like the key pick up at a different location. Get an electronic key pad for the building and apartment door. Would be much easier for your guests. Strange sewer smell was not pleasant. Great location.

The room was fabulous! The location was perfect Couldn’t ask for a better location. Was able to walk to everything in the historical section of Porto-steps from the San Bento train station. Loved it

Enjoyed Our Stay

Great location, beautiful apartment. We’ll furnished with comfortable beds. Cons: No second set of keys, no hooks in shower, no toilet paper holder, spotty internet. A little more attention to some minor items would make this place perfect.

Location and unit was nice. fridge didn't work. Towel hooks and toilet paper holders would be nice. Single set of keys meant the 4 of us had to travel together or let the 2nd, 3rd group in by calling or texting up

Central, bright & large

A lovely apartment close to everything. The only negative, which is why I did not give 5 stars in every category, was the constant noise from Metro construction right outside our building. One night the jackhammering went on until after 9 pm. However, that will not last forever and I would happily stay there again. Local nightlife can also cause some noise but I expected that given the location.

Great location

Overall it was very good, a great location, very clean and modern. A couple issues, the blinds in the living room didn’t work, and the key process is very cumbersome. Also would have enjoyed a comfortable couch to sit on, the chairs are not very comfortable for TV watching. It’s nice that there’s a washing machine but not as valuable without a dryer and it would’ve been nice to have had a little bit of laundry soap and also some dishwashing detergent for the dishwasher. But the location was great, a small grocery store nearby, as well as Starbucks right up the street. And very centrally located to everything.

Amazing location

The condo was exactly as the pictures show it to be. Very clean and very elegant in the heart of all the activities of the historical center of Porto. I was so happy to have the transfer service from the airport to the Welcome center and then on to the condo. It would have be more cumbersome to try and find two locations with all our luggage. The welcome center was great a communicating and answering all our questions quickly. We stayed two weeks in the condo but had to purchase everything like condiments, coffee, sugar, and oils just to cook a basic meal. Also very few items to cook with including pots and pans. Washing was helpful but difficult to dry items. No hooks in the bathrooms to hang towels. Those were the small issues. Overall the location was amazing to access everything. The beds are comfortable, the shower is great and the set-up was very nice. there was an elevator so that made things a lot easier. Highly recommend this condo.

Great Location

It all depends on your expectations. Location is great, you can walk everywhere and public transportation is close by. There are coffee shops, bakeries and stores a few doors down. Is there construction, yes. Is it noisy ? Not really. It does distract from what would be nice views and quaint streets but the whole city is under renovation and historic preservation. There are heavy impact windows and they most definitely keep out any noise!,,The apartment is spacious for 4 and the beds are comfortable. It’s light and aircon works great. Having only chairs is kind of weird and they are not comfortable. The showers work well and the water is hot. Now for reason it got a three. The shower doors do not close and seal, so water sprays out and the floor is warped and stained. It’s ashame to neglect this apartment.. You can tell it was pretty nice when built but it appears that not a penny went into it since then. Just a lot of little things not quite right. However, the management is friendly, kind and very responsive. Like others we think one set of keys is ridiculous. Oh you can have a second for 30 deposit.. Seriously., one set made it extremely Inconvenient for us to do separate things.

Poor management

Let me preface this review by saying I have used VRBO for at least 20 years. At the “Welcome Center” I was expecting some information or instructions on how to use appliances , TV, password for the internet. The maid gave us the password. We had to reboot it to get it to work. The second night we were there ,the owner of the building had major construction going on in a store directly under our unit nonstop for 24 hours. We complained to the management company. They told us it was illegal to work after 10 o’clock. When we left, as instructed we left the keys on the table. We had to catch a flight and couldn’t get out of the building at 4AM. I had to pound for 1/2 hour on other apartments to find someone to unlock the front door! God forbid there is a fire because you can’t leave without a key! There should be a better way to leave the keys. The unit itself was clean. There’s black mold on the walls outside the unit. There is major street construction outside the rental but it stops in the evening. There are some great shops, restaurants and plenty of things to do in the area. In a few years the area will be spectacular.

La mejor ubicación !!

Todo muy bien, la mejor ubicación, solo hacen falta buroes junto a la cama, lugar para poner el papel de baño en el wc y alguna canastilla en las regaderas, colgantes para las toallas y aceite en las bisagras de las puertas, detalles menores pero una excelente estancia.
