À propos de cet hébergement
3 Bed in Little Walsingham (oc-1386)
Set off for a tranquil retreat in the countryside near the Norfolk Coast Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty with a group of friends or family. This three-bed property is ideal for five guests who want to stay in a traditional cottage with homely interiors and a pretty garden. It enjoys easy access to nearby beaches, bustling market towns and nature reserves.
Step inside to find a cosy lounge with antique furnishings, a characterful wooden beamed ceiling and a warming wood burner to snuggle up in front of on a chilly evening. Continue into the cheerful kitchen with a breakfast table for enjoying your morning coffee. After cooking up a banquet, tuck in around the wooden table in the dining room. Upstairs is a family bathroom plus three bedrooms – a double, a bunk bedroom and a small double. Outside is a fully enclosed lawned garden with a decked area, furniture, a BBQ and a summerhouse.
During your stay in Great Walsingham, start your stay with a stroll along the winding river which flows along the edge of the village. Visit the historic Walsingham Abbey, and browse the farm shop and antique shop. There is also an art gallery, museum and a small number of restaurants and cafes (all within 0.5 miles). Take a picnic for a trip into the Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty where you can find the Stiffkey Meals Dunes Nature Reserve (6 miles), the impressive Holkham Estate (6.5 miles) with a lake, sandy beach and play area, or pick up some local produce at the Burnham Market stalls on a Wednesday (8 miles).
