The apartment comfortably accommodates up to two guests and features one inviting bedroom with a double-sized bed, as well as one bathroom with a shower over the bath. A double sofa bed is also available in the living area, offering flexibility for sleeping arrangements where needed.

Brook Green is one of West London’s most attractive residential neighbourhoods, loved for its leafy streets, period architecture and village-like atmosphere. Set between Kensington, Hammersmith and Shepherd’s Bush, the area offers a quieter local feel while keeping guests close to some of London’s best shopping, dining, culture and green spaces. Kensington Olympia is moments away, making the apartment especially convenient for events, exhibitions and performances at Olympia London.

The surrounding area has plenty to enjoy. Brook Green itself is home to relaxed cafés, independent shops and welcoming pubs, including The Queen’s Head, The Bird in Hand and The Havelock Tavern. Nearby Shepherd’s Bush offers the excellent shops, restaurants and entertainment of Westfield London, while Holland Park is close by for peaceful walks, landscaped gardens and one of London’s most beautiful green spaces. Kensington High Street is also within easy reach, offering a wide choice of boutiques, restaurants, cafés and classic London architecture.

Transport links are excellent. Kensington Olympia is the closest major transport link, offering London Overground Mildmay line services, Southern rail services and limited District line services, mainly between Earl’s Court and Kensington Olympia at weekends. Shepherd’s Bush is also nearby, providing access to the Central line and London Overground Mildmay line, useful for reaching Westfield London, Oxford Circus, Bond Street, Stratford and wider London. West Kensington provides regular District line connections towards Earl’s Court, South Kensington, Westminster, Victoria, Richmond, Ealing Broadway and the City. Hammersmith is also within reach, offering the Piccadilly, District, Circle, and Hammersmith & City lines, making travel to Heathrow, King’s Cross, South Kensington and Central London simple.

The property will only accept the number of guests booked as per the booking confirmation. Any additional guests not confirmed on the booking will not be accepted or subject to an additional charge.

Each guest will be asked to complete a pre-check-in form prior to arrival and be asked to share a form of governmental identification, Passports are required for non UK residents and UK drivers licence or passport is required for UK nationals.

This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise, and will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

We would like to mention the check-in process:
With City Relay, the standard option of self check-in and usually means collecting your key from a local Key Nest location close to the property or via an onsite lockbox. We do also offer the option of an in person assisted check-in and should you request this, one of the team will meet you at the property to hand over the keys and give you a quick tour of the property. For this service a fee of £40 would apply between 4pm and 7pm and a fee of £60 would apply from 7pm onwards.

Guests must leave the property in the same state as when they checked in. Please be careful with art, books and things of value in the house.
